Ordered a basket arrangement of flowers for my daughter on the phone to be delivered the same day, the person I spoke to was very helpful and made appropriate suggestions whilst sticking to the colour scheme I wanted. Absolutely gorgeous flowers for a very special friend. I ordered via the website for next day delivery, unfortunately during that evening after placing the order we found out that our friend had moved home. I rang the shop the following morning as soon as I could and the lovely lady said there was no problem and changed the delivery address. Shortly after I received a call from Ali to say there was no one home to receive the delivery. I asked if she could leave it for us. She did, hid the flowers from site and also took the time to send me photos to relay onto the recipient so she could find them once she was home. Fantastic service, gorgeous flowers, and lovely helpful lady, highly recommend.Thank you so much Ali xx

A friend of mine was having an extremely bad day. I was way past the cutoff for same day delivery. I live in the states and had to email them. The response was quick. Ali put together a beautiful bouquet within an hour and delivered it on her way home. Extremely helpful! I will never buy flowers from another florist. In this picture the flowers are on the floor! Fabulous service, from ordering to delivery. The flowers were a Mother's Day gift after what's been a tough year for many. I left a note to ask the delivery chap to make sure my mum gets to the door as she's waiting for an op so is quite slow and he did (I never mentioned this to my mum as she's a proud lady and would have killed me!). My mum called me after they arrived and commented how nice the delivery man was. He knocked and waited patiently and was polite and friendly, wishing her a lovely day which she really appreciated. The flowers were beautiful, absolutely stunning. This shop should be renamed Above and Beyond because that is what they went for my mum and made her feel really special. You made one lady and her family extremely happy. So thank you to a great team x

Wouldn't deliver to door as sleeping chid in van, so I had to collect my own flowers from the block entrance, we live in a retirement/ extra care building for a reason! Not sure what would have happened if I hadn't been able to come down 3 floors to collect them. Flowers delivered different to what was requested. 1st time used this florist. Won't use again.
