My review is if you apply for a job vacancy with Premierlet St Andrews. My first piece of advice, would be don’t hand your notice in at your present job until you see if your going to be fired after the first day. I also wouldn’t taken a job here if you don’t have any experience with letting agents as the training is little to none . Don’t believe at the interview that you will get full training. Doesn’t happen, then your told after the first day , you don’t fit the position. Laughable really. I would avoid this place at all cost. I bit of advice for anyone leasing a property, when your handing back your keys , make sure the property is clean top to bottom , including dust on chairs , every spot of dirt & dust as they will take money off your deposit for cleaners .

A very disappointing and unprofessional service. After searching in St Andrews for student accommodation which is a stressful and difficult process, I believed I had found the perfect place with premier let. I handed in the forms and was told that the lead tenant would be contacted in a few days. A week later we had heard nothing so naturally I went to them and asked. They denied that we had ever handed in our forms and when we tried to ask if there was any possibility we could reapply their attitude was patronizing and condescending. Anyone planning to apply with this ... 'agency', beware that that they will treat you with no respect and make an already difficult time much worse.

I would avoid this place 100% at all costs, extremely unprofessional, never known anything like it in my life, Carol is a liability, extremely rude and childish. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

Have had an absolutely awful experience with Premierlet. They are extremely unprofessional and are not understanding AT ALL. Everyone who works there (aside from Louise who is very helpful and kind) are horrendously patronizing and rude. It's been such a struggle to get my deposit and one week's rent back. I've had such a stressful experience with them. Very disappointing. The other reviews were spot on and I should've listened to their advice.

It was an absolute nightmare dealing with this letting agency. They are unfair, unresponsive, ridiculous people. We were made to feel humiliated and discriminated against because we were foreign students. They try every way to get hidden money from you. They threaten you with false reports and allegations and hope that you just leave the country vacating your security deposit after the harassment. The University has dropped them and do not recommend that students lett through them. Do not use this agency in looking for properties in St Andrews and the surrounding area.

Genuinely terrible experience - we moved out in the middle of the pandemic and they didn't do the inventory until a month after we'd left and then tried to charge us extortionately for the cleaning fee - they estimated £145-195 and when we outsourced a cleaner, it ended up being £50. Super patronising and awful correspondence - they also never replied to my emails in all my time of being a tenant and deliberately left me out of correspondence when they spoke to my flatmate. Unprofessional and frankly rude. Particular issues with Carole. We ended up having to get a third party in to discuss termination details because they were being so difficult.

Refused to give my family member a flat because she had an assistance dog. We were spoken down to and belittled by Carole who seriously needs a lesson in customer interaction.

Thank you Premierlet, my 2 years letting experience in St Andrews with my family has been enjoyable and trouble free. Thanks for the great service and friendy assistance when needed. All maintenance issues were actioned quickly.
