The entire Chukka Cove Staff on Wednesday, 11/30/22 was AMAZING!!! The gentlemen operating the ATV aspect were very informative and helpful. They were eager to assist my family and made us feel comfortable on the ATV’s. All of the gentlemen that guided us while tubing were very polite, attentive and so much fun!! They stressed the importance of being safe and kept us all smiling. The Ziplining staff made me feel very safe and comfortable. I was very scared and they were all patient and sweet. The gentlemen running the cliff jumping were very pleasant and sweet to my family. I was blown away by the staff at this establishment. The hospitality was top tier. I wish I remembered everyone’s name. Thank you all so much for being so great!

It was a fun-filled experience that you can do as a family, couple or individual seeking adventure. The staff is very friendly and made all experiences even more fun and interesting. They do live up by their tagline: It's time to play. I went to the white river valley post and the out by Richmond both locations are amazing. Our shuttle drivers were awesome and made shuttling to each experience informative and cool. Just a point to also note, they observed all the COVID protocols so even though we were having fun, we did so in a safe and clean way. 😀

The hubs and I left as tired as two two-years old toddlers. We had the BEST time! This was an excursion we purchased through Royal Caribbean, so our entrance and transportation to Chukka Cove was not direct. The staff really makes the visit. The guides we had told plenty of jokes, captured pictures of us with our phones and really set the mood. They're awesome! We selected horseback riding and caught some amazing views. We ended the day with a few eats and rum punch. We would definitely visit again.

My husband and I came here to do horseback riding for the first time, I was very nervous and the staff was very re assuring and super helpful. Ramin was our guide and he did an amazing job!! I can't thank him enough for making me feel safe and always making sure my husband and I were okay the whole ride.

My husband and I had an amazing time. We were staying at Excellence Oyster Bay and our concierge booked our excursion. Our driver, Mr. Keith,was absolutely amazing. He took good care of us, taught us the history of Jamaica and made us feel right at home. He even taught us the dialect which earned us much respect with the locals running the site. When arriving to the excursion, everyone was so patient. We laughed, chatted about life and really had an adventurous day. ATVs were SWEET! I was so nervous because I'd never driven one. My tour guide, Randell, was amazing. He allowed me to go safely at a pace I was comfortable with and made certain, I saw all the amazing features along the way. When we returned, we had time to use the restroom, get drinks and snacks, then on the bus to check out the beautiful cliff. I was too scary to jump. Anthony hungout with us a bit to make sure we got back on the bus and made sure that experience was awesome too. We tip well bc we understand this is their livelihood, so we encourage others to do the same. We were not pressured in any way. Hope to visit again soon! #onelove #respect #Yah'mon

The cost was 135 US and the best part was the cliff. The ATV experience was not worth the price. We were in a single file slow line 90% of the way as they led us to an open field where we were able to ride free for about 10 or 15 min. I do not recommend

I went to jump into the blue sea and horse ride in the sea...there is a lot of wait if you have a big group in front of you...it's HOT out there so bring water or money to buy water...a tower that you can wet and put on your head...

We did the Ultimate Four today, we’re based at the Bahia Principe. Our driver Keith was outstanding with all his history and sight seeing whilst travelling - superb ! All the guys on each activity were professional and courteous throughout the day, what an experience ! Well worth booking. Peter & Kay, Sunderland, UK.

All the staff at Chukka are really friendly and courteous. The tours that they give are fun, relaxing, and very enjoyable. They put your safety first, making sure to educate you on what to do and what not to do in all scenarios. The horseback riding experience was great, particularly the ocean horseback riding. It's incredible how the horses can be so powerful and graceful at the same time. At the end of my tour, I made sure to tip them $1,000 JMD, for which they were grateful. I wished I could give them more but that's all I had on my person at the time. Next time I'll definitely be trying their other experiences with more cash on hand to tip them better! They deserve it.

I did the the 4 Play excursion on June 11th at the Llandovery/Seville Blue location and have been waiting for the photos to be uploaded on the website since then, checking again often every day! I have emailed multiple people and called every number I could find and have received no help whatsoever. This was my favorite part of my trip to Jamaica and I have no pictures to remember it by or show my friends and family of it. I hope to get this resolved so I can leave a better review of this place! UPDATE - I have been able to order the digital photos with payment being charged on my card immediately and I received confirmation via email said it would be delivered within 72 hours and it has now been 2 weeks with no update or delivery of the photos. My emails or phone calls have not been answered or replied to yet.

I have never ATV’d before Tuesday, so I was nervous but our tour guides encouraged me that everything was fine and that I had it. Andre lead the group and then Damian came in because I was having issues with my ATV the engine was making a weird noise we switched ATV and when he was in front of me with my previous ATV I noticed it had a flat I was like wow. When they pulled the group over to take a break I was watching all the guides, they way they maneuvered the ATV’s I’m was amazed they did a wonderful job. They both deserve recognition for what they do everyday. Thank you so much 😊

First time on ATV and I loved it. Orlando the tour guide help me and made it an amazing experience. Ty I'll be back.

Tour guides were excellent. We did horseback riding and we had a 6 year old with us. They were very patient and made sure they felt comfortable and safe before and during the ride. Had a great time!

We had an amazing experience. It was well organized. My only advice is being extra cash for tips.

On of the best experiences ATV riding. Romeo my instructor was awesome and let our group leave the larger group and really go full throttle. I have ATV in the US and Mexico. This was my best experience in the rain and mud getting it in with my wife.

So we got to llandovery for part 2 of our chukka experience. We were scheduled for ATV and Horseback riding. At first, we had to wait roughly ten minutes for assistance. However Vanessa who was on duty was very polite and accommodating. We explained based on another appointment we couldn't do both activities and she hastily gave us a work around for a future date which made the experience pleasant. Horse back riding was epic!! Shout out to LAMAR for one bag a vibes and jcan flavour. It was my birthday and trust me I will always remember his exceptional customer service. One thing though, there were other colleagues who kept using expletives in our presence which was unprofessional but LAMAR intervened and told them to stop. LAMAR is one of chukka's best rep and he deserves a raise!!! Thanks again 🥳🥳🥳🥳

Antony and Vanessa are just amazing when it come to customer service. Wonderful people. Then there is the fear skin gntleman in charge of ATV tours, I don't remember his name but he is full of life and helpful and motivating. Full of life. Had an amazing time

So much fun! We had a blast atv'ing, rafting and zip lining! Our guides were personable and very fun! Since I forgot my water proof phone case I have no photos 🙃 well except the ones in my brain! Go check it out for yourself! Lol

Cool experience. Just wish they were a little more organized,waited at least an hour to get started. I feel the wait time cut into the actual atv riding time. Also there should be groups for those of us that wanna go FAST.

Had so much fun great place to visit.
