    I'm getting really sick of McDonald's lately!! Never get the order correct!! The chips are never full to the size you order and are either burnt or under cooked. Either haven't read the order correctly or just complacent and can't be bothered checking the bag to make sure the order is complete and DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE MILKSHAKE MACHINE!!! I don't understand you are a MULTI-MILLION pound organisation can you PLEASE invest in a machine that DOES NOT BREAK 24/7 and if its not broke PLEASE stop hiring lazy staff that can't be bothered cleaning it!!!

    Missing a drink from the order, wrong food given and completely different then what I asked for. Chips half warm half cold and soggy, Diet Coke wasn’t even Diet Coke, wrap is burnt and so was the burger. Never ordering here again.

    We called at this restaurant last night it was absolutely disgusting has it actually got an hygiene rating from the relevant local authority or the food standards agency I wonder , Obviously we didn’t even bother ordering we left in disgust..

    Arrived at this McDonald's at about 8.10pm and ordered two shakes. Over 30mins later, they hadn't called my number so I went up and asked and she said they would be made. Another 15mins and still no shakes. I was so frustrated by this point that I just left. Spent £5 to stand in McDonald's for nearly an hour...

    Bought food from here, not a busy night, food was cold, items missing, then came back to replace the food after getting home. Replaced it with cold food and same items missing. Absolute joke, it’s not a hard job, sort your lives out.

    Shocking service AGAIN! Last week ordered via app and when my partner arrived and I checked him in so to speak on-line even with the order code and they took payment they wouldn’t give him the order or a refund as they said no payment would be taken. It was! Today I stupidly ordered again on the app and I went this time. When I arrived I let them know on the app and I went through the drive through and it was busy so I got to collection widow and was told to park up. Only ordered standard breakfast stuff so was surprised I was asked to park up. Others parked up after us and got their orders so I eventually went in after 25 mins after arriving and they was like headless chickens and just kept asking my car ref over and over. Eventually I got my order but no apology from the person I was dealing with inside. A women eventually appeared with my order and she said sorry but not good enough when you are in a rush and pre order to try and save on delays and it’s a drive through so to have to park up and wait 25mins is a joke and in the week before and being charged! Avoid and use the ones in the town centre

    First off staff in here were amazing, busy time few problems that were no way theirs, kept their cool were polite, helping and kept the orders coming, the customers on the other hand , rude, impatient, whining, the food was hot and exactly what I'd ordered, some people had issues with their food, but it turned out they didn't listen to what the staff were telling them 🙄, the place inside is very clean and staff kept that way, the car park is an absolute nightmare with either people not knowing where they were going or deliberately driving through the no entry to qué jump into the drive through, ( this actually needs sorting ) guy behind me in car park thought it was necessary to keep beeping his horn as I was waiting to turn into a parking place someone was vacating, beeped him back a tune and the people behind him joined in, absolute miserable B, glad he went on to the drive through and left the internal staff alone, if it wasn't for the helpful staff this would have been a miserable experience, I'm not easily put off but the way this place is set up it needs sorting, 😁 #WindowsIsStartingNormally 🙄

    Since they have started doing takeaways they seem to prioritise these orders over customers that take the time to visit the actual restaurant. This often leads to long waits. In addition to this they regularly switch off the milkshake machine which I can only assume is because they can't be bothered cleaning it when the shift finishes

    Have no idea why anyone would go here. I was taken there by a friend for a quick breakfast on the go. Never again! Loud music blaring away, no help from staff, in fact a group of staff were lounging around chatting to each other and playing on their phones. Food was mediocre, had to search all over for condiments- appalling experience.

    We entered and noticed at least four managers/supervisors near the front of house stood about giving orders while the staff were running off their feet. Two members of staff were superb though. A staff member who was in and out of the store juggling large amounts of food to the car park for the drive thru guest. And another who was cooking, packing and serving guests as quickly as she could.

    This place just cannot pack an order I cannot remember the last time we ordered that something was not forgotten. Tried to complain online on last occasion but without receipt cannot do anything. Very dismissive clearly bug chains can produce poor service and get away with it. Mcdonalds is over selling its self with delivery standards are dramatically dipping.

    I would not recommend dining in at this branch. Just eat and uber eats orders get priority. Waited almost 30 minutes to receive a basic breakfast order. When I asked about the order, said they were waiting on hash browns. Seemed a good supply ready for uber eats though.

    Went with our daughter's family to celebrate Mothes day. Excellent service with a server who gave us every attention and help. Food was well cooked and filling. Thoroughly enjoyable time.

    This store is absolutely ridiculous they concentrate more on the deliverys more than the customers waiting in the store for there food. Why take on all these delivery's if you can't deal with them. No longer a fast food store. And the parking is shocking. Sort it out McDonald's cause its a complete and utter joke

    There was a reason why I avoided this branch years ago and that it, it is always chaotic. Food never ready when going through drive thru. Cars parked everywhere awaiting food. Delivery driver getting in the way with their parked cars. Petrol station next door share the same entrance. Could not get out on Tuesday once parked as drive thru clogged up exit, petrol station full and can't turn left on to link way. Absolute joke. Avoid and use town centre ones instead. Will never use again.

    Overall fairly nice place, but I have to say, i was disgusted to find that my father's 'cheese burger' was tomato sauce and lettuce thrown in between two beaten pieces of bread. Also the food was cold, wasn't happy at all McDonald's.

    Go to the other one. Drive thru is pointless, you ALWAYS have to park up and wait 10 minutes. Yet somehow you still have to queue forever just to order. No point going inside, just full of delivery drivers. Order is always missing something, or cold, or both. Amazed they've not lost their franchise.

    Called at lunchtime for a cup of tea to warm up on a chilly motorcycle ride. Car park was a jammed mess. Managed to get to an ordering screen after a couple of minutes’ wait, but its printer didn’t work. The counter was behind a scrum of Deliveroo and Just Eat drivers and more space was taken up by a metal rack of delivery orders which was just randomly parked in the middle of the restaurant. The tea came surprisingly quickly but I’m glad I didn’t order food.

    Service a bit slow and more often than not something is missing from the order. Typical McDonalds food which serves it purpose and tastes nice, albeit could be a little hotter and fresher when served.

    Reasonable waiting time to receive my order. Poor parking layout, and when leaving you need to join the back of the drive thru queue to reach the exit. Lots of insects around the parking area, especially wasps.

    Bought a chicken legend meal with no lettuce was lovely, however chips were too salty and didn't have any items we wanted originally. The 5 chicken selects came with no sauce from what I asked for when they asked what sauce I wanted. Disappointed this time. Hopefully can turn it round next time

    What an absolute shambles of a place. They've removed most of the downstairs tables to concentrate on the comedy delivery service, the tables were filthy, the staff (including "management") are utterly clueless, the "food" was luke warm at best and the service is absolutely appalling. "Fast" & "food", there's 2 breaches of the trades description act right there.

    The sandwich was the standard falling apart, but to be honest the drive thru was SUPER busy so I can kind of understand why the sandwich was "poorly" made. To be honest nothing different from any other McDonald's I have been, nothing that surprised me in a good way and nothing that surprised me in a bad way as well. Decent. I believe it's the same of what everyone expects from McDonald's. I believe nowadays it's getting hard to be surprised with a really good customer experience in this places. Not sure if it's good or bad, but I have a sense that stuff is just too standard.

    Usual McDonald's food on offer, children love a little treat. There is always a long queue for the drive thru due to the car park being very small so limited car parking should you want to go inside. The service was very slow on the day we visited took us 20 mins to reach the point of collection.

    Very good, fresh chips, salad inside the wrap was also crunchy and fresh. Place was lovely and clean. Not all Maccy's are the same, would be glad if they all did as well as this one

    Every time we order food online a cold drink is delivered to us without a straw, french fries are always cold and soft, and mozzarella sticks are always without the sauce witch we order. Always a bad experience with this restaurant. The worst McDonalds I've ever eaten!

    Called with the grandchildren service slow . Chicken legends were burnt.. They had no salt so fries were bland and inedible. Staff rude unhelpful more interested in get the delivery drivers sorted even though we spent in excess of £40. Give this place a miss

    This must be the worst McDonald's not just in the area but in the country. Ordered a delivery off there app with also a box of 20 nuggets. No sauce came with the order. So rang them up to tell them all I got was complain to uber eats who only delivered my food. They didn't take the order nor are able to check to see if the order is complete. Can't give less than 1 star for a service you pay for yet don't get.

    Made my order on the app and used the collection at driver through option. I was told there was no hot chocolate so I chose an orange instead. Was asked at the collection window to park up in grill bay. Waited 30 minutes, walked in the shop to see what was happening. A girl took charge of the situation and helped it along which was really good of her. Then I was handed my food by a different member of staff and told there was further items unavailable and they had took it upon themselves to choose replacement items. I’d rather have been refunded for the items but at that point I’d been at McDonald’s for over 50 minutes including queuing time, from ordering food to receiving was 35 minutes! So I didn’t want to be there any longer without them paying me an hourly wage. It’s not ok is it 2 star’s are for the girl who helped me and it wasn’t even her station but she went and got it sorted for me anyway. The management team really need to sharpen up and keep they’re eye on what’s happening so customer’s don’t get forgotten about! Plenty of room for improvement

    Came around 9pm and Ordered in store via the app screen! easy enough to do. Fairly quiet at this time young woman was cleaning tables and drivers were picking up deliveries. Ate in the restaurant nice pleasant dining.

    ordered via app for pick up at drive thu. car in front sat at pay window for over 5 mins blocking everyone and stopped cars leaving the carpark . As such food was cold and the fries where only half filled with less in the large than the small portions. leaving took another 5 mins as cars jossled to leave or drive thu

    If a small business acted like this shambles then it would be closed within a month!! LONG waits, Poorly thrown together food, COLD food! The whole idea of the Drive thru is to not have to go into the restaurant, yet the last three times we have visited each one has resulted trips in (after long waits) to replace cold items and obtain missing items. Tonight - missing 2 x portions of chips, 2 x apple pies, all food we did get was cold. Noticed this place has gone SUPER DOWNHILL since Uber/justeat came in. Wouldnt mind, its not even cheap like it used to be. A complete shambles and will not visit again.

    Poor customer service skills probably one of the worst mc Donald's me and my partner have been to and we go to mc Donald's quiet alot around places .. not only do they forget half your order, you'll ask for no pickles altheyll put a sticker no pickles in the box but still put pickles on the burger and the delivery driver let's no even mention them haha they are so so rude when they can't find you and kept hanging up on me and rolling me he couldn't understand my language

    went tonight after 12 hour nursing shift to get tea for my son. absolutely shocked. service awful. full of uber drivers, chaotic, felt like an inconvenience to the place ordering. the staff looked fed up, stressed, overworked. the place was filthy. will not return to this place every again. it's just greed and money 💰

    McDonald's now seems be focused on the takeaway delivery's not really nice sitting in any more with loads of people lounging around sat on the tables bags dumped all over service has slowed as seem to prioritise delivery's. The touch screens didn't give me a ticket plus let me order stuff only be be told when I collected order after my wait that the machines not working . The caramel ice frappe are fit though. But think using just one McDonald's for delivery's and others for sitting in and drive thru would be a better option keeping it a experience for kids rather then a waiting room.,

    I know Mcdonalds does get quite busy and as someone who worked in fast food for s few years I know things can be hectic but seriously how do you keep leaving items out of our order. This time it was a wrap for our daughter, last time It was nuggets, times before that it's been mine or my partners burger. You literally read the order of a screen, look and what your putting in the bag and check off the items. Seriously its a joke
