It would've been my first time going here but from the start the main lady was rude there. She literally was bossing me around. I didn't want to make a scene so I just left. She needs to be more welcoming.

By far the best place in St. Albans. She takes her time and pays attention, but appointments are fast at the same time. They never over-book themselves so you never have to wait. My nails are perfect every, single time. Every time. I've never had an issue, always been happy with service and will never go anywhere else!

This is a busy and efficient business. Getting an appointment can sometimes be challenging, but I think its worth the effort. The prices might be a teeny bit higher than other salons, but so is the quality. They double coat, for one thing. Many others don't. I was quite pleased with the results.

I called and scheduled an appointment, wrote down the confirmation while scheduling, went to my appointment and they said I did not have an appointment no one had put my appointment in...owner was extremely rude n unprofessional, no apology or offer to reschedule ...place is a joke
