We went here to celebrate our anniversary and we're glad we did. Food were all delicious. We highly recommend the bacon bruschetta for appetizer and the beef short ribs (tender, melts in your mouth). We also had the ribeye steak with some truffle fries. I love how simple yet still flavorful the fries and the other potatoes we had. For desserts, we had chocolate lava cake and burnt basque cheesecake. The cocktail drink on the picture is called Albertan road trip, it has a bit of sourness in the first sip but it does gets better and better. We are grateful for the attentive and the sweet gesture of the servers. They truly made our night extra special and we will surely come back. I'm excited to try their brunch options.

Just left Barbacoa and couldn’t wait to leave my review. What a pleasure to dine here. From the moment you walk in you know it’s going ro be fabulous. Cocktails were creative and so good. Bacon and egg appetizer was so tasty, a must have! Our group of 4 had shepherd pie, half chicken, sirloin steak and pork chop. Everything was spot on and delicious. We all tried each others meals. Service was top notch, and everyone was foesnly and welcoming. Love that they source local for a lot of their menu. Would return again in a heartbeat!! Thank you for a perfect dining experience!

We have been to Barbacoa quite a few times but we just did their New Year’s Eve dinner and WOW. WOW. WOW. They have outdone themselves. Everything was 10/10. Tried some new foods (tartare & sorbet with olive oil) and it was beyond my thoughts. Tyler was our waiter, he was amazing!!! Explained all the meals and certain things he liked about each piece of food that came out. Great service and ensured to check on us after every few bites. Barbacoa is our go to place to take family when they come to visit and they learn to love it just as much as us.

The parking lot seems questionable in the evening hours, but don't let that fool you! The service is amazing and the food is impeccable! Expect to spend a little more here, but be aware that the experience is worth it. Decent drink menu. Amazing ambiance. Make sure to make reservations just in case. Their steak is said to be award winning and did not disappoint. Malcolm, our server, and Lauryn, our hostess, took the most amazing care of us. They kept our drinks full and were so friendly. Don't be afraid to reroute your trip to eat here!

Always a great place, glad that they are up and running again. We've missed our monthly treat. They have a great new menu. We had brunch menu and next day returned for dinner, making up for our time away.

FIVE STAR all around! Absolutely fabulous!! This is the second time we've been but I forgot to take pics the first time! Bacon and Eggs, Bacon Bruschetta, Mussels, Whiskey Sour drink special, Beet Salad w/ shrimp, Chicken, Rib Eye and Tenderloin w/ shrimp. Not one thing was less than 100% delicious! We had the same server, Jayleen, and she was amazing! The previous week we also had a wonderful greeter/hostess Ava, Manager Kayla, Alternate server Derek and our main server Kayla. The staff was fantastic! Highly recommended!

The other reviews didn't lie - this is an unexpectedly divine experience! We were lucky as we had no reservations but arrived shortly after they opened and the patio is first come first served. We had an elegant but outdoorsy booth. I started with a flight of the local craft beers and enjoyed all of them. I followed that up with an excellent Forgive Me Father for I Have Ginned! We had the "Bacon and Egg" starter, a glorious deviled egg preparation. In hindsight I'd have paired this with their great looking Bloody Caesar. My entree was the 12oz sirloin with added mushrooms and it was incredible. I'd go back again and again just for this!

I've been to Barbacoa a few times and it never disappoints me. I just recently went there for my GF's Birthday and the food was absolutely amazing. Each dish had its own flavor profile. We were worried after we noticed the menu had changed get slightly but once we got our dishes we were blown away. We started with the Bacon Bruschetta which my GF loved. ❤️ we had the Foccacia Salad, Cheese Burger, and Gnocci w/ Smoked Chicken Added! It was absolutely delicious! Not only is the food great! The drinks were also spectacular! Don't get me wrong the prices are premium but as in all things you get what you pay for! Thankyou Barbacoa! We will be back for sure!
