This clinic is as expensive as an Emergency vet. Went there today because we could not get in with our regular clinic and was not impressed. Took our dog in to get her eye checked out. The vet came in and started checking her eye and then says "oh I forgot the flashlight to look" and then she pulls out her phone & used her phone's flashlight. Not very professional.... They are all about the money and charge for a recheck. I have been a dog owner for 12 years and have never paid for a recheck. Maybe when you have insurance its okay to pay an arm & a leg but when you don't, its expensive in here.Never going back here again! **Just read the owner's response and not satisfied and on top of that I do not appreciate that my dog's name and her medical concern was discussed in a review. The vet should not be discussing or giving out my dog's medical chart history here in Google review. I did not mention my dog's name or what the details of the eye concern was and she goes and discusses this on a public platform. Again, not very professional that they clearly don't respect the privacy of their patients. DO NOTappreciate you for releasing the details of our visit without our consent.

I love this clinic! The staff are always friendly and helpful. Having an animal can be both the most rewarding experience, as well as challenging. There is so much information out there, with so many different opinions on how to train, feed, and maintain good health of your fur baby, whom of which, most of us would move mountains to make sure they are safe and in good health. The staff have always been knowledgeable with recommendations for our four animals and have always preached a fear free clinic. Thank you, Tamarack! We will be recommending you to everyone we know.

These guys are lovely to deal with and most of all they truly care about your pet. They aren't there to make money off of you and it shows. They want to be friends with your pets as much as with their own. We even just adopted a new kitty and because he was saved from an adoption service, the check up we wanted to get for him was free. All around fantastic service and I will recommend them to anyone!

Suzanne , Vanessa and the entire crew have been amazing. We bring our shop god to them and they have been nothing but accommodating. Highly recommend to family & friends.

This Clinic was an amazing experience for myself and most important my Animals. You feel the love when you walk through the door. My Babies where comfortable from the beginning to end of visit. What I liked the most is they care, truly care about your animals. They listen to you and you totally understand what they are telling you about your visit. I have never had this at any vet ever. You don’t feel rushed or pressured to leave they take the time to talk to you and take the time with your Fur Babies. It’s hard to explain unless you experience it. They knew I was concerned and didn’t just take in one of my babies they took both in at the same time the day I called and took the time they needed for both. I’m ever so great full to them in more ways then they know❤️ Also they are so so busy. But the staff are so professional and organized that it is a beautiful flow-in the office. Just perfect they are.

I wanted to let everyone know that my first experience with the staff at the Tamarack Veterinary Clinic was amazing. Greeted with big smiles and friendly positive attitudes. Very caring and companionate towards my dog. Prices were very reasonably and did not push you to do the extras, they did provide extra options without me feeling any pressure. They called the next day to check in. I would highly recommend Tamarack Vet Clinic.

Wonderful environment and staff! They were completely booked but still managed to offer me a next-day appointment to get my kitty checked out. Plus, I've never seen my cat so content at a vet before; she even fell asleep on the 5 minute drive home! I couldn't recommend this vet more.

It was my cat Twyla’s first physical exam and vaccination schedule. I requested for a 5pm appointment and they agreed just to accommodate me. I really am so grateful for that: Twyla was never scared in the clinic and she loves the staff and the Vet so much! I definitely recommend this place to all animal lovers. 💕

My dog had a hot spot that had gotten worse over the week. I was able to get in right away and had never been to this very before. The staff were great and the vet was very informative and thorough in her examination. I definitely recommend this Vet and will go back again.

Absolutely love this clinic! The Veterinarians, Techs, Assistants are always happy and helpful. We recently took our new 8 week old kitten for check up and shots and the experience was so positive. Got in very quickly. Doctor Suzanne and the staff were very gentle with him and made sure he wasn’t stressed. They provided care suggestions as we are new to raising cats and answered all the questions we had. The follow up call to see how he was doing and reminders for follow up shots are great as we are busy and forget things. I am so thankful to have such wonderful veterinary care for our poodles and now our new kitten!

Every time my dog & I come to Tamarack Vet it’s always feels welcoming and we’ve never had anything less than a great experience! I have a crazy schedule and they are very kind & considerate of when I need to change/cancel my appointment and always get back to me within a day or less! I seriously have no bad things to say they are great, gentle and down to earth people who want to help your animals. Whenever we come I can always hear everyone in the back saying “Hades is here I have to go say hi!!” Highly recommend them!

The entire staff is friendly and very empathetic. They go above and beyond in so many ways and I will always appreciate that. One of the best vet clinics I have ever been to.

My fiancé and I are not happy with this clinic. They’re overly expensive compared to other vets, and they’ll charge you an arm and a leg regardless if your visit is 5 minutes or a complete wellness check. We spent a fortune getting our dog neutered at this clinic. They also are super quick to medicate. Our dog was very nervous coming to the vet, as most dogs are. They wanted us to drug him every time before we came for a visit. The first time we tried the medication with him, he literally ran into the wall in our hallway. The staff are very friendly, but it’s just not the vet clinic for us.

It was our first visit with our dog, the atmosphere was nice and welcoming, there is a sense of family feeling where they consider your pet as if it's their own, and they even followed up the next day to see if our pet was alright. I started coming here when my little man got a bad ear infection and they fit him in right away. The experience was so great we switched vets immediately, I am so glad I found them, I drive across the city just to ensure my baby is getting the best help. They are all amazing there and make me feel good about bringing concerns and questions forward! Darrel has been here a couple of times now and every time they go above and beyond with him, they make him feel loved and cared for. Amazing team I highly recommend

UPDATE: Seriously cannot say enough good things about this vet clinic. They saved my moms' senior cat's life by providing all the appropriate testing, exams and xrays and getting her in for an appointment asap. They were worried about her symptoms and called me to take her in the same day instead of the next as agreed originally, and that absolutely has made a difference in her recovery as the situation (she had many bladder stones and could not urinate) was very time pressing and she would have passed away without immediate treatment and surgery. Even though they could treat her, they instead recommended that we take her to an emergency hospital with a better setup to handle a complex surgery and catheter placement, where she later had a successful surgery and recovered beautifully. Tamarack provided all the paperwork, testing, exams and called the hospital and even gave us all of her samples to take with us. Mushka is a very happy, playful and healthy cat now, doing very well post surgery, treatment and diet change and I truly cannot thank the clinic, the techs and doctors enough for making sure she was seen as fast as possible and providing all necessary testing to look at her condition. Dr Suzanne and Dr Vanessa are also just absolutely oustanding human beings who truly care about your fluffy companions and will do everything to help them. Took fur baby in for check up exam and some vaccines after adoption and had a really amazing time at the clinic! Everyone from front desk staff to vet techs and doctor were very professional, kind, welcoming and sweet. Shots were done in a couple minutes, kitty didn't even have time to get scared as she was occupied with catnip, went home took a nap and feels great now. Cannot say enough kind words to describe the experience.

Outstanding care & professional service by the staff in treating my Dog Duke ….. really appreciate the compassion and kindness shown by the Dr. Doctor gave him enough time to get comfortable and familiar before proceeding for any procedure. I really amazed the way doctor took control and handled him. I highly recommend this place for pets ❤️

We had a great experience with our dog Roly, he was very old and very well taken care by Dr Vanessa, he past away last October and now great service with our new to us rescue dog Bruce G quality service and very reasonably priced.

This clinic deserves 5 stars! Dr. Vanessa went above and beyond to try and diagnose our sick cat. I had lots of follow ups, which were highly appreciated. Dr. Vanessa was always happy to answer my questions, and it’s the first vet that took the time to really dive in and send me research that might explain my cats symptoms. Although we didn’t reach a diagnosis, I feel like Dr. Vanessa did absolutely everything that she could have done given the complexity of the unknown diseases.

I came across this office as a results of needing a second opinion on my dogs condition, and I am so glad I did! Ultimately we had to say goodbye to our senior doggie and they ensured we were taken care of during each step of the process. I cannot recommend this office enough and encourage anyone looking for a dedicated, compassionate vet for their fur babies to check them out.

We brought our 4 yr old Havanese, Ozzy to the Tamarack Veterinary Clinic for his yearly check up and vaccines. Our regular vet was quite a distance from our home and wanted to find somewhere closer to us. We read the reviews and felt this was going to be our new vet. From the moment we walked in the door we felt we had made the right decision for Ozzy. The front desk staff were welcoming! The vet technician and the vet were amazing! The care to our boy was perfect even though he was a bit of a baby since he was in a new place. The follow up call to see if Ozzy did well with his vaccines was a nice touch. Thank you!
