I am very sorry to say that I had a very bad experience in this place. I booked an appointment on 14.04.2018 at 14.15 and arrived only one minute late and the lady was really disappointed for my "big" delay and she didn´t even greet me and she started to say that this "was very very bad and totally unaccepted !!!!!!". I have tried to calm the situation but I totally failed…… Here I have to mentioned that the last time I went there I have waited 10min and I didn’t complain. She continued with her unfriendly manner over the session and I did not feel at ease. Finally I went through this uncomfortable situation and I left even without a goodbye but a lot of wax all over my clothes ..... In addition for their price they have to offer better treatment. I will never go there again and I will never advise someone else to do.

I had my first and last appointment there today. If money is not tight I would recommend this place because the waxing was fast and not really painful. But I booked an appointment for a bikini wax and the lady told me she would rather give me a sugaring because my skin is very sensitive. I waxed before multiple times and it never was an issue but I thought shes the professional she knows what shes doing. What she didn't tell me was that it would cost almost 15€ more than I had planned. Of course I paid but I felt like she took advantage of the fact that I'm young and that's really uncool!

Very BAD experience. Very unreliable. I had an appointment and received an email reminder the day before and when I got there, I was told I dont have an appointment. Not the first time that happened. I am a customer at Senzera for years and apparently that means nothing at the studio in Freiburg.

It's pretty convenient making bookings here via phone, web or app, just to get something on short notice is rather difficult as they have only two people working here which means time slots are kinda limited. However service is friendly, nice and very fast.

Ich war bei Antonella zum waxing und war sehr zufrieden. Sie ist sehr nett und professionell. Sie hat ihre Arbeit sehr diskret gemacht.

Ich war heute mit der Augenbrauen Behandlung leider nicht zufrieden aber da man mir entgegengekommen ist mit einem zehn Euro Gutschein und ich zuvor zufrieden war (Binini Waxing) gebe ich 3 Sterne

Toller Team, sehr erfahre und Kompetenten Mitarbeiterinnen. Bei Senzera Freiburg fühlt man sich gut aufgehoben!
