We stayed 2 nights and overall it was wonderful. We reserved a double room wih my husband and son , they Upgraded us triple room as a complimantary. hotel staff was helpfully and friendly. The heating of the room was well, you could open or close heating system whenever you want. The view of the room was also wonderful. The hotel is opposite of main train station. The is MCdonals under the hotel. All buses are starting in front of hotel. they give alus complimantry ticket for statbus. Breakfast was perfect for a budget hotel, thank you for all. ( hint : You can buy Baden Wuttemberg ticket and you can use regional trains in a day unlimited )

Strategic position by the station and the close to the port and very friendly staff. The hotel itself isn't the greatest, clean small room enough for a 2/3 stars, definitely not worth the amount they charge per night even if it's high season. The most surprising thing is that maid was knocking on the door at 8,30 in the morning and coming in whilst we were still sleeping (on holiday I guess we can sleep until 8,30) and was never coming back, even when leaving the message outside the door. The result has been that not a single time our room has been cleaned during our stay at this place and had to shower with leftovers of soap as no one ever came to refill the dispenser. Parking is not included which means 20 euro extra per day circa.

Great location, room is clean and comfortable. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the only thing that i didn't like are the blinders in the room as they need more curtains.

Location is prime, right across from the train station. Service at the front desk and breakfast room was very friendly. They have baby / toddler beds and an elevator. Our room also had a small kitchen (sink and stove-top), but we didn't try to use the stove. The windows had Rollladen to block light. The breakfast buffet was decent, had a good variety, including gluten-free and vegetarian options. What we did NOT like: noise from outside at night, the beds were not the most comfortable, the coffee at breakfast (self-service from a machine) was watered-down.

4 stars because the location is great (close to the train station, old town, and the harbor) and because the hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a nice daily breakfast included. It is definitely a 3-star place in terms of amenities. There aren't really any amenities other than the free breakfast. There is no room service or laundry service, but they do have a washer/dryer in the basement you could use on your own if you wanted. Rooms do not have air conditioning. Rooms are bright, and the curtains don't shade the sun, but if you look closely at the windows you'll find an electronic shade controller that lowers an external sun shade for darkness at night. It took us 3 nights to discover that.

I stayed in a room on first floor. At 6:30 in the morning a lot of noises from the staff waked me up. Shower was not working well it didnt worth it for the price.

The hotel has a good location. The lake and main station is just in front of the hotel. Nearby the hotel is a shopping area. It is very convenient. Breakfast is also good. Price is reasonable. But, Wi-Fi is very hard to get connected.

Excellent location, On one of the main streets of the city. Very clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, lovely food services.

Best place to have a stay, location is too dam good... Just infront of the Hauptbahnhof, nearby Aldi, lago the mall and on the ground floor macdonalds is also there.... Very good with their breakfast taste and variety of breakfast... Staff is also good and very decent to customers..... Only one thing I miss here is a small restaurant within the Gästehaus... But rest all is fine and best.....

Room was clean, with a great location next to downtown and the train station. Bring some entertainment though because most channels in the tv do not work.

Great customer service and the receptionist was very helpful with all the information we needed. We had a great selection of food for breakfast. Great location! Everything reachable by walk, no need of car. We are definitely coming back again.
