Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, pretty good selection. They actually have a comprehensive selection, sometimes the offerings change or deliveries are delayed which means certain products are missing or limited. Staff are very open to questions and help above and beyond. As far as I've noticed they have products for just about any animal.

All kind of supplies for pets available. From healthy food to ell marketed brands you can find the whole range. The prices are significantly lower than at Fressnapf in Switzerland. Staff is super friendly.

The place has the same items as most Fressnapf pet shops in the region. I find the staff here to be much more helpful than other Fressnapf branches I have been to — possibly because they serve a much smaller market. Within 3 mins of entering the store, a staff member already approached me and asked how they could help — well-trained, customer service oriented staff. Prices are fair, service is great and selection is wide and varied. Recommended pet shop if you are in the border areas of Switzerland and Germany.
