Absolutely amazing experience, I wanted John lennon glasses, had them in 5 days. Ladies are so helpful and I wish more business in niagara were this great.

Gem of an eyeglass place! They have a lot of designer frames, excellent Tiffany selection, Kate Spade etc. I paid half of what I usually pay for glasses at the popular franchises. This month my glasses broke and desperately needed new ones. I was planning on using my taped glasses until I could get ones ordered in. I stopped in to eye care and instantly had great service by the greeting they showed me their selection which was very good their prices were very good there was absolutely no pressure! I found the pair in a matter of 10 minutes. I gave them my prescription and they said it would be ready in 30 minutes! Fastest eye glasses service I have ever had! Safe to say I found my eye care for the future!! The staff and owner were super friendly and overall 10 out of 10 I highly recommend! I rarely do reviews but felt like I should definitely do one for this!

Horrible. These people scam people with insurance company's. They tell you your up for your 2 year so they can get you in then say there computers are down you will have to file claim yourself. Do our claim pay out of pocket turns out our glasses are not covered. These people are shady I highly advise everyone to take there buisness somewhere else. Shady shady people.

Lisa was extremely helpful and kind, I also spoke with a woman on the phone on Friday who was lovely aswell. From what I saw in store they have glasses for every budget. I'm so happy I found this place and I look forward to coming in again!

I discovered Eyecare Welland a few years ago, just popped in to see what selection they had at the time. Needless to say, they are fantastic! They care what you want, what your looking for and take more than enough time with you in making your decisions. Best of service each time I am there, the whole family goes to them and now so do others I know when I recommended them.

I have worked in Customer Service for over 7 years and was absolutely blown away by the level of service I received from Eye Care Welland. Chad and Shelly are so helpful and so friendly - each and every time I walked into that building I was greeted by name and with a smile. Their selection of frames is huge and their prices were so affordable - I was very pleasantly surprised by the price I paid for my pair of glasses. I will definitely be going back for my next pair!

I would just say that EYE CARE Welland is a Fantastic and a Superawesome shop in Canada. I had to change my glass with proper degree of eye three times, but the owner always made smile and made me comfortable as " No problem, if you don't feel good, anytime you can come". How great hospitality is... Eventually, he made the right-fit glass for me and now I am greatly satisfying my glass. He must be person who has warm and merciful mind. Thanks again.

Never once did I give them the impression that I was going to get glasses from them for my child. They only have a little area of kids glasses and my child didn't like them and had her heart set on another pair she loved. The- I'm assuming - office manager- called odsp to get my approval letter WHICH they are not supposed to do. I told my worker she's not to do that unless I approve it and told them how I found that completely rude what she did. When we called to get the approval letter, the guy answered and as my daughter says "can I come get...." he cuts her off and says "your glasses"?? She said "no, my paper" his tune changed and hung up on us. I got it straight with my worker to send it where we wanted to go, so we didn't have to go back and grab the approval.

Went in today for a repair, was fixed in a minute and I was out the door! Great service. Thanks !!
