This value village has a lot going on! They have a great selection of donated items and I've been able to get things that I would normally have to buy new, second hand! Happy they brought back discount days! I attached some of my finds!

We found/bought beautiful items in this store. We will definitely go back again to hunt for new items.

Very decent selection and staff are always friendly. Wish management (from all levels) would do better by their minimum wage staff by actually hire more people, however. Like, I dont work at value village so why am I cashing myself out? Incredibly lame. Remove the self checkouts and replace them with human employees. Would be great.

Everything in the store is over priced. It's getting ridiculous at this point. This Ziploc Cleary shows that it's $1.25 (From Dollarama) but they priced it for $3.99. it's the same thing with a lot of other things in the store the original price of the items are always cheaper than the value village price.

Very over priced. Tons for Dollarama items that are first of all, used and secondly marked up 3-4x the amount. Hand bags are pretty over priced at this location same with most of the art work. Good selection of kids books.

The only reason I'm giving three stars instead of two is because I noticed they now have security guards. This was desperately needed, not just from an LP perspective but from a safety aspect. I used to love going to Value Village frequently, but with the outrageous and laughable prices as well as fitting rooms being removed from all stores it's just not worth it. Also to note, the exchange policy is atrocious. I understand and accept not being able to get a refund via cash, debit or credit card for a purchase. But exchange only, not even store credit? I would be much more likely to spend more time and money in the store if I could return to a gift card. Not everyone has the time or transportation to go home and try things on, come back within 14 days and find something that day of equal value to exchange it with. Also, the associate working the self checkout area....Friendly individual, but in the nicest way I can possibly say this, I don't think they've ever been introduced to deodorant. It was beyond foul.

Love it there! Can't wait to go back! I got sooo much warm, high quality outerwear for cheap! The store is organized, clean and there's so much selection on every size! I even found a warm sweater for my husband , some costume jewelry, hats and some household items like wine glasses, champagne flutes, and a mesh rubbish bin for the office.

Love shopping value village always a great selection of items. I make it my first stop before I purchase anything. Especially great for kids stuff as they grow so fast out of everything.

New location, but still prefer the niagara falls location. Never really find anything interesting or nice here. At least the store is clean although a bit dusty.

Always great service but the prices are getting too high. This place is supposed to be affordable for those that can't buy new but now all the prices have almost doubled from what they used to be.

Beware part time workers. I worked there for 40+ days collecting donations and providing excellent service without a single warning or note about any bad behaviour. I get let go 2 hours after getting my schedule for the next two weeks, because they were prioritizing full time workers and had to dump part time employees quickly.

This store has seen an increase in what they charge for items that have largely been donated to them. They are still reasonably priced but definitely they charge more than they did a few years ago. Selection varies on what they have been given but they have a large cross section of just about everything from housewares, electronics and clothing. It's a great place to shop for Halloween costumes for sure.

Value Village is a thrift store that provides a unique shopping experience for bargain hunters. With its wide selection of second-hand items, from clothing to household goods, it offers great value for your money. The store's affordable prices and occasional hidden treasures make it a popular destination for those seeking budget-friendly finds. While some areas of organization could be improved, the overall shopping experience at Value Village deserves a solid 4-star rating for its value and variety.

There is plenty to sift through in this place. It's really easy to go and burn a half hour walking around if you're bored. You might even find a treasure

For the fact alone that this Value Village is in Welland the quality and amount of items is astounding. Well organized, clean, and employs polite staff. There's lots of Nike, Under Armour, Levi's, Lulu, and more mixed in with H&M and George clothing. All in all a good value village to visit, of course the whole company is over priced but as far the location it's a great store.
