I’ve eaten here before and decided to have it again as I was soooo impressed with the jerk chicken. I needed delivery for my family tonight as I came down with COVID but was craving home a cooked meal. I’m of Jamaican descent so the food is comfort food for me. The curry chicken and oxtail with rice and peas came SOOOO quickly and was absolutely delicious. Meeting the owner previously when ordering food I was also impressed with his warm friendly service and interaction. Very impressed. Will definitely order again Renée Rose

My girlfriend and I have quickly become huge fans of this place. Living in Toronto the past 5 years I’ve had some good Caribbean food but this place sits with the best of them. We’ve tried the curry chicken, stewed chicken, and jerk chicken. I’d recommend all 3. Stewed chicken is a good option for people that want something that isn’t spicy. The owner is super friendly and chill.

This place has some of the best food I ever ate!! The bbq chicken is my new favourite meal and I cannot wait to come back here again. Never had a meal I didn't love since coming. Top shelf business!

Stopped into this place by chance and was impressed with the Jerk Chicken. So tender and flavourful. So fortunate to have such an authentic Caribbean restaurant up here. Will definitely drop in again!

The location is ideal. I was told only to speak the truth and say good things. So I'll say this, the vegetable roti was good. Id have this and only this on a nice day and go for a walk by the board walk. I'm very spoiled by authentic food as I grew up in Toronto!! After eating here I found a authentic Hakka Chinese food in Bayfield Mall. So I Havnt completely given up on Barrie. This Hakka was clean and absolutely delicious!!! It wasn't only hot it was flavourful! The Kino sushi and shawarma across the street are fantastic as well. If it wasn't for these spots I'd write Barrie off. Definitely try the hakka in the Mall you heart and tummy will thank you! XO Good food is life!!

The food here is SO good! The jerk chicken falls off the bone and is so juicy! This is the only good Jamaican food in Barrie!! I’ve had others and they’re selling Jamaican food for yt people.

My boyfriend and I decided to try this place for lunch and it was sooooo good, you will not be disappointed eating here! The chef takes pride and passion in the food he makes, and my god it was one the best Caribbean food I’ve had. He even gave us some new pasta salad for free to us to try as a nice gesture. This restaurant will definitely become one of our regulars!

Went today and had the oxtail & rice and peas and a chicken soup!! It was amazing. Can’t wait to go back and try other amazing food!!!! That soup was delicious!!!!!!!

satisfying jerk chicken. basically perfect, but not above and beyond, I would recommend to them: roast lime with the chicken and squeezing that on the rice. their slaw is inauthentic (mayo) and disappointing. also why are dumplings (fried dough knots) not on the menu?!?!

Without a lie.... Literally the BEST Roti we have ever eaten - so delicious!!! (and big) To the cook and owner ~ THANK YOU, we will eat here again for sure M&B:)
