Unacceptable to come home to see this is what I was packaged, this is normal from this location. I was going to write a review that last time this happened but didn't because I felt bad, not this time. Hire staff that actually want to work properly and not have an attitude towards paying customers. My review says it all, replying with a generic response that gets sent to every negative review you deal with just shows how unprofessional Pita Pit deals with these situations instead of rectifying the problem. I will make sure all my friends and family in Innisfil will never give this location/franchise again.

Today I watched the only employee working struggle to take all the orders and make everything by herself. I don’t understand why you guys cannot hire one or two more people. I get it- might save you some money here and there but in the long run it causes business loss. Take care of your employees if you want them to stay. Get your act together before you lose customers. The extra star is for the girl working, she was very sweet and as efficient as she could be.

I seem to keep giving them a chance but this is the worst pita pit I've ever been to... I would order the same thing each time and it looks completely different each time. Sometimes bowl half full (as I've posted), sometimes full... today I walked away with a half frozen, at least very cold falafel bowl that is half full and wasted $12 for something I can't eat

Ordered large pitas and got regular sized ones. This isn't the first time this has happened either. Seems to happen frequently when ordering from what's for dinner today.

Walked into Pita Pit in Innisfil tonight at 7:25 on my way home from work. Noticed 1 employee on his break, and a young girl at the counter taking orders. There were 6 people in front of me, and I am pretty patient. I then watched this girl take all the orders, then proceeded to make the orders 1 by 1. After waiting 25 mins for my pita, I finally said something! Oh they apologized but what did it matter at that point? Where is the owners? Supervision? This is so not acceptable and I will never go back again!

What a difference a month makes, and not for the better! I last ordered back near the beginning of July, and the wrap was exactly as it should have been, and was tasty. Fast forward to NOW: Today's wrap was on the wrong pita (asked for whole wheat, got white), was missing three vegetables (romaine lettuce, cucumber, and hardly any mushrooms), and was the wrong size! (ordered a regular, got a small!) I only have a half hour for lunch, so I can't just drive all the way back from where I work. I ate it because I was hungry, and discovered there was also bacon added (Hmm.), and way too much pepper. This Pita Pit is nothing like the ones in Barrie, and I don't think I'll go back to this one again.

I went in here on Wednesdays night June 28th at 7:30 pm, and asked if the frozen yogurt was gluten free. The girl working there rudely answered me "NO, but its fat free." I wasn't asking because I'm on some fab diet. I can't eat gluten because of actual health reason. So for me to be gluten free is away of survival not because I think its cool. There is nothing cool about it. Anyone who works in the food industry should be educated on celiac disease and how gluten can effect people who suffer from this disease. I am very disappointed in this restaurant and will let others no to stay away.

We were tight for time and used the app for the first time to place an order at the Innisfil location. We arrived 3 minutes before our order was to be ready. When we walked into the restaurant no one was there, all the chairs were on the tables as if they just opened and the attendant was counting money. The sign said they opened an hour ago??? I guess our order wasn't a priority as she hadn't begun making our 2 sandwiches yet. Our order was five minutes late. Not a big deal but thought the app would save us some time by pre-ordering as we were in a hurry. I wasn't going to leave a review but when we bit into our sandwiches there was way too much sauce and was overpowering. In fact we had to throw one away. Not impressed with the whole experience at this location. We try another one.
