If you need passport photos done right and done quickly, this is the place to go in East Gwillimbury. I tried and failed to get them done at 3 other stores offering "while you wait" service, but none of them made good on their promise. The UPS store took my photos correctly, processed them professionally, and I was able to get my passport renewed in a timely fashion thanks to them. Skip the promises of others and just go to the UPS store right now.

I've only come here for passport photos. I paid a whopping $25. The employee/owner didn't even care to ask why I think this is an unfair price.

Mary’s team at UPS store 525 have been the best to work with in over three years now that we’ve been running our little Etsy print shop. They go above and beyond for each order and wouldn’t change store. This has been our best UPS location thus far. We have tried many others but store 525 is our number one.

I had a great experience at this location, the young man working there Steven was extremely helpful. When my pre paid return label wasn't working, he got me all sorted out very quickly. Very polite and helpful. Will definitely be returning to this specific location.

Over the past year and a half, we have been using this UPS location for our business and it was a great decision. Mary and Steve are awesome and handled all our packages and mail. The location is great and the service is even better!

The lady working there (might have been Mary?) took a lot of time and care to make sure the goods I shipped across Canada arrived without damage. I didn't have anything packed or boxed up I brought loose items with me and she went above and beyond what I expected. I shipped from here at 4pm and by 1pm next day my items were signed for and received in Edmonton! Insanely fast and they arrived in perfect condition. 10 outta 10

The service at this location has been truly amazing and memorable. First of all I was so picky. The staff were so patient. They asked me detailed questions to ensure they capture exactly what I wanted. My product was big magnets with advertisement for my car. I work in the legal industry. The picture came out with fantastic quality and better than I envisioned myself - did I mention I'm picky? Great service all around and product delivered ahead of schedule. I took the time to leave this review because I felt compelled it was much earned and so here is the praise! This will me the only UPS store I go from now on. Thanks guys!
