I would give zero stars if I could. Got my nine month old’s ears pierced here. Traumatizing experience!!! The piercing gun got stuck in the ear while piercing. The girl who was doing it got so nervous that she couldn’t take it off and gave up. My poor baby kept crying. I eventually took the gun off and calmed my baby. The attendant had no empathy whatsoever. She didn’t say sorry or show any remorse to what she had done. Very unprofessional! Would not recommend going to this location.

Best service. Had my ear pierced and I didn't feel even a pinch. Great selection of earings with quality metals and lots of helpful advice. Great selection at decent prices. Love the visit.

Girls' paradize

Regrettably, I had an extremely unpleasant encounter at one of the stores in Oakville Palace. Today, on 15-Dec we experienced very poor customer service. When we initially bought the item, we were assured that we could return it if it changed color. However, when we attempted to do so, they raised their voices, denying ever making such a promise. This has been a highly disappointing experience, and I've decided not to make any further purchases from Claire’s. I intend to share my experience with my family and friends. My daughter got her first ear piercing here. But the two are not balance. Not a little. I came to ask if I want of if each to be pierced again in a new place. But the store’s manager is too rude to me. She said no. She’s the professor. And asked me to leave right away and shouted loudly “have a good day” very provocative. I’m amazed at the attitude she behaved. Such a big store. Why the manager hasn’t been trained well. She should show respect to the client. I even cannot say a word. After we come out the store my daughter cried she said she never thought someone would treat her mother so rudely.

Really stupid store and staff! I understand the policy but 0 for customer service. The studs i bought are useless. And when i asked direction to put it on, they were useless. The Manager was also super unhelpful and RUDE. I have been a long time customer, and other location in Brampton has been great! but this was my last time, buh bye! Do not buy these ones, girl! It only has a cheap plastic backing.

Amazing just got my first piercings they took really good care of and the placements were amazing
