Great Place. Been here a few times and will continue coming back. The staff are super friendly, the portions are absolutely massive, and very tasty. I ordered the John’s Famous Pork Souvlaki which seemed a bit pricey at $22 until the monstrous plate came up which made it definitely worth it. Massive salad, probably 1 and half cups of rice, a full potato and a half pound of pork. I can eat a lot and I still couldn’t finish it. The average person would have to split between 2 people which would make it even cheaper. Very generous portions which make it fantastic. I have only been for lunch so I will be returning for breakfast as I heard it is amazing as well as dinner. Great place highly recommend.

Super cute restaurant with a diner and homey feel. The atmosphere was nice and food was great too! We got a couple omelets and an order of French toast as well. I’d definitely recommend the French toast, it was delicious! The service was a bit unfriendly honestly but I’m hoping it was just because they were a bit busy. Overall a good experience!

This is what a breakfast/lunch joint should be. Cheerful service in simple clean environment. All the usual breakfast staples here including French toast, western sandwiches and peameal bacon. Also some sandwiches and burgers. Make sure you go hungry, portions are very generous and coffee is frequently refilled.

It's always good to come here. The food is delicious, the place is clean and spacious and the staff is friendly. They also have a nice patio outside. Today, our food took a little longer than we expected but it's understandable since we've ordered chicken souvlaki and it takes time to cook. It was worthy the wait. Absolutely delicious. 💯

Worst server you can ever get , go here to experience Karen . White old lady told us she wont be able to give us extra chairs for our infant car seat when we booked bigger table . Coz it will be waste of chairs when she can sit more adults who gonna eat . She started arguing until her manager had to jump in . No audacity to even apologize. Definitely not going back when they make you feel comfortable. Food was ok nothing extra ordinary or special

Had the Deluxe breakfast and wife had the Belgian waffle. Both were amazing. Service was a little bit slower than usual but all is good. Definitely recommend John's family restaurant.

Delicious souvlaki dinner! Chicken was moist and juicy, potatoes were perfect, the tomato sauce on the rice and potatoes complimented the hefty Greek salad. Great portion and very nice service

Our first time here. This place is amazing! I would give 10 stars if I could. The food is very delicious & impeccable. The staff was so attentive and detail oriented, making it a truly one of a kind experience. My wife & kids loved it and enjoyed the food. Their quality of food is top notch and quantity of food is enormous. I felt very satisfied with the experience at John’s. We will be back to John’s.

Have been my go to place since last 5 years. I wouldn’t want to change anything about it, since the moment you walk in to the whole experience is just amazing. Never seen better customer service and how they go above and beyond for a customer, always ready to go an extra mile. Food is just out of this world, be it quantity and quality. Taste has been consistent throughout the years. The waitstaff is so helpful and knowledgeable about their and menu, absolutely adds more stars to the amazing place. Owner is the most down to earth person and always ready to listen and accommodate as per customers. I wish i could give it 10 stars, all my friends and family has same experience. must try 💯

We love going there for brunch usually on the weekend. The atmosphere is relaxed, staff is friendly and food is excellent with good portion sizes at reasonable prices (usually about $60 for the two of us). I would recommend you try it out, keeping in mind that there could be some wait time on weekends when the place tends to be quite busy for brunch.

My first time here and we were not disappointed. The service was very pleasant, the kitchen was super quick in getting us our meals and everything tasted delicious. The restaurant was packed when we got there and yet the service was amazing, the portion sizes are huge. Will definitely go back

Talk about delicious ! I went on a Thursday for a staff breakfast and everyone was more than pleased with the customer service and fast seating ! The food was spectacular and the server was always coming around with a refill of coffee. I ordered the ham and mushroom omlete and to be honest its been a while since I've had a good omlete, especially those home fries !! Omg ! Delicious!! I then returned on the weekend with my boyfriend and I got the sweet dream on a pancake because my coworker had it on a waffle and it was a sweet tooth paradise. I would definitely reccomend :)) I also thought it was affordable so thats always a plus. Wishing the buisness lots of success.

Impromptu plan to visit the restaurant but turned out to be a delightful surprise. Great portion size and very warm service staff. It is more like a neighbourhood friendly cafe. Would definitely love to go back and try out more from their menu.

You gotta eat here!! The servers are friendly and very helpful, the menu is endless and you can order anything you want from breakfast, lunch and dinner menus at any time and the selection too many 😊. Only thing missing is a dessert menu. By the way, the portions are huge! This place is buzzing, the food is that good!! Enjoy!!

This place has great food specially for breakfast! The service is ok, but it can definitely improve. The food never disappoints. If you are ever close by is a must try! We love going there for Father’s Day because my dad loves it there.

Food was amazing. Environment was great. But Service was terrible. Had to wait 20 mins+ just to pay the bill. Staff was lost and busy in servicing others. Could have walked off and no one would have noticed but waited for that time just to pay the bill. Highly disappointed. They need a manager for sure

I visited John’s Family Restaurant with my mother today, the place is nice but a little worn down. Our seats in the booth had huge rips in the leather, didn’t look too appealing to sit on. Ordered calamari as a starter, it was okay..average small pieces of calamari and the sauce was boring. We both ordered the chicken souvlaki as our main dish, the portions are unbelievably huge. Food wasn’t bad, chicken was fresh. Not a terrible experience overall.

Good, simple diner food, with generous portion sizes and quality burgers, French toast and pancakes. Quality comfort food if you’re in the area and want good food with no surprises.

A bit smaller than expected but it’s alright. Went on the day of the storm and was lucky to be seated inside just before it started. We didn’t really have a waited but our order was taken. Tea and coffee was cold as well as some of the food. The server that did tent to our table was distracted. Overall was decent !
