Inexperienced and unprofessional photographers and careless staff who take terrible incorrect pauses and no good postures with untrue eye, hair, and skin colours as if they have a mission to falsely show you ugly. We were shocked that it’s not truly our features nor our colours or even our size what negatively affects the approval of your official papers the governmental office required another photos with good quality according to the requirements. Besides it’s expensive in vain. This place traumatically wasted our money and our time as we were compelled to retake another photos in another professional studio what delayed our process and traumatized us. Don’t lose your peace of mind, energy, time and spend money for such a nasty service. You will look as another person, 10 years older than you and in a bad temper with ugly features. I believe they can be anything other than photographers. I highly UNRECOMMEND it.

Absolutely terrible customer service. This was by far the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. I came in asking for a small 4x6 printed photo - which i asked if it would be quick, the guy at the front helping me was extremely annoyed from the get go, I asked if they do prints and he said yea - went back to doing what he was doing without telling me any instructions. I had to ask him ok.. what next? The entire time he kept rolling his eyes as if it was such a difficult job to do, and I stopped their entire day or something. I waited and he just kept saying the other guy is working on it and he's printing it right now, 10 minutes later.. he's still printing it? When i finally asked twice whats going on, the guys like were doing other work too, and there were printer issues.... ok so tell me that? basic customer service is at least apologizing. When i told the guy if this is too much work its all good i have to get going, he literally raised his voice at me in front of everyone and told me to wait for my print in a threatening voice because the guy has spent 10 minutes on it, at that point i was kind of scared to leave as if something would happen if i don't take my order... even then, giving me no updates just kept saying oh its printing right now. It was as if they were purposely trying to avoid doing it since it was a simple 4x6 print. When it printed the guy just threw it at me and said free of charge, with so much arrogance, didn't even bother doing a good job - literally looks like i printed it at an at home printer. Avoid this place at all costs - extremely unprofessional, disrespecting of women, and just plain rude.

I hate to leave such a low rating especially seeing how many people have had great experiences but my experience with getting business cards printed here has been nothing but inconvenient. The prices are okay and they make good suggestions based on your scale of business, although another employee made a joke/remark about me inquiring about pricing which I felt was rude but said nothing about. I placed a large order of about 6-7 different cards for my business on August 4th and was quoted about 5-7 business days for completion. There were a few errors I was notified of and told it may take a week to fix then told the same thing the following week. After this I heard nothing back for another week and I emailed for an ETA which I was told should be 2 more days from that date. I heard nothing for another week so I emailed for a second ETA and was told they forgot to tell me my order was ready. Upon picking up my order I find half of it is wrong, I'm pretty frustrated at this point but decide to just make it work and have the last of the remaining required cards to be printed. I'm then told I'll have to cover the costs of materials for this even though it wasn't my mistake and my order was 3 weeks late. I'm writing this review nearly 2 weeks later (September 12th) with still no communication as to whether or not my cards are almost done or what is going on. Can't say I'd come back for a large job like this again. Edit: Gave me finished order free of charge and acknowledged my concerns.

Absolutely amazing work they do. Their team is friendly, if you are looking for some crazy out of the world designs, 3D printing, marketing etc... this is the place! oh they can even turn you into a mannequin lol I love this place.

Advanced Printing Company is a top choice for any one looking for quality and reliable print services. We had a large banner 6x9 foot banner we needed to get printed for an event happening the next morning. It was a rush order. We searched google and came across this company and although they were almost closing, they helped us by staying longer completing the job very quickly with out compromising on quality. I came to pick up my Top Roof Driving School Sign at 9:15am today as was agreed on Tuesday . But it is not done yet and I am really disappointed! I left it for 1.5 day ( I was asked for one day only ) to finish the work as was agreed. I have scheduled Road test for today and cannot go without Driving School Sign . I sent al together 13 emails to Matheus and was told It will be done 100% on time. I couldn't take my student to Road Test today.

Matheius was the most helpful with printing documents that were impossible to print for me. Definitely recommend this place to everyone as they try their best to give you the best service

Not reliable Called them to ask how long will it take to print 1000 business cards, I was told 2 business days. After 2 days called them back, they said “one more week”. Called them in one week, they said “maybe two more days or maybe 5, probably 2 days if you go and pick up them yourself at the printing company in Markham”. Called the printing company in Markham, they have no idea about my order yet. So far I have no clue about the status of my order. Giving 2 stars only because affordable prices and the guy on the phone being nice, even if he couldn’t help without the managers Update: from 2 stars to 1, past 10 days from the promised 2 days, and I still didn’t get the cards. They said Friday is going to be ready so I can go and pick them up directly from the printing company, and guess what, they forgot to put a note “customer pickup “, so the company shipped them over the weekend so there’s gonna be another 3-4 days to get them. WORST EXPERIENCE

It’s easy to notice how the manager replied impolitely and aggressively on a customer’s feedback and client’s complaint telling her we don’t use filters to show you prettier it’s a passport photo how can anyone with a mind imagine that the client asks for filters it’s about your fake colours passport require specific right pause and head eyes and look you missed all of that besides not even the righteous eye and hair colour and the aggressive rude reply and mean attitude. You show unprofessionalism over and over. Your response clarify that you made it on purpose for personal reason and you know that well. Watch your language and be respectable. Everybody sees your reply now your proved our righteous complaint. Attached your photography supposed everyone can compare it to the passport photo requirements. We don’t need you to make us prettier we are already pretty at least don’t deform our photo for unprofessional and nepotistic reasons and follow the guidelines of passport photos.

I placed an order last week Wednesday to have a canvas print done. Whoever I spoke with assured me that that my order would be done by Wednesday the following week, latest Thursday. Which was perfect because I needed it the Saturday. The person said they would send me the E-transfer details…a few hours go by, didn’t hear anything. So I called, the owner said “I’ll have my guys send you the information”. Some time passes and I still get no email so I called again because I wanted to send my deposit before the store closes at 7pm. 7:45pm I get an email with the e-transfer info after the store closed…so no one was able to accept the payment when I sent it. I called in Friday, no one checked the email to see that I sent my payment, and STILL I was assured my order would be done for the time I need. I called the Tuesday after the long weekend, owner said “yes your order will be ready for Thursday, latest Friday”. Cool…no issues. I went into the shop today (Thursday May 26), spoke with an associate there and they told me they have no order under my name. I was confused because I had been calling in almost every day to make sure this was done. The associate told me, “it may be shipping in with our orders because it doesn’t get printed here”. Then proceeded to tell me to speak with the owner when he comes in. I called in at 5pm…why the hell is it the owner tells me, “your order has been delayed a few days due to the bad weather over the weekend and won’t be ready for the date you need it”. The DAY BEFORE I need it done, they tell me this. I spoke with him Tuesday and he couldn’t inform me that it wouldn’t be done. Instead he says, “I don’t know why anyone hasn’t called you, I should have told you”…HORRIBLE service and I’ll never be going back here.

Do not go to this place!!! We have placed the order for our sport club logo printing and they have ruined all our clothes. It turned out so bad that we had to buy new clothes. After back and forth communication we never got our money back for the clothes. Extremely unprofessional! Just avoid this place.
