This was my first time bringing my dog to Q’s pets. The shop seems super busy and popular with many groomers taking care of a lot of dogs. I can see why because the staff were all very kind and knowledgeable. As for the results, there is a tiny bit of unevenness in the body, but her face and head were shaped nicely and very cute. It’s not too noticeable though, and their prices are much lower compared to the shop I used to take her downtown so I am happy and will be returning in the future (the price was $75 plus tax and tip compared to the other place charging $120). Booking was quick and easy over the phone, and they are very accommodating with appointment times. They also carry a large variety of high quality food and treats.

My cat scared bath and didn’t let me washing him. I took my cat for bathing and cutting his nails. All staff were friendly and respectful they professionally treated my cat. I really appreciate them and recommend them 100%

I was attracted by the excellent google comments. The groomer who did the grooming for my pet got really really bad grooming skill. Can you believe it’s the same dog?! Before vs After. Not sure the name of the groomer, for sure I’ll never come back and don’t recommend at all. Don’t know where the high points from. The comments here is unconvincing!! 美容师你睡了吗？我被丑得睡不着……

Great providers! They take time to go through wants ahead of each groom. They document vaccines, which is reassuring as pet owner. Reasonable prices, easy drop off and pick up. Good selection of treats and food as well, which are competitively priced. Our dog is rescue and they make it super stress free for her. We were happy to have found them!

I tried this place a few days ago and loved it. Very professional. My dog was so happy when she came home and she looks and smells great. Definitely will go back again although it’s a bit pricy.

HORRIBLE grooming service. Went in for a grooming service recently and they CUT MY DOG. There is a huge gash clearly from being cut. There is also visible blood on my dog's nails which I know they have cut too short. To add on, they DID NOT TELL ME any of this has happened. How irresponsible. Despite them pretending to be a reputable salon, AVOID AT ALL COST. THEY HURT DOGS. Incredibly irresponsible and I have let many of my friends know but felt that it was necessary to share with other dog owners.

Very happy with Q’s pet. We’ve been going to Dancy for awhile and she’s able to cut my sons hair exactly the way I want it to look. Highly recommend this location!

My dog has been here for grooming since he was a puppy. We love there and go every month. The owner Quanquan is a very good lady.

Hello everybody! Today (September 4th, 2022) was my second time going to Q’s Pets to get my two dogs groomed. The service as usual was exceptional and my dogs turned out cuter than ever. There have been some negatives comments about Q’s Pets and I wanted to point out that they are entirely false. The groomers who attend to our dogs treat them with delicacy, and tenderness treating each appointment as their own dog. Today, I was attended by a groomer named Sabrina. She took care of my two dogs exceptionally well and by the results of the grooming, I was very much so satisfied.

Asked specifically what the price would be. The girl said there will be an add on, so she checked with the receptionist who said that it’ll be 75 in total. But when I went back I got charged 95 before tax. Zero star.

Amazing service ! So happy I decided to come to Q’s Pets; the staff at the shop are so friendly and nice ! The facility is very clean and organized. I’m so impressed! Sabrina took such good care of my little puppy, and was nice to advise us on any irregular findings she saw on him. Since we are first time pet parents; this was so helpful! Sabrina is a very skillful groomer with great attitude and patience. My dog has sensitive skin, and she always know how to take good care of her. She is so detail oriented to small particulars sometimes I even did not notice. She is more than willing to share experience and give advice how to take better care of my baby girl. We all love her. I recently took my 7-month-old puppy, Melo, to this salon for grooming, and unfortunately, it was an incredibly disappointing experience. Initially, we were promised a three-hour service with a call 20 minutes before completion, ensuring our punctual pick-up. However, we received no call and struggled to reach the salon when we grew concerned. Upon our return, Melo was found barking in a crate, unattended, and without any grooming progress. The salon explained they were short-staffed and another dog had bitten their groomer. The owner offered to personally handle Melo's grooming within 20 minutes. Regrettably, the rushed job resulted in an uneven cut, leaving my puppy looking uncomfortable and distressed. To add to the frustration, Melo has been scratching incessantly since the grooming, prompting a vet visit to determine if there's a reaction to the products used. This is concerning, considering Melo has no known allergies. Despite the owner's attempt to rectify the situation with a 50% discount on snacks, the overall experience left me feeling like I wasted time, money, and my puppy's energy. I strongly advise others to save their hard-earned money and opt for a more reputable and professional grooming service. In conclusion, transparency and communication were sorely lacking, and the overall quality of the grooming and products used has left me dissatisfied and concerned for my puppy's well-being.

I am a regular customer, since last October. Always, the groomer has made my dog more and more healthy and lovely with very reliable service. My dog's coat is getting fuller and shinier. Every time my dog is happy to go to the store for grooming. I guess the service she received in the store is a happy memory for her. The food and snacks in the store are a great choice and the prices are very reasonable.
