Absolutely horrible experience this lady was working with blonde hair ,jeans ,butterfly shirt with a Fanny pack ,her attitude was HORRIBLE so rude throughout the whole experience, was huffing and puffing would not recommend!!!! After the owner replied I emailed and haven’t heard anything back? Do you just say that so people who look at these reviews think you guys are actually reaching out to fix the problem!! Pathetic business, they don’t deserve anyone’s hard earned money

We booked a birthday party for my son here and every part of the experience was amazing. The staff were so cheerful and joking around with the boys, they did a wonderful job at showing them what to do and helping to pick games. Also the party room was perfect. Fully decorated, we just brought our food. The staff cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend this place.

The place itself is alright, but there's this young woman who works there who had an attitude the entire time. She didn't even need to go above and beyond and smile, but being kind and understanding goes a long way.

Brought my son on January 29th 2023. Facility was very well maintained and staff were friendly.and helpful. Would highly recommend for something to do any day of the week or for a birthday party(there was a birthday event going on well we were there and it sounded top notch.)

Fantastic! Lots of fun for kids. Will definitely be going again. I never knew VR Wonderland existed, I stumbled across it while surfing web. I'll definitely be bringing kids back and passing on the word of this gem! Service was great and very helpful. Highly recommend

I had my sons 10th birthday party here. Everything was amazing! The owner is super accommodating, even opening a half hour earlier at an extra cost to allow the kids to have a longer plat time. The event is super organized and the kids had a blast. All emails are promptly responded to. Both the owner and staff checked in multiple times during the event to make sure we were happy. I highly recommend for a birthday party for older kids, who have out grown indoor playgrounds and trampoline parks.

Awesome VR place! They have around 60 games to play that are for the entire family. The times I've been there I had a blast playing the Hologate and the booths. The staff is so cool and friendly, specially Sarah, who Ive seen several times and has helped and guided me through the games. She is always smiling and welcoming. Excellent experience and definitely will recommend!

Booked a party for my 9 year old (daughter) . Was super fun! I do think maybe some time needs to be added for maybe certain age groups to actually have a full hour of play time as the employees do need to spend extra time and care with them. Something for the head office to think about. I have to say; ALL the employees were awesome and SUPER nice! BIG shout out to Christian (hope I spell that right) and Laura (again, maybe not spelling it right as to how it’s pronounced). They were so patient and wonderful and knowledgeable. Honestly they were fantastic. Everyone is.

What can I say. Service is phenomenal, games are amazing and prices are extremely fair. Staff is so helpful, knowledgeable, and very kind spirited. Always makes my son and I experience top of the line. We have had Mitchell, many many times, and just couldn't be happier. Always their to great us, by name, and make us feel very welcome and comfortable. don't hesitate, give it a try today. You won't be disappointed.

My family had a terrible experience at VR Wonderland in St Catharines. We just moved here and I booked a session for my son and my husband. Upon arrival we were informed that their business did not honour medical exemptions for masks and when asked if we could speak with the manager, the employee proceeded to call security. When speaking with the owner, he informed me that because too many people lie and claim medical exemptions so regardless of the by-law, they would not be honoring them on face value but that we could 'voluntarily' show proof of said medical condition and would be granted entry. This divisive and unprofessional approach is shameful and I would never support a business with these values.

Booked at 1100 on my sons birthday. Arrived at 1050. Doors were shut. Nobody was on site. Staff arrived at 1120 to open the door, and apologized due to traffic for their late arrival. Half of the games tried did not work. Definitely was not a pleasant experience. Would not recommend this place.

Had an awesome time yesterday will go for longer than half hour that’s for sure!! And as a bonus the headset didn’t bother my hearing aids

Not the best value for money. However, my kids had a great time. They would rate it higher than a five I’m sure!

Came here just to kill some time and had a pretty good time. I was new to VR and wasn't familiar to the system. Thankfully, Lara was their to help guide me in using the system.

We only went for my 10-year-old son and my husband to play and try this new experience, unfortunately I have to say that we don't want to come back, a very, very rude girl attended us and with a very bad attitude, she doesn't know how to handle customers at all, what a pity! We would like to come back but it was a very bad experience with this girl, maybe in another location but not here!

My son and I went in to try..seemed like a lot of games were not working. No one really helped with choosing the game.. they set us up and left.i asked her to set us up with the best game for my son and I for multi-player keeping it kid friendly. The game she set up within the first 5 min was swearing!!! Took us 25 min to finally pick another game as I couldn't get us connected to another multi-player game Needless to say felt like I wanted our money and time..was a little disappointed with that

I have only known of VR Wonderland for about 3 weeks now and have already been there 3 times! Victoria is always there to greet me and is such a warm and friendly face to see when walking into the store. She is very thorough with her explanations of the controls and all the different games there are to play. She makes the experience the best it can be! I will definitely be coming back soon and I can't wait to try out all these other games and thrills I've been hearing so many good things about! See you guys again very soon ;)

I would definitely recommend this place! Victoria was just amazing and really informative about the whole experience of this games. My kids love it and we are absolutely going back. During COVID times I found very safe to take my kids there! Great service! Keep the good work! Thank you so much 😊

Very friendly staff. It looks like a fun place for VR playing many choices of games. I went in for a WISH pickup tho

My boyfriend and I had a much better experience in Toronto at the levelup VR arcade. Here, we were just rushed in...barely helped out with regards to putting on our gear, no one helped us out with choosing games or switching games, it just was not a good experience overall.

Amazing games, fun experience over all and the workers there are really friendly. Just a really fun time overall will come back again

We went there for my 12 year olds birthday party and they loved it! Everyone working there was very helpful getting the kids set up with their games and helping them to pick the best games for what they wanted. The party room was already decorated and was perfect for what we needed. We will definitely be back.

For our Christmas get together the golf ladies decided to do VR. It was a fun hour that went by quickly!! Helpful staff in selecting games to play. We will be back!!
