Bought new slippers late November and the stitching started coming apart in early January. Emailed Comfort Clinic and they responded in less that 24 hours that new slippers were on their way and I didn't need to return the old ones. What amazing customer service! I will definitely shop here again.

Good quality shoes correctly sized (which are hard to find, especially for diabetics and other people with extra-wide or swollen feet); fast and efficient delivery, backed by a kind and responsive customer service; what is there not to like? I was very happy with the prompt and helpful attention and guidance I was given when ordering on-line 2 pairs of comfy shoes for my 98 year old mother. And she was very happy with the styling and colours available (after disappointing experiences with other outlets). After 2 or 3 weeks of research for a comfortable shoe with a short heel for walking around all day, since I sprained my ankle last year I needed to start with a short heel again. I finally landed on the propet brand. I could not find them anywhere in Canada until I came across this place. I must say the shipping was so fast to Alberta, I received them in a few days, and wow am I amazed. The comfortability is amazing, my feet aren't sore at all. The heel is perfect size. Usually new shoes need to be broken in and feel uncomfortable for the first few days, not with these. Instant comfort. Love the padding all around the shoe. My mother has large bunions so we purchased the new Propet Bianca shoes. They have a stretch top which accommodates her bunions perfectly. The first day she wore them we went for a long walk – no sore feet and no blisters! We purchased a second pair of the Propet Bianca shoes so that one pair are for indoor use and one for outdoor use. We also purchased the men’s Propet Cronus shoes for my father who has dementia and does a lot of walking. Again, no sore feet and the nurses find it much easier to put shoes on his feet. And lastly, the customer service with Comfort Clinic and Propet was fabulous. High recommend!

My son had been complaining about his heels being very sore if he was playing at recess or walking for a long time. I went by the comfort clinic and spoke to Alla who was very helpful. She told me it sounded like Plantar Facsiitis and she booked us to see the doctor that she has that comes in. In the meantime she gave us some compression socks for him to wear to help ease his pain- free of charge and have us some ideas to help relieve his pain. We saw her doctor and what a difference it has made for my son! We had a great experience! I've recommended her to many people! Thanks again Alla!!

Hi bought a pair of the Biotime Women's Mia Slippers oh my god !!! These are the most comfortable slippers I’ve ever had !!! I have to use custom orthotics in special shoes as I have major issues. Since Covid and working from home I noticed because I’m not wearing shoes in the house my feet were starting to really hurt. I saw a post on the internet about how important it is to wear shoes indoors. They mentioned Comfort Clinic as having special hard soled slippers so I ordered a pair. Couldn’t be happier ! I took out the insole that comes with the slippers and put my orthodics in and immediately felt such a difference than walking around in socks. Extremely upset with these hours. Went to pick up my grandmas bra and even though it says they are open..lights were off and door locked. Tried calling and no one answers. Very inconvenient!!!

I researched online and offline for a while shoes for work and leisure which would be comfortable for my x-wide profile of feet. I did ordered following: Drew Men's Watson Shoes Drew Men's Voyager Shoes Drew Men's Aaron Shoes and Sigvaris Men's Traveno Travel Compression Socks 15-20 mmHg. Both shipments from Comfort Clinic arrived successfully and perfectly on time. The compression socks are perfect and ALL the shoes are too! They are SOOOO comfortable – I have to say that I never had more comfortable shoes my entire life. Thank you once again for your kind help and assistance.

I received my footwear a few weeks back but really haven't warn them very much. One of the shoes had some faulty stitching and some straps came loose.
