My wife and I went to the Source in Oakville Place yesterday. We were welcomed by two staff members Rohan and Somya. The experience was great. The team at this location is awesome..Especially Rohan! We recently purchased new phones for myself and son and he took his time to explain everything and gave us the best deal that suited our needs. We did not feel pressured by him to immediately make the purchase right away, which was a plus because we were switching from Samsung to Apple. He was very patient and helpful dealing with two folks that really have not had a lot of experience talking new cell phones and features. Went into the store this morning to get our brand new iPhone 13 activated with Virgin Mobile. Kyle was amazing to deal with and explained all the details of our plan thoroughly. Him and his manager Amit were also able to help us get our data transferred from our previous device and helped us pick out an appropriate case. I would highly recommend this store for the great customer service.

Kyle went beyond his regular hours to help in spite of difficulties with the computer to get hooked up with two new iPhones. The computer in the store was operating very slowly. He called me at home to let me know everything was working so we were able to return to the store and go home with 2 new phones working!! Kyle has a very pleasant attitude. Because we are seniors, we needed much explanation and Kyle provided it with great patience-nothing was too much trouble for his customers. Went looking all over the mall for help with no luck. Finally went to The Source, Rohan and Kyle both helped us with our technology questionable first. Then we upgraded all our services for cheaper and better services with the information they provided. I recommend everyone to come here and deal with either Rohan or Kyle!

Rohan and Soumya both helped me with upgrading my phone and my wife’s as well. They were super helpful and thoroughly explain-all the details and savings and there were a lot of savings. They went out of their way to even offer better rates than all the competitors by contacting head office and getting the approval. Super glad I made the trip out to get my new iPhones.

Based on Kyle's input we bought a fire stick and then he guided us through the acquisition of two new phones. Kyle searched for the best deal that met our needs.
