Zero stars. Do NOT come here, and certainly not for any serious reason. I was previously a client here, but stopped because the care was non existent from doctors and staff. This week, my husband was bitten by a stray dog, and went to the ER to begin a series of rabies shots after a 7 hour wait. The next shot needs to be administered by a clinic or a family Dr. We do not have one, so my husband chose this clinic, which is his choice. My husband spoke to Public Health and they informed him that the clinic will need to send a requisition to them for the rabies vaccine. My husband called the clinic to set up his appointment (apparently was booked by the manager, Shannon). THIS CLINIC NEVER SENT THE REQUISITION. They cancelled my husband's appointment the day before; the clinic 'claimed' that Public Health never sent them the vaccine. I called the clinic out on it, and Shannon said she'd 'assumed' Public Health would send the vaccine to the clinic. I asked her, 'When you noticed that the vaccine hadn't come in, and my husbands appointment was the next day, why did you not contact Public Health when they were open? They would have sent it same day or at a minimum, first thing in the morning and he still would have been able to make this appointment'. She had no answer, because THE CLINIC NEVER CALLED AND SHE ADMITTED IT. This is the level of care you can expect from this shoddy clinic. Shannon claims that SHE called Public Health and that THEY never sent the vaccine. So who do you think I'm going to believe? Public Health or a clinic with a Google rating of 2.5 stars? EDIT: Miranda, one of the receptionists is the exception to the rule, and was very helpful when I managed to speak with her.

Zero stars. Took my 90 y/o mother in for a ā€œfamily doctorā€ check and blood test after she was in the hospital following a cycle of infections due to her cancer (Iā€™ll come back to that). Today, 13 days (13 days!!!) after the blood test, I get a call from one of the invisible virtual doctors at this clinic telling me her blood work shows extreme anemia and she needs to go to emergency for a blood transfusion. He asked me who her family doctor was, and reminded him it was him. 13 days to receive a life and death lab result is extreme incompetence and should not be tolerated by anyone. And Itā€™s happened before.. which brings me back to moms cancer. An early UTI (she has kidney cancer) caused her days of fever, confusion and pain before a lab test at this clinic confirmed the Infection and provided an antibiotic prescription. Again this came from a call from an unknown virtual doctor, after many calls by me asking for the result. These are not exaggerations. There have been individual doctors and support staff that have been helpfulā€¦ Even some those unknown virtual docs. The problem is the business model under which this clinic (and all med care clinics) operate. Your family doctor is not an individual, it is the corporate organization. You are simply information in their system with which each doc has to play catch up when they see you. They also use doctor assistants and you never really know if you are talking to a doc or an assistant. Three docs have come and left in the short time they have been momā€™s family doctors. A network of unknown virtual docs complete the impersonal touch. I believe all this is in the name of cost reduction. There is little to no commitment to continuity of care and attention to the patient. We remain patients only until we can find another family doctor. If you are using medcare only as a walk in clinic you can do better. You have many other choices. If they are your ā€œfamily doctorā€, like us, start your search for a new one as soon as you can. It could quite possibly be a life saving decision.

UPDATE: I received a call from the manager of this clinic not long after my review last night. She apologized to me said she was going to talk with the staff member and get my prescription all sorted out. Verified with her several times on the phone which pharmacy I'd like my prescription sent to. She sent it to the wrong 1. So now this is 3 bad experiences at this clinic just to get my medication refilled. Now I can't start them until tomorrow because I have to work today. This has been 43 hours now and counting since I've left their clinic and still have not received my prescription. By the time I can get it tonight it will be 52.5 hours since I left their clinic after waiting there for several hours to get my prescription and finally getting it. Never go to this clinic ever ever. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The female blonde receptionist with the beige wayfarer glasses is the rudest receptionist I have ever met/dealt with. I was in yesterday for a prescription refill, waited the 2 hours or so to be seen, the doctor faxed my prescription to the Shoppers in the same plaza (a bad place to get prescriptions refilled but that's a story for another time). When I went to fill my prescription, the doctor put the wrong dosage on it, since the clinic was closed I came back today and got the rude receptionist. I was very polite and just said I got a prescription filled with the wrong dosage and was wondering about getting it fixed. Despite being polite, she was rude from the moment she said a single word to me. Told me that the new prescription was sitting on the doctor's desk and that they had no idea when it would be faxed over but that it would happen by 6pm since "we are running a walk in clinic and don't have time to fax is over the prescription unless you want to wait 2 hours for an appointment time and the doctor will fax it then." So despite the fact that it has been 27 hours since I left the clinic the first time, I still am unable to pick my prescription. She didn't seem to care about the symptoms you get missing doses of this medication or that this error was entirely their mistake. It was mine to deal with and fix for them. Or just wait around until they feel like fixing their mistake so I can just get my pills refilled. Will never go back to this clinic again. She kept getting ruder with me every time I asked a question, and when I noticed I was getting upset my fiancƩ jumped in so this woman never had to deal with rudeness from us but clearly this woman is just a miserable person and I FINALLY UNDERSTAND ALL THE REVIEWS ABOUT THE RUDE RECEPTIONISTS HERE. Until this point I loved this clinic and never had issues.

After reading reviews I was hesitant about going here but my experience was very good. The receptionist was polite. The wait was not too long. The doctor was professional and spent time getting to know me a little. She was great. I will definitely use again if necessary.

They close at 5 sundays and I called at 3:45 about wait time. Girl on the phone said itā€™s an hour wait and I said okay so if my husband comes now and heā€™s still waiting by 5 he will still be seen? She said yes. My husband left right away and once he got there she told him he canā€™t be seen today (he got there 10 min after we hung up). She didnā€™t tell me this on the phone and claims she did but 100% she didnā€™t as neither of us heard that and she was on speaker. Very unprofessional staff and my husband said the lady was very arrogant when speaking to him when he arrived. I went myself once before and it was a good experience but after today wonā€™t be going there again. Waste of time.

Both time me and my Fiance went there they turned us down. I would Not recommend them. All because the doctor decides to shut things down early yet your doors are still open. Why not put a closing sign up if that's the case. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The receptionist was not friendly at all. She thought she knew better than us. If you have to be rude to people who come in then why do you even work in this field? I can't imagine the worst scenario and she tells you to go elsewhere .... Smh

2 starts only because when I did see the doctor for me a couple.months ago she was very kind. But other then that not a good experience. 1. A couple months ago I needed blood work and it took 2 WEEKS for someone to call about my RESULTS even though I was pretty much calling every other day and they said they do have the results in but couldn't tell me until I get a call. 2. Covid has been around now for like 3 years and your a doctor office. If you don't want to help sick patients then maybe be a dentist instead. We tested negative for covid but my baby had a fever for 5 days so I brought him to this clinic. They turned him away because of COVID even though everyone is negative. Instead I had to take my baby who had Pneumonia to go sit in emerge for 8 hours. He needs a follow up STILL NOT COVID and they still won't take him

This establishment would be much happier if slavery was legal. They pay minimum wage for a role that requires further education and/or experience. They pay less than some fast food joints who pay more for no experience or education. At the amount that they want to pay you, you would be lucky to find a basement dump for 60%+ your gross salary. It should be ~30%. The kind of education they want can cost thousands of dollars. And they think minimum wage is reasonable. Living wage in the Niagara region is $18.90. This place basically okay with their employees having to sleep on couches or live in their car.

Receptionist had an attitude when discussing being a new patient. Once I met the doctor I explained everything in detail as to why I was there (inner ear issues after a flight). He examined both ears and said I had Barotrauma, and will go away after a few days. I got a second opinion two days later at a different clinic and was told immediately I have an ear infection. I strongly recommend avoiding this facility simply based on the lack of care or experience provided by the doctor and staff.

Used to love this office but they have changed. They use to test people for covid welcome everyone who was under the weather now they won't see you at all and the drs that call you are not the most reliable. My husband has asthma had trouble breathing the dr over the phone said drink soup every 2 hours and rest and take over the counter cold pr allergy medicine.... he needed an inhaler. I took my son who had a fever and is tired not eating or drinking much and they refused him even with a negative covid test. Some of the receptions love their jobs they interact with the children get down on their level alk to adults like their concerns actually matter etc. others not so much and you can tell.

Never again! Went there with my son three times within a month as something was not right. Dr kept saying he was fine it was teething. Then it was a viral infection. Then it was an ear infection. Well last time we were told nothing was wrong we ended up being rushed via ambulance to Welland as my son then started to have febrile seizures. Once we were at Welland we were then rushed the St. Catharines and admitted as both my sons ears were infected and he also had Influenza A!! Weeks later my husband goes there for a drs note for work as he suffered an ongoing back injury and needed a note for work. The dr laughed at him and did not even check him out,was told he was only there for a pay cheque so he didnā€™t have to work. This is how drs also speak to veteransā€¦ During this time we were on a list to get a family dr and had no where else to go. This week my son came down with another fever which we were told by the hospital if this were to happen we would have to get him looked at. So we give the place one more chance and the dr then says no to checking our sons ears and says again that heā€™s teething. Well my husband had enough and called the dr out to which the dr said he was now banned from the clinic. This is what our money pays for. People who donā€™t even take the time to look at our children properly and ban the people who try to stick up to them. Very disgusted in this medical practice. . It should not be open or at least have doctors who will take the time to save people and not push them closer towards deaths doors.

My lungs are operating at 35% efficiency due to childhood vaccinations side effects. Intake workers tried to have be jailed for not wearing a mask. The Dr's refused me service.CoovidVax'x are a biological weapon.

After moving to port from grimsby we use this walk in clinic whenever we canā€™t get to our family doctors in time. Everytime theyā€™ve been quick and clean.

12:10 and not open yet! Supposed to be open at 12! Also, no sign to say itā€™s not open today! Big line up in the cold 12:24 everyone is leaving now- we can barely see a sign thatā€™s posted inside indicating that the office is closed for February and March- post it on the door! Better yet, update your website and phone message

Haven't had any experience here just yet. But imo, a doctors office shouldn't be rated 1.9. Everybody is just trying to help with the resources they are given. So hopefully my 5 star rating helps boost the clinics online rating.

Not surprised to see the amount of unsatisfied experiences shared here. Iā€™d give it 0 stars if I could. Itā€™s a ā€œfamilyā€ practice but every time you go you see a different doctor. Iā€™ve never seen the same doctor more than once. Frustrating and annoying. Also. Itā€™s a walk-in clinic. Letā€™s get that straight. Anytime my husband or I ā€œmade an appointmentā€ itā€™s been a 45+ min plus wait. Only to be seen for 5 minutes or less. My husband tried getting his allergy prescription filled (same prescription for years) and they forced him to make an appointment leaving him without meds for days. I had a friend in her early 30s recently pass away from breast cancer, and as a respectful gesture I asked to get a mammogram and was told no. My most recent visit, I was treated with zero respect from the doctor, actually on most visits I donā€™t recall ever being treated respectfully. The only good part about this place is the receptionist. Sheā€™s friendly and sweet. The rest of it is a joke. If you like waiting, being treated disrespectfully, not having quality care, and disorganization. This is the place for you! My advice? Go somewhere else. Youā€™re wasting your time here.

This used to be a good clinic but now the receptionists don't care. I dealt with one that called and left me a voice-mail telling me the Dr wanted to see me, she told me they were open till 6pm. When I got there at 5:10, they were closed and when I called her and asked why she was very rude and confrontational. She told me the virtual clinic would call. Well I never saw the Dr and virtual clinic never called. But I'm not surprised. I hope this wasn't urgent because I still don't know the results of my ultrasound. This clinic needs to be shut down with the lack of care they offer

Probably the worst experience I have ever encountered from a medical professional. I went in for tightness in my chest, didnā€™t seem like an emergency. The dr told me within 2 seconds that it was bronchitis before the stethoscope even made it to my chest. I was told to take mucinex and get better at home. The next day I was in the ER with some pretty sever issues and no sign of any bronchitis or any other respiratory infection. I would not recommend this clinic, just go to the hospital, you will wait the same amount of time and be given proper care.

DO NOT GO HERE- DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE-DOCTOR HAS 0 CLUE ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Absolutely worst walk in you could go to. No manners, doctors barely even look over you. I had two prescriptions for my back, i GO to pick it up & they gave me rash cream.. RASH CREAM FOR MY BACK PAIN. Called and said weā€™re sorry and we will fix it. Like first of all how do you mess up that badly?? Next, I was in SEVERE pain & I was prescribed basically Normal TYLENOL because I was told (WE DONT PRESCRIBE PAIN MEDS AT THIS LOCATION.) is this a joke? They basically said I was fine so I turned around, went to the hospital and was hospitalized for 4 days. Sat in the office crying in pain for over 2 hours just to get some Tylenol and basically not even look at or into my pain. Idk who gave these people their ML but I really hope it gets taken away & their office gets shut down.

After reading reviews I was little hesitant to visit but my experience was so good. I went to get my college documents signed. Receptionist (one who comes in evenings during weekdays) is the sweetest nurse I have ever visited. Please visit to get any medical advice.

Sadly this place is very poorly run, the website indicates it is open merely two days a week, and on one of those days it simply just didnt open whatsoever. Extremely sub par establishment.
