Many thanks to everyone at the Clinic on Elm 😊 Came to them with an injury from work and could barely even use my right arm . Was in so much pain I couldn’t even do my daily activities for myself was beyond frustrated 😔 At this point was thinking I was going to have to change careers which I really didn’t want to have to do . Tim and his team helped me and reassured me that it would get better but had to work hard with stretches and be patient. Now 3 months later I am back to work on regular duties and feeling great 😊 So many thanks to all of you !! Don’t know where I would be today without your help. Trisha Bitner

I went in with a bulged disc and sciatica.(didn't know it at the time) The guy who does physio didn't know what he was doing. Gave me some exercises and made it worse. Losing feeling of my leg. They didn't ask for MRI or xray. Save your money for a real clinic. Just stay away. They'll do more harm than good.

Thank you to Tim and his team for my fantastic care in physiotherapy after my knee replacement surgery! They were so helpful and so friendly, and I enjoyed every visit! My knee required a lot of therapy to get a good range of motion and they were so dedicated to getting me back to normal!!! I highly recommend Tim and his team!!!

After my 2nd knee replacement surgery I started seeing Tin VanDerWeide a physiotherapist at The Clinic On Elm, located in Port Colborne, Ontario. He made me feel at home there along with all of the staff. They were great to accommodate my schedule and were always friendly when I arrived. Tim was excellent at getting me back on my feet and back to work, he was knowledgeable and seemed to really care about my recovery. Maddy my kinesiologist did a great job helping with my exercises and making sure that I was working hard at improving my strength and flexibility. Overall I was very pleased with the care I received there and would recommend them to anyone that needs physiotherapy. J Scott Young

The specialist fixed my back in a matter of a few visits! My back actually never felt better. We had great conversations and they were reasonably priced. I will recommend this place to everyone I know.

James and his staff are amazing and very caring. I've only been going a few weeks and feel really comfortable with everyone ! I definitely reccomend this clinic to anyone in need of relief.

I have been going here for a couple years now. I have gotten both chiropractic and physio services in the past. Nicole the physiotherapist is amazing. She is so informative, kind and easy to talk to. Not to mention she’s helped me go from having back issues/ pain often to my back now being strong and pain free. She will teach you how. You just need to put in the work! The receptionists also greet you with a smile every appt. They are so friendly. You can tell these people care about their patients.

Someone who identified themselves as the receptionist I believe phoned my 90 year old mother and harassed her about having not apparently paid some bill. Maybe you should hire adapt staff seeing as until your ignorant employees phoned we'd never heard of your clinic & will most certainly not be recommending you to anyone.
