We gave our daughter gift cards 2 x $50 the cashier kept saying there was no money on the cards and told my daughter do you want me to keep the cards my daughter left her the cards and thought they were empty. My daughter came home told me what happened and stated she was embarrassed and didn't want to pursue it any further. I checked cards before I gave them to her!!! No Frills just tried the samething with my husband and he said try again 4 times he told the cashier my wife checked the cards there is money on the card. How many customers have to endure the se treatment.

This location is clean and organized. staffs are friendly.

I went to go get protein powder the other day, when I got in the staff started yelling at me telling me that you and your kind don’t belong here. I just ignored them and kept going to were they sell the protein powder. When I got there I was faced with a big balled guy breathing extremely loud, I walked up to the protein powder and before I knew it the man took me to the ground and yelled at me break the sigma and runaway! I don’t not recommend this Walmart!

I stopped shopping at Walmart due to their HIGH PRICES. A large can of Carnation Hot Chocolate has jumped from $9.97 all the way up to $18.00 doubled in price for something they pay$4.00 for. The Walmart slogan of always lowering prices has also always been a scam. They might lower prices by cents on certain items but to make up for that loss they up the prices on other items so they always get the money they want. Thanks for shopping at Walmart Alaska where everything is four times OVERPRICED.

I was in the store July 2nd at 730. I'm a regular who buys things regularly for my business. I said to the lovely stock lady who was stocking the shoes, your always here working, do you ever go home? Giving her a compliment on how hard she works. I guess being nice is unacceptable because she then proceeded to gossip about me to her coworker and said Oh my gosh she was acting like I was her friend! Lol no I was just being a nice human bean who was giving someone a compliment. I am a decent human bean so I have a great group of people in my life. I have a feeling with a attitude like that, she does not. I have had it truly with the miserable people who work here. If you hate your job so much keep it to yourself and don't be rude to customers who are actually nice, it's crazy! I will start shopping again at Costco!! Enjoy stocking your shoes in misery!!

Was checking out in self when I had one of the east Indian workers flat out told me I didn't scan my yogurt I've never stolen anything in my life before I don't intend to now fix your staff because this is absolutely unacceptable

10PM IS CLOSING.... Adding to this because this is the only Walmart I know that turns customers away at the door prior to 10pm with am0le staff just standing around observing. As an establishment I do believe if a customer shows up 3 minutes to the hour you still have to allow them in. There was 4 customers at 5min to 10pm that walked away because DOORS WERE ALREADY LOCKED!! This is NOT the first time this has happened... Bet it won't be the last either! In a town where everything already closes early you would hope that the one establishment that is open the latest would actually stay open until their stated hours.

Was really disappointed how the staff treated an elderly lady “scanning slowly” (as per staff member who did not have name tag) in self checkout when there was no staff check out lanes available. Where’s the human decency and compassion?

I dropped in to the vision center for a quick repair on my glasses today. The guy working was fantastic. Fixed me up in 15 minutes and I was on my way. Cant remember his name...Port Elgin store

This location is regularly out of inventory and takes months to restock simple necessities. Their online grocery shopping is a joke…twice I’ve received emails that my order is on its way with a driver and hours later I’m still waiting. I call customer service to find the driver has cancelled my order!!! They have my phone number….wow…. I’ll never tip before receiving my order again. Better yet I’ll order from somewhere else.

Did have what I came in for they are replacing tellers robots and you still have to pay the same amount and you have to check yourself out

Customer service wasn't helpful and when I asked if they would honor a sale price from a day previously they said no even after I explained it was due to weather I have had many other stores honor a sale price before but of course walmart wouldn't because as we know they don't actually care about customers

Walmart has gone way down hill.. they dont price match anymore, they dont have plastic bags , which would be fine if they werent 35 cents a bag, but they are 35 cents a bag which sucks because most the time we forget ours and are forced to buy fabric bags and now my house is just full of them and i still cant remember to bring them, lol. I prefer nofrills over walmart for groceries. Walmart does have decent deals for home appliances. They are constantly out of cat litter (special kitty un scented , specifically ) and they only ever have the cat litter that costs 30 dollars. Kids toys are fair priced and they have decent things on their clearance racks! Just wish they would bring back plastic bags and price matching .. lol

Buyer beware!!! Purchased a utility trailer online. It was a decent price. Delivered in 18 days. The did not send a proper receipt or paperwork to register the trailer and get plates for it. I called them and they were no help. It’s like selling someone a car but not giving them the ownership.

If you're going to charge $2 for a bag perhaps announce that when you enter the store not after you've already bought $600 worth of stuff and are checking out. Disgusting

Typical huge Walmart. Only went to sort out Koodo prepaid account experiencing difficulties in Australian tourists hands. TO USE KOODO SELF SERVE you must have a North American credit card; YOU ARE WARNED. Benjamin at the Tech desk sorted us out and got us heading in the correct direction.

Absolutly stupid grocery pick up they double charge for groceries without giving back what they took, theyre help service is rude and useless and know nothing wont let speak to manager just disgusted with this service.
