Very nice wooded area with pockets of open space. The walking path is short, however it extends into a quiet neighborhood. The playground has 3 slides and 6 swings with 3 suitable for older individuals. There is a public restroom and water fountain that has a dog option. Nice covered picnic area as well.

A great place to take a nice long walk to destress and enjoy the scenery. The grounds are well kept and the entire park is clean from debris. I really love the dog memorial with the tags and collars in remembrance of those who have gone over the rainbow bridge or who have been lost. There's a plaque memorial with different quotes which is very touching. This is by far my favorite aspect of the park. No matter how many times I walk through it, I always stop and look to see if there are any new things added. It's definitely a must see!! 🐾

.66 mile loop past a lovely picturesque dam, around mowed areas, thru a forested part, and into a residential area if you go off the loop and onto that route. A small stream flows thru. Signage labels several types of oaks and maples. Beautiful dog memorial at beginning of the trail.

Beautiful little spot just east of the Fox River. Loads of Gambusia affinis in all the little pools and streams near the pond. Will definitely visit again for a stroll on the paths!

Stroll through a quiet park that includes sculptures, a little waterfall, picnic areas and most of, trees. Beautiful and varied old oaks are the best feature.

Serene comes to mind, as we walked the trail. Along the way I stopped and took a photo of a plant just being green and healthy, the sun shining brightly that day.

Great place to escape life's daily hustle. Make sure to enter the park off of Rte 25 across from Fulton Ave as if you were to visit the amazing Timeless Tags dog memorial sculpture OR off Wing Avenue. Directions on Google Maps (as of June 2023) takes you to a private residence.

Not as vast as other parks but there are some things here to keep you interested, such as a monument and a fountain. Perfect for a little walk or a relaxing place to hang out without much crowds or stuff that will draw crowds. If you're visiting during the peak of the fall colors, there are very nice photo opportunities here!

Lovely neighborhood park with short walking trail (about 0.6 miles). Nice length of trail that is paved, so accessible for wheelchairs. Woods, grassy clearings, and small native prairie areas. Wildlife includes squirrels, rabbits, turtles, and birds. Several picnic areas, as well as numerous benches to pause and enjoy the serenity. Has play area on southeast side (Wing Ave parking area) Restroom (vault toilet only) is on the southeast side too.

The kids love the playground, and I love seeing the beasties on our way around the pond. We could park on the play side, but don't tell the kiddos.

A great park for walking your dog's very peaceful and even have a dog memorial for the fur that passes. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful place to walk and just chill with your family. This is the park for you!
