I highly recommend Gabbie! She was very professional and knowledgeable. This was my first time getting my lashes done and I really didn't know what to expect. Gabbie made me feel very comfortable and talked me through each step, which helped me become more relaxed. I would highly recommend Waxing the City!

My wax lady was very communicative, outgoing and nice it just wasn’t what I was used to. My wax took almost 2 hours and my normal wax lady only takes about 30-45 minutes. Also she was waxing the same spot multiple times as where my original wax lady is one and done. Also my brows were tinted and it’s only been a day it barely looks like I got them tinted. All the hair is gone like I like but it just shouldn’t have taken that long and my brows should still look tinted and they don’t. I also still had pieces of wax after I left which is not what I’m used to. My original wax lady cleans up after she’s done

I highly recommend Abbie! I have been going here for about a year, and she has always done a phenomenal job. Not only does she make my appointments easy and comfortable, but she is also attentive with every detail.

I will NEVER shave again! This is the one splurge that is totally worth it! (My hub is happy too!) The staff are incredible and I always leave feeling “Smooth, Confident and Happy!” Club Orange 🍊 is so worth it. It’s easy and to the point. No hidden fees or stipulations.

I had a great experience!! It was my first time getting a brazilian and Klarissa made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process.

I feel this store has a lot to improve regarding their communication and their communication for services. My friend had a similar situation regarding service/miscommunication. I had two accounts (one for past phone number/email, one for current phone number/email) I had given the employee my new number but the appointment was placed under my old account) . I seen the service charged to my account, called and then went into the store for a refund due to the mistake on their end. Allegedly I was told by the manager among the lines of “it is a 50/50 fault for my employee and you” and proceeded to AGAIN repeat back to me a different email address on my “updated” account after a PARTIAL refund was made. I also stopped going to this location and went to Maple Grove and definitely made a mistake coming back here.
