👍 This apartment isn't bad, not amazing. It needs work. If you're not afraid of deep cleaning your unit weekly then you'll be fine. Some of the residents don't pick up after themselves, which makes the place look worse than it actually is. I enjoyed my time here. It's in a great spot for shopping and... This apartment isn't bad, not amazing. It needs work. If you're not afraid of deep cleaning your unit weekly then you'll be fine. Some of the residents don't pick up after themselves, which makes the place look worse than it actually is. I enjoyed my time here. It's in a great spot for shopping and access to I94, not too busy but not rural. The landlords were always polite and knowledgeable, maintenance can be slow at times but they get the job done. EDIT: Please be aware this review is old and ownership of the apartment has changed. I hear utilities were added into the rent along with that increasing by hundreds as well.

Caylee was fantastic and stayed 2.5 hours late on a Friday to get us our keys when Traffic and mechanical failure delayed us on a cross-country move. Thanks so much Caylee! Yes, the apartments are older, the interior is worn, and the fellow residents occasionally loud. But I've lived in much more luxury apartments that were far worse. It's a family place, lots of kids around, always supervised with an older teen or an adult. I'm not sure about the horrible smells, on my floor is smells like really good dinner? The walls are patched whenever someone dings the wall, but it's plaster, so it'll fragment again. It looks like the place was just taken over by current management, and they're replacing things as fast as they can, within reason. How fast can you have everything fixed when you have a whole building of people living and using the areas every day? I will say that they have a guy vacuuming like every day in the halls, the laundry rooms are digital enabled and pretty spacious, and the new paging systems call your phone if someone needs to be let in. It's pretty good here!

Over priced. The main fire alarm has gone off atleast 8 times in the last 6 months. The common areas and hallways are a disaster and smell like 10 day old chili and feet. The web portal where ya pay rent and stuff didn't work for 2 months as far as the utilities went and then one day they just demanded immediate payment because it got fixed; mid month mind you. Found someone sleeping in the 2nd floor laundry room. My girlfriends car got broken into. For the last 6 months there has been several times someone has tried to enter my apartment. But hey, there's no roaches anymore.

Whan you have paid the rent they will add another amount of money not only one month last 3 months 2 if they fix things in their apartment, the people who pay rent will charge for what they have adjusted for themselves 3 if walk at hallway it's smell very very bad 4 their price is over price I was living here past 7and 8 years and this apartment was not like this before 5 almost each apartment resident they're complaining 6 they charged you service fee separately from your rent 7 car garage they don't washa or clean filled with dirt and dusty it look like farmer road because of dust if you left your car one week inside garage it look like this car parked 3 years because of dust

Lived here for 10 years. Been going downhill consistently. As someone who has a masters degree in management, this place has been doing things completely wrong (but i wont go into praxis of management theory here). Common areas are disgusting, hallway carpet hasn't been replaced in many many years. They charge a family of 3 over 100$ for trash, water, sewer and now pest control when everyone says roaches are gone now. I cant find another place that does that. Maybe its because residents are using an ungodly amount of water....but RUBS system punishes people who are very conservative with their water and trash. Once more housing is available in the area, this will be the last place people choose. It's just a choice people make because there's a lack of housing and apartments. Management counts on that short-term, but itll be an embarrassment as more construction in the area continues and as the newest legislation giving first time homeowners no-interest downpayment assistance hits in the spring 2024. the first impression when people come to check the building out is stained stinking carpet and walls that have been patched from holes in them and spot painted for literally 10 years. Professional carpet cleaning doesnt work, people then just track dirt immediately on to the wet carpet and it gets even nastier. Also the ugliest dirty elevator that hasnt been painted in years. Residents constantly overflow stuff and who knows how much water damage has been done underneath the floors."Underground" garage non stop leaks. Ive had nasty water from who knows where leak many times on to my car. Incredibly overpriced. You can find similar quality for much less money pretty much anywhere, places like St Cloud Terrace, also old, are incredibly nicer for several hundred dollars cheaper. They are charging for luxury apartments when most things in the unit are 20 years old (at least my unit, but residents who break things constantly get new appliances, doors, etc.) Have had a refrigerator that's leaked on the inside by my food for YEARS, and have done every thing they've asked to stop it from leaking, there should be many records of my complaints on just this issue. Was told they can't figure it out and that management can't justify replacing it. Only thing I can say positive is that they replaced my linoleum quick and fast after years of complaining. Would love to see the common areas taken care of in terms of new carpet and paint and railings. This building has the messiest residents and no amount of cleaning will help the behaviors or the disgusting carpet and non stop mess created DAILY. It's embrassing. Every guest I've ever had is in disbelief when they see what we are paying for.

Stopped in today for a walkthrough. I was shown around by Caylee who was super friendly and answered all my questions.
