This place is an absolute pit. The room was soo gross that we didn’t sleep under the covers. Only needed a nights sleep. No internet, no tv. No pool. The staff had to let me in the the room as card reader didn’t work. They also wanted a 100 dollar deposit for my dog that is cleaner and more dignified than this absolutely disgusting, beyond beyond disgusting hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!! This was the absolute most disgusting places I have ever slept-I have stayed at thousands of places. Do NOT stay here.

This place is a pit. Stinks like dope from the moment you walk in the front door. Was given keys to a room ... which when we opened the door we saw it had not not been cleaned and the beds weren't even made up. Went back to the front desk and had to request a CLEAN room. Shady characters hanging around lobby. Did not feel safe and did not see any cameras. The room was dirty. Smelled bad. No soap. No shampoo. No kleenex. No hand towels. Very small, worn bath towel. No coffee maker. No cups. No ice container. Fan/vents were filthy dirty. Pools was out of order. No breakfast...not even coffee available. Orange juice machine was out or order. Got up an hour earlier than planned just to get out of there. The armpit of St. Cloud.

I booked a room here for 3 nights, advertised to have wifi, tv, pool, breakfast. I got there at 9 pm Thanksgiving evening with my 3 young children. The first thing I was told upon entering was that there was no wifi and no tv. They told me I could use my own hotspot. They also told me that the reason they didn't have wifi was because they had closed for remodeling. When I asked how long it's been out they said about a month. Later I was reading reviews on Google, and there were post many months back saying the same thing. I next asked if there would be breakfast, and they said no, only coffee. At this point I'm already tearing up because I'm tired after a long day of traveling with my kids and a family get-together. I asked for a refund so that I could go somewhere else nearby but they said they couldn't give me a refund. I reluctantly checked in for the night, but as soon as I opened my room door I started crying. Every single thing that was metal in the room was rusty. Walls, furniture, lamps, windows all had splatters and smear marks of food or a mystery substance. The sheets and blankets were not only dirty but had multiple burn holes in them. The bathroom smelled like urine, and the bathtub was filthy. There was paint on the furniture and carpet. All of the furniture was broken and the pieces that were broken off had been put in the drawers. The phone in the room was literally just there as a prop. It wasn't hooked up to anything. The smoke detector had no batteries. I am absolutely disgusted with the condition of that hotel. I literally can't imagine that they could even come close to passing an inspection. My 6, 7, and 9 year olds and I stayed the night but left for home the next morning, cutting my visit with family 2 days shorter. I ended up paying well over 200 dollars for one night in a hotel that only functioned as a place to stay out of the cold. The Days Inn by Wyndham is falsely advertising the accommodations offered and frankly the most disgusting establishment I have ever paid to stay in.

Place absolutely sucks, you get what you paid for. There was nut hair on the bed under the covers, Nut hairs in the bathrooms, stains on the toilet seat, they don’t even have WiFi or a TV in ANY of the rooms, place looks like it has mold problems which they paint over, the drink vending machines don’t even work so drinks aren’t cold. Coffee machines and orange juice machines and pretty much ALL of the machines DONT WORK. There was blood stains on my friends pillow and blood on the curtains of the room. Save your energy and DO NOT BOOK this hotel in St. Cloud.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Had a reservation made months in advance. Get to the hotel the evening of the reservation around 530 pm. In the lobby where many other angered guest who were informed that they over booked (at least 7 other guests) and we were all turned away. We booked through a 3rd party site. There was even a coupe who was given a room key and when entering the room found it was already occupied by other guests. The man at the front desk refused to take our name and Information down! and would simply say there is nothing he can do and that we had to call said 3rd party for our refund. Flash forward 2 days and this hotel stated they were not over booked and we skipped our reservation so are not eligible for our refund. What kind of business does this to people. Every other hotel in the town was booked due to golf tournaments, a concert, ect. What kind of shady business practice are these people pulling. Wow. Just wow

I did a ton of research of hotels in the area. ( St Cloud ) For some reason this place had good reviews ? Why ...I'm not sure!! The old wall mount air conditioner worked well....but it was full of black mold 🤮 Even for a non smoking room, the whole place smelled of old stale smoke... One of the rooms had what seemed to be a bag of garbage outside the door , and was still there at checkout! I'm not sure what was going on in the other hallway, but the laundry was spilling outside onto the floor. It looked like the dirty towel graveyard. On a different website the room Rate was about $65.00 a night, but when I called it was over $100.00 ( my fault for not questioning it ) probably because the reviews seemed favorable!! No coffee pot in the room and the pillows looked like someone had been laying on them. It comes with grab and go breakfast 🤔 And that was a paper bag of 3 dollar store HI - C orange drinks, and 2 small granola bars and one little yogurt!! What a total disappointment for the experience. The only plus was the staff who checked us in was very pleasant ! ( 4 stars )

We just needed a one night stay….quick sleep and out. While the lady at the front desk was wonderful and truly deserves a better place to work. These people do not deserve her! This place is a dump. The pool and hot tub are both NOT working and it sounds like they’ve been broken for over two years…the owners won’t fix them and can’t be bothered to take them off of their website. If you have kids, please stay somewhere else. You are probably not safe here!

The dirtiest hotel/motel I have ever seen. Room was filthy...Door didn't shut properly, no locks on windows, extra peep holes filled with tp and covered with a bandaid. No towels/washcloths/phone/coffee pot. Had to ask for towels 3x. Went out and bought washcloths, a blanket, pillows and cleaning supplies. Would have just taken a loss for the room, but everything else around was booked. Room was awful.

Let me stop you right here !! If you are considering putting your money down on this place. I would highly recommend spending that extra $20 $30 $40 on something with a little more class. This hotel is the grossest most run down u sanitary hotel in St Cloud. This is situated right next to a bar. So if you’re one to party hard all night and need a cheap place to crash this would be it. Hotel staff is u professional. Rooms are filthy. If you’re a JUNKIE this is home !!! This is the place you’ll meet like people !!! Not a place for families at all. It’s the most disgusting hotel in the block. Save your money cuz this def ain’t worth it. Management is horrible actually suits the place !! You are where you work plain and simple !!!!

This hotel had a lot of issues. They did allow a cancellation/refund even though I booked through a third party, so that was very much appreciated. It was not clean and the furniture was all beat up. My room smelled like urine. The last straw after one miserable night was that there was no shower head and I had to be at my meeting across the street in an hour. Thanks for the refund but I do not recommend booking this hotel until they remodel.

I feel It may be impossible to have a good experience at this hotel. Although the staff is very kind, the windows do not lock or even close fully. I was on the first floor and would have been able to easily climb out the window If I wanted to. The halls smell of smoke and there was a half-drank cup of coffee and water left out on the night stand. I felt unsafe here and we decided to book a different hotel for the night.

This place is a JOKE. I reserved a room two days ago for tonight. I called yesterday morning to confirm my reservation, and they were able to do so. I drove 18 hours with two small children while pregnant to FINALLY arrive just before 11pm, to be told that they ran out of rooms. I asked how that was possible considering the reservation is to RESERVE the room, and the worker stated they had just sold out about 20 minutes prior to my arrival. The worker referred to me by name before I could provide any of my information, so she knowingly gave my room away that I had already paid for leaving my family and I 6 hrs away from our home with no place to stay. The worker told me I would receive a refund, but that is not enough. I’m now spending double on a room that is out of my budget because of the careless by this hotel. I called 3 different hotels before I could find one with a room available, and all the worker had to say was “sorry,” as if that provided a safe place for my children and I to stay. Read the other reviews for this hotel and choose literally anywhere else to stay.

May 2019 I can't imagine knowingly picking this place. My cousin and I were traveling to see her daughter. She picked this hotel based on price. That should have been the first giveaway. The room was disgusting and dirty. There was mold in the bathroom and handprints on the wall. The carpet was sticky. There was someone sleeping on the floor in the hallway. Unfortunately, we had paid in advance and it was non-refundable. I ended up going to the car and sleeping there. Avoid at all costs. The desk clerk was as nice as could be. She was the one shining beacon in this terrible experience.

Room wasn't stocked when we came in. No shampoo soap only one hand towel and one washcloth. Paid for a king size room got a room with a twin size bed. Per COVID no continental breakfast only a granola bar and a warm sunny delight. Pool was not able to be used. It's was very disappointing.

I've been here alot for just swimming. Idk if they still let people just come in to swim, I think we've stayed once, the beds were damp, bugs in the corner of the room, walls were stained lightly. Tub was nasty. Personally I just like this place to come in and swim. Their pool is amazing, even if the water slide isn't on, the hot tub is great and I love just sitting and chilling in the kiddie pool.

They don’t rent rooms to Saint Cloud residents. No signs posted or nothing. Which really is a good thing seeing how they don’t have Wi-Fi, TV and access to the room (power outage) thank you for refusing my reservation

0/5 stars if possible. Kind of a sketchy area of town, paid over $100 for a night, first room there was no lightbulbs in the bathroom vanity / sink area, bathroom was GROSS, clearly had never been cleaned. We switched rooms and that bathroom was also gross/falling apart, the bottom half of the door was literally almost falling off/falling apart. Bathrooms with tub/toilet looked like they had never been cleaned. If you’re looking for a sketchy place to stay where nobody will see you/find you this would be the place to stay. Basic. Free breakfast was a plus. No deadbolt lock on our second door (after we switched rooms). Someone tried breaking into our room twice or three times throughout the night. Wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here ever.
