This is the only place I'd que for 30mins (if i had too) just to get a coffee. It is the nicest coffee I've ever tasted. The treats and food are great but the staff are the biggest asset. The staff are exceptional, friendly and professional. Couldn't recommend enough.

Niall and the team have turned this spot into a hub for specialty coffee not only in Drogheda, but all of Louth and Meath. The coffee is exceptional, and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable. They’ll always make you feel like you’re the only customer, no matter how busy. It’s my go-to for a coffee locally.

Local businesses are the lifeblood of our communities, and they often encounter unique challenges in the digital age. Online reviews can have a profound impact on their success, and it's crucial to remember the weight our words carry. A recent review posted on Evalynn's Google Reviews has left me somewhat perplexed. Someone purchased food from a local shop and proceeded to consume it on Evalynn's premises, only to complain because they were asked not to do so, resulting in a derisory review and a one-star rating? Really...? I love the atmosphere and vibe at Evalynn; it's a bustling hub of activity, and the dynamic team run a fantastic business. All you need to do is observe how busy it is from opening to closing, every day of the week. Their coffee is exceptional, and they offer freshly baked pastries, cakes, and sandwiches. In fact, I've heard they employ a full-time baker. Well done to the team, you deserve a pat on the back.

Best coffee in Drogheda. My wife, who isn't a big fan of coffee, loves when we go there. Everything they have is tasty and staff so nice.

Nice spot and delighted to see it do well. A little tip for the owners would be to perhaps flag to take-away customers if the wait is likely to be > 15 minutes in case they're on a work break. Friendly, happy place and v nice coffee.

Best speciality coffee in the Louth/Meath area and for sure one of the best in the whole island. Niall and the Evalynn family are great. If you are a coffee nerd like myself, they can give you advice and they let you know whenever they have something new on the shelfs. They have a lot of different pastries everyday. I just had a really nice almoand/pear scone today. And that's not all, if you go there around lunch time, they have some really nice sambos. It's been an honour to see this place ( and the people) growth in this last 2 years. To more filter coffees!!! Regards, from one of your many regular clients.

The new Coffee House called Evalynn opened on Friday 4 February to popular acclaim. Beautifully refurbished, modern and very relaxing. Lovely coffee and delicious pastries. Very friendly, professional and young staff. Looked busy, but staff took it all in their stride. There is a lovely vibe about the place. Highly recommended for a take out or a relaxing sit-down chat with friends.

My local cafe and they are the best in the world. The gang are just amazing and the coffee well I have to say it is the best in Drogheda and surrounds! They really do love coffee.

Best mochas in Drogheda, if that’s what you’re after. Really enjoyed it - tasty mocha, lovely atmosphere and even dog friendly, what a wonderful little treat. Will Definitely be back in a regular basis!

Great coffee spot we stopped at on our drive home today. Dog friendly but we decided to sit outside anyway as it was dry. Coffee was very nice. The usual flat white and cappuccino. Plenty of options for treats but decided to share a salted caramel brownie which was excellent!

Consistent, top quality coffee and great staff, regular stop off for myself. Niall and his team are doing a great job. One drawback, can be a bit noisy if you're trying to have a conversation at certain times but that's more to do with the interior make up of the building than anything.

They started object strongly if you buy a lunch at the next door convenience store and eat it with their coffee at their outdoor tables. They were fine about that for months. There is no reason in this blind adhering to small business handbooks. Breaking the synergy is intended to motivate the customers to spend more, but in this context there would be no reason for me to spend anything at all. I would understand such policy if they offer any lunches (that's the context in which the handbooks are applicable), but their options are limited to some pre-made pastry, probably made by a generic catering company.

The place was ok but ordered a latte and it came in a small class which I wasnt impressed with. If you just want a sip of coffee ok but if you are planning to sit a while and enjoy a coffee you would need two of these. Also ordered cakes that were quitr dry.

Consistently solid coffee. A great spot for quality coffee. At peak times, it can be hard to find space to sit in, but that is more a comment on Evelynn's popularity, atmosphere and coffee; they do the best with the space available.

This is our new favourite coffee shop! Delicious coffee, masters of their craft and they serve the best coffee! Also have some quality baked goods, cookies and croissants. Update: Came back this morning near opening time with my 1 year old. They're still as friendly as ever, serving the best coffee and delicious white chocolate raspberry cookies!
