Whatever staff work during the morning through the afternoon before evening/night shift arrive need to work all day and night. They are phenomenal. The evening staff are really bad. We ordered a small gizzard and a 3 piece snack. The gizzards were so soft and under cooked, the wings were also not crispy. The cook at night is horrible. I am only giving 4 stars because of the day staff. Customer service on during the day is better. Horrible customer service during the night. They are playing and answering their phones. The night leadership threw the food at my car. The young woman stayed at the register preparing to close for over 5 mins before any assistance. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I guess that’s what you get when you hire this generation. The leadership really have kids running this establishment. This is so sad. This will be my last visit here. I will travel all the way to the county or south city Lee’s where they care about the customer and their jobs.

I ordered a 10 piece and requested no drumsticks when I opened my package when I got home there were 3 drumsticks. Such a disappointment. I even asked upon receiving my order that there should be no drumsticks and was reassured there wasn't any. A real waste. The chicken tasted terrible. It wasn't seasoned like Lee's normally are.

I was driving down West Florissant and needed to get gas and use the restroom, stopped at 2 gas stations, and neither one had a public restroom available. So I went to Lee's, and theirs was a lifesaver!!! The restroom was clean and smelled fresh!! I made a purchase and the food was hot and delicious!! The cashier stopped his stocking and immediately waited on us. Thank You!!!!

It was a late evening choice that I'm glad I made! I had been busy all day and hadn't eaten anything since early afternoon. I had only eaten Lee's chicken once before at the suggestion of a friend and on a the spur of the moment, I remembered how tasty it was and suggested it to my friend. We went and he enjoyed it more than I did! He didn't even order anything! I offered him a piece of my chicken and he loved it! He even called the store after we ate to tell the manager that he's doing a great job and that the chicken was delicious! The wings are tender and pull-apart well done! The chicken is well seasoned and fried to perfection with a perfect crispy coating. The biscuits are soft and fluffy on the inside with a nice, buttery crust. I liked the coleslaw but I want to try the string beans next time.

About to be the best Lees in St. Louis. My lunch time deal Brest strip meal was perfect. Hot and fresh. The others either overcook undercook are give you old food… Thank you all for great service!

I usually get the spicy wingets and coleslaw. I love the flavor but I've been disappointed lately by the size of the wingets. They used to be called spicy jumbo wingets. The drum and flat of a wing count as separate pieces. Two or three pieces used to be enough for a meal because they really were jumbo. I don't know if they've dropped that word from the name at all Lee's locations, but they should because they are definitely no longer jumbo. I've tried three or four different locations and the size has been noticably reduced at all of them. The price hasn't gone down, but you can't feed as many people with the same number of wingets that I used to order.
