I
had
been
going
there
over

years
&
always
had
good
service.
Never
had
a
problem
until
the
last
two
times
I'd
been.
Got
my
nails
done
for
a
wedding,
gel
polish
to
be
exact
but
it
started
chipping
the
very
next
day.
When
I
told
the
owner
Salena
about
it
she
told
me
I
should've
come
back
the
next
day.
I
told
her
I
couldn't
cause
the
wedding
was
the
very
next
day
&
I
didn't
have
time.
All
she
said
was
"sorry".
I
went
back
one
last
time
after
that
&
the
guy
doing
my
manicure
cut
my
cuticle
&
my
finger
was
bleeding.
He
put
some
powder
substance
on
it
&
it
stopped
bleeding.
I
left
&
an
hour
later
my
finger
is
bleeding
again
&
is
sore.
I
went
back
the
same
day
&
showed
the
owner
Salena.
She
had
me
to
sit
down
while
she
wiped
the
blood
off.
Then
she
talks
to
the
nail
technician
in
their
language
&
comes
back
to
tell
me
he
said
I
had
an
ingrown
nail.
Obviously
they
didn't
want
to
take
responsibility
for
cutting
a
gash
in
my
finger.
I
told
her
it
was
impossible
for
me
to
have
an
ingrown
nail.
She
agreed
with
him.
So
I
asked
her
what
she
would
do
to
fix
the
problem,
she
said
she
doesn't
do
refunds
but
she
would
give
me
$5
off
on
my
next
visit.
I
told
her
she
did
better
giving
me
my
money
back
cause
that
was
an
insult
to
offer
me
$5
off
on
my
next
visit
&
my
finger
is
bleeding
&
sore.
I
have
reported
this
place
to
the
Better
Business
Bureau
for
bad
service
&
the
nail
technician
was
not
licensed.
I'll
never
go
to
this
shop
again.
I
refuse
to
pay
for
unprofessional
bad
service.
