    @qdoba #StLouis #ShortHours I've been to two STL Qdoba Stores Loughborough and Chippewa and hours have been shortened to CLOSE AT 5 pm instead of normal later 9 or 10 pm closing time. What's going on around here?

    The GM of this store, Marina, was hands down one of the kindest managers I’ve ever interacted with. Even though we walked in closer to close (12 minutes till closing) she greeted us with a smile and said “welcome!”. She even went back into the kitchen to get us fresh made rice. I will definitely be coming to back to this location! 😊

    Whoever is the GM needs to do some serious QC at this location… came in a couple weeks back “out of chicken” as soon as I got through the line, cook pulls out a fresh tub of chicken… fr man??? This week they covered my gal’s bowl in so much cheese she couldn’t even pick the meat out (ordered without cheese, she’s dairy-free). At least they refunded, but nevertheless, frustrating to get home after 12 hr shift to a bowl full of food you can’t eat. Not expecting the world from Qdoba, but at least expecting edible.

    You guys close at 10pm but it's 9:30pm and they have the door locked saying its closed shouldn't say you close at 10 if you stop letting customers in at 9:30pm

    I was told by the guy manager tonight that I had to wait 20 minutes to order because he was backed up with online orders and he had to finish them before he would be able to proceed with taking my order and that wasn't even the worst part of my visit tonight; he was so rude to the couple before me and also to the other workers (a guy with dreads and a girl) qqthat were working with him. I have to say I applaud the workers because they just kept doing their job and they were so polite throughout all of the chaos the manager was giving to them

    Went inside staff member was very rude then they tried to say a kids meal drink was an up-charge. Didn’t carry any brown rice likely bc they were too lazy to make any. Inside was not very updated. You couldn’t access napkins straws or even plastic ware. Go to a diff location or chipotle. I will never go back.

    This is my favorite Qdoba location in the metro area. Employees are all very nice and hardworking. I visit this location at least twice every week, sometimes more, because I work in the area. So I can vouch for the excellent and friendly service EVERY visit!

    I used to love coming to Qdoba at least once a week. Moved away and it was very blah on my return. Verde salsa is different. Employees were fine but not friendly. Maybe my memories are better than reality, but I don't know that I'll be as anxious to return.

    Food was good... service not the best.. the girl had an attitude...didn't even give the total.. she told me the card machine was ready... forgot our cups...had to ask for them and got more attitude... no good

    Went there last night, and was never greeted or acknowledged. One of the staff members acted like I was bothering her, and wasn’t personable at all. Paid $27 for a salad, burrito, and a “side” of beans, which was a tiny cup. Not worth the money at all. Today I feel sick. My stomach is a hot mess. Not saying it was Q’doba for sure, but highly suspicious. Update: Qudoba was kind enough to apologize, and send me 2 meal vouchers. Since I’ve been inside (twice now), staff have been very friendly and welcoming. 4/5 stars now :)!!

    This place and the place similar to this is a complete joke 1st why are we greeted so nasty like we not forcing you to work here. The lady that made my food today was so rude, & what is the protocol on the portion my bowl was so so so small the toppings did not even touch the lid after she closed it don’t get me wrong not looking for an excessive portions but for the price absurd. I asked for lettuce there was none left in the bucket the Grl who made my food was scraping the bottom and picking up pieces that was laying around the top as if she could not walk over and get more not to mention the food was not good at all I will 100% never return.

    Husband loves this place! Husband goes here once a week for the chicken burrito. He brought me home this bowl tonight and I enjoyed it. We are sad that they no longer have the cool Coke machines that he could add flavorings to, like cherry.

    I had placed a delivery catering order for our office staff and guests. I mistakenly got wrong date and delivery part was take out. I checked when delivery not made and realized the error. I called the store and lady who answered the phone was super amazing!! She not only got my order ready but carried to my car for me. The food was amazing and our staff loved it. I don't usually go to these restauraunts but I assure you the staff at this location is amazing. Everyone I encountered while picking up the food was courteous and offered a smile. I believe the lady was a manager but I cannot be certain as I failed to get her name. She went above and beyond and deserves a HUGE shout out!! I know the staff there assisted her in getting my order ready so quickly so big shout out to them as well! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Went to this location after experiencing not so good service at the Chesterfield location. This location has really nice employees. Everyone was so friendly and nice! Made the food well and made nice portions. I was pleasantly surprised. They also helped me to be able to use my coupons and spent extra time with me to get them to work with the system. Food was fresh and tasted great. I would recommend this location.

    Been having a taste for one of their create your own bowls so I stopped in after work today. I got me and my daughter a chicken bowl with brown rice and all the different ingredients we each wanted. They filled the bowls up and wasn't stingy with the food. When I got home and tasted it, I was so happy 😊 it was so tasty and filling, I couldn't eat it all at one time. Great job! I was not disappointed.

    I had a DoorDash order get taken by my driver, so since I was starving I just went myself to get a burrito. When I got there, the manager ( I think) asked how I was doing and I explained what happened and he gave me my burrito for free. Great CS thank you

    Very unhappy with my experience at this location and I will not be returning to this one. My husband and I have ate Qdoba for years at locations all around St Louis and outside of St Louis. This evening I ordered my usual impossible meat bowl. The portion was 1/3 of the usual I’ve had for years at multiple locations. I asked the lady about the portion size. She just stares at me. Her manager happens to hear my question and asks what the problem was so I asked her the same. Her response was you’re only supposed to get 1 scoop of everything. That may be true but this scoop just covered the spoon. She also stated employees at this particular location were over serving and no longer there. My question wasn’t just for this location because I get the same size everywhere so I just said ok, I understand. The girl getting my bowl together coped an attitude and was quiet with her eyes avoiding me this rest of the transaction. I told her I was just asking a question and wasn’t trying to be a pain. I said thank you but the lady didn’t say a word in response or even look at me. I provided a picture of what I’m told every Qdoba serves and no, I hadn’t taken one bite yet.

    Set up like Subway. Be nice if they had a paper menu to look at ahead of time. I felt rushed, even though there wasn't anyone behind me. The food was delicious! 3 stars for being rushed!

    Everyone please don’t go to this location, if you need to eat something similar go to the Chipotle on Hampton. This Qdoba will charged you twice on your card. That is unacceptable in a business so I recommend this Qdoba to fix that.

    The food is so so the guacamole tasted horrible, the pico was bland, the chicken was brunt. The restaurant was dirty and customer service sucks. What happened to Marina she was great! This location needs better attention to the customer. Will not go back to this Qdoba.

    I've ordered Warm Chicken Protein Bowl with additional items and have received the main item in half the size. The dish had three pieces of grilled chicken breast. I have called the restaurant to complain and the manager, woman, hung up on me. She offered zero (0) solution ad was very rude. This place should not be in business when treating customers this way. IF THERE WAS ZERO STARS THEY WOULD GET IT. THEY ARE SIMPLY THIEVES !!!

    I've been a few times, and the food is very fresh and tastes great! The staff had a massive 20-something online order, and I felt bad for them having to deal with that, but the lady was very polite and helped make our meal. Great location!

    Decided to go to Qdoba yesterday for a burrito. The woman who made it rushed me through. Seemed impatient. “Anything else?” “Anything else?” She was moving faster than I was. She couldn't seem to wait to get my order over with, and was moving toward the register as fast as she could, always a step ahead of me. I realized when I got home that there were no beans in my burrito. She had been rushing, and never asked me what kind of beans I wanted, like they usually do, and I was so frazzled, I forgot. I called and talked to a gentleman who was very nice. He said they would remake the burrito, just mention his name. I told him I would come in tomorrow. That was today. So I went in and they were just as unfriendly, almost acted as though I was just trying to get free food. They didn’t say that, but it’s the vibe I got. I noticed the food-makers were pretty nice, and very patient, with two old ladies in front of me. But when it was my turn, the guy just rushed me and was extremely unfriendly. So was the other food maker, and the woman at the register. How about instead of acting like I’m inconveniencing them, why don’t they say, “We’re sorry about our mistake yesterday. I hope this one works out better for you.” No, they pretty much ignored me. I’m not going back.

    Been to this location a few times. Staff makes me feel like I'm bothering them. Curbside experience is a complete fail. They will not bring your food out. I get times have been tough, but don't sell what you can't provide. Ordered online for pickup... They just look at me when I come in and totally ignore me. Stopped in the other day to place a to go order and they tell me they're only accepting orders online!?!? What are they doing here? Chipotle opened around the corner and they now have my business by default. So far they've been great! Qdoba no longer needed.

    Marina is amazing! I came in shortly before close feeling bad about it but the entire staff was amazing and friendly! You can tell they love their jobs and manager and after talking about a bad experience at chipotle, Marina let me know how valuable the customer (I) am and how they take great care. I believe it! They took wonderful care of me! A chain establishment found themselves a regular?! Who would’ve thought!

    Where do I begin… I walked in to the restaurant for a late lunch and there were several people in there yelling and screaming. They seemed to be fighting and arguing with each other. I couldn’t tell if they were all workers there or just family members of those working there. They were all loud and disrespectful. The entire lunch was miserable. I do not recommend eating there. I will not be back to this restaurant.

    Enjoy the quick bite here with a friend and this place was busy, but the employees were definitely working it out. We enjoyed our burritos and we love the fact that they have a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine. I certainly discovered a new combination on this particular visit.
