Braces are outrageously priced! We got bids at 5 different places before going here. Friends recommended the place but we were nervous to go into the city. This place is safe! Free parking at a gate garage. Clean, bright and open. With an awesome view of the arch on the short walk from the garage to the building. We love going here and the prices were half that of a every other orthodontist we saw. We love that it's a place of learning and feel very confident the over-site the residents are given. Why go else where and pay twice as much for one orthodontist's opinion when you can go here and have a whole team of experts overseeing your every visit?

Top notch service. The front desk staff always seem happy, genuinely enjoy each others company, really refreshing! IT is nice to be in a place where people enjoy their jobs!! My orthodontist is a super kind and gentle person. Can not say enough positive things!

I have had experience with the Orthodontic clinic and it has been wonderful. It can be intimidating when you walk in and see the number of people in the waiting room, but we have never had to wait long at all. The doctors and residents are amazing. The dental assistant was great with my kiddo during an in office procedure and the front desk somehow recognizes us. People there seem to enjoy being there.

Painless Root Canal. Received Nitrous Oxide upon request. Best Root Canal I've ever had.

I hear their Dental services aren't bad, however I would not know due to their rigid and inconsiderate policies. While I understand the need for policies I also understand the need for exceptions from time to time. More than that I understand that we are all too often talking about children who get caught in the middle. I would not recommend using their discounted services based on these policies.

They are very affordable. I am very pleased with the care they have taken to fix my daughters teeth. She is on her way to a straight beautiful smile.

This is the worst experience ever . They told me it would take 4-6 weeks into I hear back from them to set up consultation and my last appointment for x-rays was September 17 I haven’t heard anything back from them and I call every single day. I’ve gave them 900 dollars and is already going into my monthly payments . I asked for a refund and they said they would just give me SOME of my money back . But it’s November 12 and I haven’t moved forward in this process yet.. I would've just spent more money and went somewhere more professional.

Good orthodontics. VERY POOR SERVICE from front desk lady SHANNON. I had appointment today for my son. They cancelled it without getting in contact with me about the change. She said a message was left. I did not receive the message. I had to take sick time off work to drive him here. When I explained that I never received that message she said nothing. Then I said so your not going to say anything in response? She said" Sorry?" with a question in her voice like I was expecting too much to be notified that my child's appointment was changed by them. So I said ok so so your sorry like a question? and she adjusted her tone appropriately and said sorry. I was treated extremely rude and disrespectfully and the front desk employee Shannon needs much training on how to be decent to people who are customers. I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone use this Orthodontics organization.

Orthodontist Intern caused damage to my teeth. It's costing me thousands of dollars to repair. I wish I would have gone to an experienced Orthodontist. The old adage applies that you get what you pay for. Just beware if these amatures experimenting on your teeth make a mistake you have absolutely no recourse. I know people are trying to save money but it may cost you more in the end.

I called to set my son an appointment for a cavity we found. My son has been going here for over 5 years. When it was time for his last cleaning they were booked out for several MONTHS. As a responsible mom, I made the decision to find a dentist who could get him in sooner. Fast forward to today...I called this place that he has REGULARY being seen at for 5 years and told them that I found a cavity and could I bring him in. She asked "Does he need a regular appointment or just that tooth?" I detailed No. When it was time for a cleaning you all were booked so we went else where. So he will just need that tooth checked out. This "Lady" (for lack of better terms) had the NERVE to ask me "Are they not pulling teeth?" FIRST of all... Who needs a tooth pulled? Why are you worried about them? Why are we going back and forth about another dentist? WHY? I asked are you refusing to see him because he went elsewhere? Should I have waited FOUR MONTHS to get his teeth cleaned?! Make it make sense! She rudely moved forward with setting his appointment. Her attitude was so bad you'd think I stood her up for a dinner date. Ma'am just make the appointment! People are extremely BOLD over the phone. Had I been in front of her she wouldn't have DARED have that demeanor!

Dr.Goodman is a wonderful doctor with excellent bedside manner . You can tell that she takes pride in her work , I have never met a more humble dentist who is truly confident in what they do. The staff are also a breath of fresh air . You will not get the pushy front office staff at the CADE !

We saw Dr. Crowfoot and found him to be patient and helpful. My daughter was not cooperating but he was able to get the exam done and offer us options for her issues. The nurses were lovely, screaming kids are no fun but they stayed calm and upbeat.

The students at SLU Dental school are top notch, best of the best students! The instructors and staff are always top notch as well. I have had extensive dental work completed at SLU Dental school and have always found the students and instructors to truly care. I personally had a timeline for completion and they were able to get everything completed on time! I highly recommend the dental school if you need braces, periodontal, or endodontist work completed.

I had great experiences with my student doctor throughout my braces process, but the process of trying to get an appointment while my retainer is hurting my mouth is a mess. I know we are in unprecedented times but the office staff is just not helpful unfortunately. I also received a rogue bill 2 years after my braces were placed saying that I owed money and when I called I was told this was residual from my insurance. 2 years later. I recommend them for their services, but not for everything else.

I needed a retreat root canal on a front tooth that already had one 25 years ago. If it didn't work, the alternative was to pull the tooth, which was incredibly scary. The cost was just over $550, compared to a private practice that was between $1200 and $1800. When I called to make the appointment the front desk was extremely friendly and efficient. They sent the online paperwork prior to the appointment. The doctors are already dentist who are furthering their education so no need to worry about their skill set. Dr. Tutwiler saved my tooth! He's extremely thorough and explained everything he was doing, but in a way that kept me calm. When I went in for phase 1, I was having daily migraines for 6 weeks and took more than 100 Advil during that time. To say I was at the end of my rope was putting it lightly. After my first visit, the headaches went away! Today I had phase 2 done and didn't even need Advil, absolutely no pain. Dr. Tutwiler is a true professional who will do great things in the dental community. His energy is good! Thank you, Doctor. I can't express enough gratitude. Highly recommend C.A.D.E.

My daughter has the best orthodontist EVER. Their relationship is wonderful and will carry on after the teeth work. My daughter has her personal number to keep on touch. Amazing.

This place doesn't help with dentures.. or a low income person.. they don't even take Medicaid.. or provide any free service. For them to be a dental school .. they charge you about $74 just to see the Denist.. and then you have to pay for your x-ray and everything else out of pocket... Don't waste your time with this place.

Called to get an appointment about getting two implants. The place I was previously going to had a long wait until I could get the posts in even though I had all the prior steps completed. I called here and was told I needed a referral from my general dentist and that the general dentist would be doing the final step of putting a crown in. They also had a 6+ week wait for a consult. I don’t understand how this is a teaching school if they don’t complete the entire implant process. Do the endodontists and periodontists in-training not know how to prep for and attach a crown. I’ll be sticking with my original provider.

Was referred by our pediatrician for my child with Autism. Someone called me, returning a message I left, and stated our pediatrician should have never referred us. They were not friendly upon the beginning of the conversation in general (no β€œhello”, didn’t state name, etc.) and stated they have a 250 person wait list. When I asked if they knew of any other dentists that specialized with special needs children, they again were not friendly and definitely not empathetic, also stating they won’t suggest any other dentists in the area??? I’m not sure how they even have so many patients with how rude just the β€œcall back” staff is.

We absolutely love SLU! Both of our kids were in need of braces within a couple years of each other. SLU made the process easy and educational for us, not to mention the price was half of what we were quoted elsewhere! The process to make appointments and check in each visit is smooth and quick and the customer service is stellar. With several options closer to home, we still opt to drive 90 miles one way to have our experience at SLU. Highly recommend!

I got ceramics put on yesterday dec 11th. The first thing was the doctor put some of the brackets on facing the wrong direction so he had to take them off and redo them. It took 2 hrs and 30 min to complete my braces. Secondly the doctor scratched my face with one of the tools, and yes it left a scar. I’m beyond furious.

I would never recommend this place to no one. I had 10X better service at Ohio State University. I travel from out of town for appointments (Texas) due to my job. However I make appointment and have to wait over 40 minutes for an appointments. Why make FREAKING appointments! I cannot wait until my dental services are over with. NEVER!!!!

Phenomenal! From faculty to staff, my experience has been life changing. My case is very extensive, my resident is very thorough, knowledgeable, and empathetic. The front office does everything they can to help you figure out payment options, make scheduling as simple as possible. I’m grateful to be apart of this program.

This process has been seamless from beginning! I am a few months into having my braces and I want to to say thank you to all the staff and especially Dr. Remley. The level of professionalism, timelessness and drive that the school runs at is beyond amazing. I am glad that I chose this route verses the conventional process.

Things were nice at first until I believed my orthos advice to not wear my retainer. Now my teeth hurt a lot as they're shifting back to where they were before braces. Service was nice, but spend your money elsewhere.

Two of my three children received orthodontic services through CADE and one at a private practice. All three had a very positive experience and I would highly recommend SLU CADE. The staff, residents/fellows were all outstanding. Also, one of my children needed additional work periodontic work through CADE and had an equally good experience. 10/10

Pediatric Dentistry at SLU is a joke. It took four visits to have my son's tooth pulled, and when they did it, he was still awake and begging to not be there. They told me he was angry and they spent "twenty minutes talking him into it", without ever telling me or my husband in the lobby where they had said we had to be. I should have been in the room with my son as previous appointment there. It was barbaric and sad. They strapped him to a backboard awake, and told me he wouldn't remember. He remembered. His first words when awoke in the car were, "I hate them."
