Kat was absolutely the most helpful, knowledgeable and sweetest person my fiancé and I have had the pleasure of working with. She was able to offer the answer to all of our questions, went an extra mile for further services we needed and made things right from a different store experience we had. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Jared of this location. Kat (Katherine is her full name, I think) helped him. And last week, we went to get my wedding ring. Fortunately, Kat helped us too. She's an amazing associate. Very friendly, helpful, professional and honest - something I truly respect and appreciate. She treated us with the utmost respect and without putting any kind of pressure. She was very patient with us while I was persistent on wanting the ring that I had my eyes on. Had my ring there for repair and had good customer service the first time afterwards it has went downhill. Ring was repaired and took longer than expected, which was okay because of it needing to get sent off. I picked it up and no longer than 3-4 weeks my diamond fell out. They’ve repaired it once more since then and now I have another piece where they replaced it the first time falling out. It’s crazy the quality of the repair center is terrible. My ring looks absolutely terrible.

I want to give a shout out to the young lady who helped me today locating information on a purchase i made a few years back. I feel most people knowing i was not in to purchase a $ 10,000 ring would not want to help the matter at hand. Today Katherine Hammons took the time to help me and showed true meaning of Customer Service today. The world needs more like her.

Wow, what a great experience with Bre (pronounced Bree). Went in to shop for a 25th anniversary ring. Absolutely zero pressure. Bre was just as happy showing me a $150 ring as she was a more expensive ring. The price was so good on the ring I was able to get a pair of earrings too! Such a nice experience and it was so good to be treated with respect regardless of my budget. I will always start my jewelry shopping at this store.

Elias is the man! After finding the perfect woman I knew I wanted to spend the rest of my life with it was time to find her the perfect ring. I walked into Jared unsure of what I was looking for. Elias greeted me at the door and after asking me a few easy questions and flipping through some photos together he brought me out a customized selection of 4 different rings. WOW they were all beautiful but 2 in particular really caught my eye. Elias was very friendly and patient with me, and 2 of the other women working there even walked over to help me make a decision. I told Elias I needed another day to think about it. He was very understanding and didn't try to pressure me into buying one on the spot like other jewelry stores have. He helped me take some nice photos to compare with friends, and set me up with an appointment to come in the next day once I had reached a decision. The next morning I walked in with my mind made up. He brought out the ring I wanted which he had put on hold for me, helped me choose the best protection plan, and even gave me a 15% seasonal discount. I am more than happy with the decision I have made, and Elias and all the others at Jared made the whole process easy and stress free. I will definitely be returning here for all my future jewelry purchases! I WENT TO JARED! :)

My wife went to Jared after visiting multiple other jewelers in the Elizabethtown and Louisville area, including what are probably considered some of the most high-end shops in Louisville. Jared was a fantastic experience. We were replacing the diamond from her engagement ring because it had fractured. It also happened to be our 25th anniversary. So we were looking for something special. Yuliya and Elias went over and above to make sure that she got the perfect diamond, one that she loves in every aspect. They and their in-house jeweler were also more than happy to set this diamond into my wife's custom engagement band, rather than trying to sell us on one of their bands. Throughout the entire process, they were helpful, patient, and gracious; and they made my wife's satisfaction and happiness of first importance. We couldn't be happier with either the process or the outcome.

My husband surprised me by replacing my lost diamond and repairing my prongs. Adisa helped him to find a .90 lab created and they did it without my knowledge. He surprised me by taking me there and they showed me my new ring. The mounting and polish was superb. I found a lower price on their parent site and My hubby got the difference back. Elias, Adisa, and Yulia were so friendly, smooth, and nice. It was a pleasure I will definitely be back!

Elias and Sam at the St. Matthew’s location in Louisville were a gift to work with during a stressful, important purchase. They were helpful, pleasant, and polite through the many questions I had. Highly recommend.

Elias helped us find a necklace for my 30th birthday! He was so friendly and accommodating. We found a beautiful necklace and would definitely return there and refer others as well! (We also met Kimberly, a newer hire, who was super sweet!)

I give Jared a 5 star review because of Kat, she was wonderful to work with and I never felt pressure to buy anything. After finding the ring of my dreams we still looked around but ended up coming back and working with Kat because of her excellent customer service. I had to return a few times for sizing and sodering. Everyone at Jared was very nice and professional but Kat definitely is a gem to work with!

After spending several hours at various jewelry stores, I have to say walking into Jared’s was like a dream come true! We were immediately greeted by the sweetest, knowledgeable and super fun associate Elias. He was completely aware of inventory in the store. Encouraging and confident in finding exactly what we were looking for. His personality was so refreshing! The selection was top notch in comparison to the other stores. There was absolutely no pressure. You could tell he was very passionate about his work and just wants his customers to truly be happy. It was near the close of business and they stayed open as long as we needed. We were his only focus. The manager was very accommodating as well and such a delight to speak with. Hands down 10/10 experience. We will certainly be back for any of our jewelry needs! We had so much fun! Seriously the best experience we’ve ever had!

My husband was looking for me a solid white gold necklace for Christmas. First off we were only greeting my the security guard that opened the door. The older darker skins lady asked was I looking for anything particular. I responded a white gold necklace. She pointed and said she would be right over. I advised her I saw a necklace online this morning available to order a pick up at this location but I want to see if it would fit my charm. She stated oh we are very busy and they are selling like hot cakes. I showed her it was still available and ordered it for pick up right then while standing there. (Cancelled it after leaving) She asked across the floor has anyone sold a white gold rope today and no one responded. The store opened at 11 and it was 1138. She responded how much are you trying to spend I advise it doesn’t matter the price I want what I want. She said well white gold is limited it’s really selling out and the charm you have should have a box chain on it because the opening is small. Horrible first impression and I felt like we were stereotyped before we walked to the jewelry counter. Walked into the mall found a solid white gold necklace and had the opening of my charm adjusted opening something offered by the salesperson at the next store.

I am 23 years old and was not expecting to be treated as professionally as I was by Elias.
