Compare to the other locations They could work on their food quality, I ordered south west salad and grilled nuggets , nuggets where a bit cold and it was missing the side toppings for salad as well. But I will give them 5 stars for their great customer service and happy faces employees.

I had a gift card for a free meal. Upon ordering my meal, with lemonade, I was told I had to pay for an upcharge for the lemonade. Unacceptable. The store was packed! For at least 5 minutes there was only 1 attendant working the counter. Also, the condiments I requested were wrong too. Thanks for the "free" meal but I will never return to this location.

I have to say I was very impressed by the speed that this Chick-fil-A was operating at. They had two lanes wrapped around the store and they were moving people/cars through like no tomorrow. It was so impressive to see how they have streamlined the entire process for a painless experience. I have been to this location both inside and in the drive thru and I can say both times were hassle free!

Food was good! Love the waffle fries and Chick fil a sauce. Employees were nice too.

I REALLY wanted the Pimento cheese, honey, and Jalapeno sandwich but apparently it was only a summer seasonal item. Makes me very sad! That was the best chicken sandwich ever! Bring it back ASAP, PLEASE!!

Ordered chicken nuggets got chicken pieces and that was fine, the drive thru and menu could use improvement. maybe put a menu in front of the drive thru to see while waiting in line so we won't be rushed to make our decision at the end.

Can’t go wrong with Chick Fil A in the morning in a hurry! My husband was in and out while the kids and I were in the car. I don’t know how they do, but they really are the most efficient and quickest restaurant chain consistently!

Chick fila has just not impressed me. This location in particular has just been very inconsistent. When I go I never know if I'm gonna get fresh food, or a sandwich that's lukewarm and dry. Fries either hot and crispy or cold, soggy and saltless. The service is always good, very friendly and fast, but the food being so inconsistent yet so expensive makes it so I cannot give it higher than 2 stars.

The restaurant serves delicious chicken sandwiches and fries in a different way than other fast food restaurants. Delicious chicken soup is available in the restaurant. I advise you to try it. The place is clean. The staff in the restaurant are top notch with good taste and service. The prices are suitable for everyone. 100% ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

It’s really hard to beat the Chick-fil-A here at mall Saint Matthew. The blackened chicken sandwich is to die for. I highly recommend it.

They informed that I could not get my fries well done which was very upsetting because they like to serve their undercooked and soggy. Other chains like Jaggers make their fries crispy upon request. Very upsetting!! Don’t know if I want to come back if I have to keep eating soggy fries.

Like no other 'fast food' restaurant in the United States of America... That's because every franchise/location I've visited just 'blows me away' in every aspect of food service; not one mediocre experience ever. Always beyond delicious food and personnel that exude a Christian Spirit... I know once I expected someone to yell John (first dine in experience) while I was waiting for my order at a table with the grandsons; server asked if I was John when he placed our order on our table... Did I mention that the food is beyond delicious? I could go on and on... 10 STARS !

Employee knocked over my milkshake on the counter. She then picked up the cherry and whipped cream with her bare hands, put it back in the milkshake and then gave it to me which I refused to take. Good thing I saw this happening. Gross. Many other customers saw this and were absolutely dumbfounded. Highly recommend getting your food somewhere else.

The food was excellent. The staff was so friendly and kind (Claire served us today and was so cheerful and kind). They ran like a well oiled machine despite the rush going on at the time. Definitely would recommend!

I stopped by because I wanted only one thing, watermelon mint lemonade. It was awesome! Not too minty, not too much watermelon. What a great summer treat!

Great place to get gluten-free fries! They have GF buns in separate packaging. The kale salad is also a great option. When I order gluten-free they often withhold the delightfully gluten-free, crunchy almonds. I think someone presses an "allergy" button on my order? Sadly, this is the 2nd time I've been to a Chick-fil-A when I specifically asked for a grilled chicken w/a GF bun & mentioned Celiac disease that I got a grilled chicken on a regular bun. I get a kick out of it when I am recoiling in horror at the prospect of consuming gluten (even pulling my hands back into the safety of my car) and the apologetic food runner cheerily suggests I can keep the incorrect order if I'd like. :) This store DID MAKE IT UP TO ME! I had to wait about 15 minutes for a fresh, GF sandwich and they gave me a card for a free item next time. I'd have given them 5 stars for service, but the guy who took my order didn't know what gluten-free or Celiac meant, didn't ask me to clarify, and just rang up a grilled chicken. He even read my order back correctly, just didn't enter it right.

I can't say anything about atmosphere because I haven't been inside since 2019, but at the drive through they got my order wrong. They did fix it, but the service isn't as personable as it used to be or as respectful.

The people are always amazing and help us order flawlessly which me and my husband always have trouble 🤣🤣 the food was amazing and he offered a cookie and creme milkshake (which turns out.. is my favorite ice cream!!) And it was DELICIOUS!!!! I love this place and will be returning soon! :) ❤️🙌

They did an excellent job helping us feed 30 people. They were already busy when we arrived but got us in and out of there fast. They opened 3 registers for us to order quickly.

Eventhough always busy never had a bad meal or service. The staff that they employ are some of the best in the fast food industry. They really take care of you.

2 years ago my review wasn't so nice, but 2 years ago they weren't either. The store owner has changed a lot of things since then, not a rude person in the house anymore. And at a time when many restaurants are doing the shrinkflation thing, their filet still covers the bun. And tastes great. Hint to coffee lovers, the Frosted Coffee is one of best frozen coffee treats around
