Near closing time tonight. The best McDonald's I've been to in a very long time. Perfect fries and Big Mac, fast service and friendly staff.

Super quick service and my food was hot/fresh. I honestly didn’t expect to get through the drive-thru so quickly but it was a great experience.

Chance to drive into one of their locations today. Encounter with friendly staff and got what I want but trash was scattered everywhere, some of the dining tables were nasty so I decided to take them out. They need attention; they do for sure.

I understand why people get frustrated with the staff. Order placed at curbside kiosk, pulled up and was greeted by a very happy, professional cashier. Asked for receipt, said printer offline and that it would print at pickup window. Pulled forward and I was given my order and I again asked for a receipt. Immediately I was told I should have asked for it at the cashiers window. I explain what was told to me at the cashiers window. She apparently had no idea that there was a problem with the printer. She relayed this info to another person (manager??) And this person produced a receipt for a cash transaction, my order was paid for by card. Once again I'm holding up the drive thru lane just to get my receipt. Eventually receipt was produced for me. I must say that even though this was frustrating, I remained calm. Perhaps I'm the only customer that requests receipts, but I doubt it. Manager could have informed staff of printing problems and they could be aware.

First time eating here under the new management. I was not disappointed. Food was hot and very tasty. We will be back!!

Only purchased a hot fudge sundae. Service was good and the sundae was a good snack. We will come back. Mc Donald's does not offer gluten free choices so we eat other places.

Friendly drive thru service (which you rarely get at McD's anymore), but it was pretty much cancelled out when we got home. Ordered a Quarter Pounder w/ cheese, bacon and ketchup only. What we got was a bun with cheese, ketchup and bacon only...no Quarter Pounder in sight. Sigh. Tried to call and they never answered the phone. Heavier sigh.

I hated this place I asked for fresh hot fries no salt because of my health issues. On top of that they took old fries that has already been cooked and been sitting under the hot light so they are old and dry looking to were my dog wouldnt even eat them I have been calling now for about thirty minutes amd it will ring for 4 minute and then they pick up and hang up. All the customer service in there is is very rude then when they handle you food they throw the bag at u amd when I ask for condiments they threw them at me. They didnt even bother to put them in the bag. Here is the picture of the old precooked fries that was suppose to have no salt and then a mcdouble with I dont know what thay stuff is because I was charged extra for mac sauce and did not receive it

They were fast and it was good except there was a whole ice chip in my Mccrispy?? So idk if I Trust the food safety

What an amazing fast food breakfast experience. The McGriddle was hot and perfect. The service was fast, polite and efficient! Hands down the best McDonald’s in Louisville!

The only nice thing I can say about this location is that the people are very nice. It seems to be very unorganized and no one seems to know what they're doing. Unfortunately that results in people getting the wrong food or no food at all, like myself. But when they manage to pull it off the chocolate shake is awesome!

They screwed up my order very well and all I want to say to this location is the people working tonight should be fired. I wish McDonalds would shut down.

I’ll never come back to this location because today I tried to order a chicken biscuit with a substition of McGriddles instead of the biscuit. The Mexican man was not able to understand I assume because I told him it was wrong at the window, he rolled his eyes and then decided to finally change the order, I pulled forward to talk to the manager and he came to the front and closed the window as I spoke. The manager a African man laughed and “tried to make it right.” However at this point I went to Wendy’s because I felt as if they would spit or do something to my food. I use to work at this location as well and it was never like this before everyone respected everyone.
