I
understand
why
people
get
frustrated
with
the
staff.
Order
placed
at
curbside
kiosk,
pulled
up
and
was
greeted
by
a
very
happy,
professional
cashier.
Asked
for
receipt,
said
printer
offline
and
that
it
would
print
at
pickup
window.
Pulled
forward
and
I
was
given
my
order
and
I
again
asked
for
a
receipt.
Immediately
I
was
told
I
should
have
asked
for
it
at
the
cashiers
window.
I
explain
what
was
told
to
me
at
the
cashiers
window.
She
apparently
had
no
idea
that
there
was
a
problem
with
the
printer.
She
relayed
this
info
to
another
person
(manager??)
And
this
person
produced
a
receipt
for
a
cash
transaction,
my
order
was
paid
for
by
card.
Once
again
I'm
holding
up
the
drive
thru
lane
just
to
get
my
receipt.
Eventually
receipt
was
produced
for
me.
I
must
say
that
even
though
this
was
frustrating,
I
remained
calm.
Perhaps
I'm
the
only
customer
that
requests
receipts,
but
I
doubt
it.
Manager
could
have
informed
staff
of
printing
problems
and
they
could
be
aware.
