Great hotel! Room was very nice, modern decor and it was spotless! The larger apartment size fridge was a very useful surprise as we saved money by getting groceries and eating at the hotel during our stay. The only thing I would of wanted more was for them to have had a swimming pool for the kids.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at DuPont Suites recently and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The property, nestled in a perfect location, offers a harmonious blend of comfort and sophistication that is unmatched. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming and professional staff made me feel at home. The level of service was simply top-notch. Every request was met with a friendly smile and prompt attention, making me feel valued and well-cared for throughout my stay. My suite was an embodiment of comfort and luxury. It was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could hope for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, promising a restful sleep after a day of exploration. And speaking of exploration, the proximity of DuPont Suites to local attractions added to the convenience and overall appeal of my stay. In conclusion, DuPont Suites has redefined my understanding of hospitality. Its outstanding service, luxurious accommodation, convenient location, and exquisite culinary offerings combine to create an experience that is both memorable and satisfying. I can't recommend it highly enough for anyone seeking an unparalleled stay in the area. I look forward to returning to this gem on my next visit.

Clean, quiet, inexpensive. Was in town for a high school band competition - just needed a safe, comfortable place to crash for the night & this was perfect for that. No frills, but nice staff & quiet hallways.

Do not recommend. I am writing this review at 4:30 am unable to sleep and planning to eat the 2nd nights room fee and just go somewhere else. Bed is very uncomfortable, ac is loud and ineffective, no lamps or light to read in bed much less a way to charge your phone at the bedside. The only food option nearby is a Hooters which is not an option for me.

Fantastic rooms for the price, very clean and spacious. Came in from a few states away and got in late and was greeted so kindly by the desk clerk and was also upgraded. Woke up the next morning to get coffee and spilled some and the morning staff was beyond kind and understanding and helped me clean it. The customer service is the best I have experienced and I have traveled alot and stayed in many different properties. I'd highly recommend!!!!!

I have stayed here several times over the course of the years. I have always enjoyed my stay. It's an efficiency motel with modern clean rooms and location proximity to virtually everything you need in Louisville within a 15 minute drive. The rooms are what you pay for and they're well-taken care of. I stay here because I feel safe, I do not have to pay for parking, and it right by a hospital. Additionally, you're close to the Mall at St. Matthews and other mecca shopping areas. Generally, I pay $72-$80/night here. Derby time, you're paying $480/night. Be aware that they do jack up the prices when it is derby season. I get it though, when they're in a hot spot for travelers who are willing to pay the fee, it makes sense they would jack up the prices to make some cash. Any other time of year, you're not going to run into that. I have always had a pleasant experience with the front desk associates. The motel is owned by the same family who runs the front desk, if I am not mistaken. This is a 3 story motel that requires stairs for the 2nd and 3rd floor. If you need ADA accommodations, they have a first floor that is accessible via the back of the motel. The only downside is that you are not able to access the front of the motel via the first floor without having to go outside and going around if you're wheelchair or handicap bound as the stairs hinder this possibility. They do offer ADA rooms on the first floor. Breakfast and coffee are NOT served here. However, as mentioned prior, you will have tons of restaurants nearby to get food as needed.

Got here late last night, lady behind the counter was very nice and even upgraded us to a king size bed. Clean rooms, bed and bathroom.

Booked a room for my employee for a week but they demanded $50 security deposit charge even though it was paid by the company with a credit card on file. The front desk guy was super rude to him. They denied him the room and kept the room charges. Super shady hotel and I will never book a room with them again!

I've been staying here for about a month and a half while I'm searching for house and it's just great, the staff is always helpful and says hi when I come home. My only complaint is that the room doesn't have a full length mirror otherwise the price is right, rooms are clean, heater and a/c work good, has fridge with freezer and a microwave.

Rooms were ok however left my night clothes hanging on the bathroom door and when I called back an hour later got the run around. The man who answered said he would talk to housekeeping and call me back in 20 minutes, never happened. I had to call back myself and was told nothing was found. I know where I left my things. After going through reviews I see I am not the only one this has happened to.

It was ok. It was very unfortunate that the plug behind my bed blew out when I went to lay on the bed. They were happy to help with the issue and switched me into a other room, even if it was late. Hotel may need some electrical upkeep as most things were connected via surge protectors.

The location of DuPont Suites was perfect for me. It is tucked away, out of sight for anyone not familiar with the area. Ben, at the front desk, was perfect for his job. He was very professional and personable. The housekeepers were very rude and unprofessional. I wanted to stay a second night, but was told I had to change rooms because my room had been reserved through Expedia. There were other rooms available for visitors. The carpet is absolutely filthy. Other than that, it was okay. Enough said.

Staff was very rude and disrespectful. The girl working behind the desk snapped on Pastor Jeff as he was trying to make arrangements to pay the incidental. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WICKED PLACE WITH WICKED OWNERSHIP. They don't like Christians, they are Hindu.

Very basic hotel. Terrible value for the money. I would give 0 stars if possible. Fraudulantly charged an extra large fee to my card claiming the room was smoked in when it absolutely was not. We travel often and stay in hotel rooms and have never been accused of smoking in a room and would never do so. Specifically asked for a first floor room close to the door so we could step out to smoke. I have tried several times to reach a manager and someone speaking with a foreign accent just says the manager is not available and that she is new and knows nothing. Would like to know if others have had this issue.. class action suit?

The front staff was friendly and hospitable. The location was perfect. It was in a quiet area but with plenty of food options nearby. Perfect place to stay if traveling and need a good night sleep. Although we've never stayed here, it appears the property was recently renovated and our room looked fresh and new.

Clean room and bed but not worth the price they're charging. No in room coffee but there is free coffee in the lobby if you don't care that it has no flavor, but they at least have apple and orange juice

I hate to leave a negative review because the staff that checked me in was super friendly and very patient. I checked in last minute, and the price was incredible! However, you do get what you pay for. The hotel lobby was really nice and like I said, the staff was amazing! The atmosphere of the hallways, however, was very negative. The first thing I saw on the way to my room, was a random lady walking up and down the hall, jiggling all the door knobs (including mine), and talking to herself. She continued to do that for a lot of the night. I would hear my doorknob jiggle periodically. It made me extremely anxious and I couldn’t get a good nights sleep because of it. Another safety concern was how the bathroom didn’t have a lock on it. And like most hotels, the bathroom was right next to the hallway door. I could hear other people showering if I was in the hallway, so clearly someone could’ve taken advantage of that and broken in while I was showering. It also was not very clean. The shower had hair in it, the curtain was really dirty, they was hair on the clean towels, some of the towels were ripped, they weren’t full size, and there was a heavy odor of bleach. The rest of the room was clean and organized. However, some of it was updated and some of it was outdated so the environment was kind of weird. The quality of the bed was really poor. The mattress was squeaky, there was no boxspring, the blankets were really thin, the pillows were very small, and the sheets had yellow writing on them and were super itchy. The heating and cooling system was really inconsistent. Not to mention, it was SUPER loud. Every hour it would go from really hot to really cold. My sweat would turn into cold chills. I did not get a good nights sleep at all. Once again, I hate to leave a negative review but I hope you understand that this is constructed criticism! Updating the furniture, deeper cleaning, and better products / amenities would go a long way. I’d love to stay again and pay a little extra if that were to happen!

They charge more for "Tax Recovery and Fees" than they do for virtually every room they offer. I'd avoid.

This hotel trash just like their employee that was working September 14, 2003 at 7 AM. It’s a two star hotel for a reason. I read the reviews and it makes sense. Garbage employees/ownership. If I could give this hotel a zero I would absolutely terrible service.

Staff was nice. Location was excellent. And the room itself was clean, it was above my exceptions of what I expected.

Very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and specious. Small things could be improved such as a few spots on the wall using touch up paint, water took awhile to get hot but overall i couldn't have asked for a better experience especially for the price. Stayed 2 nights with a 7 month old for a wedding in town.

Friendly staff, spacious and well furnished rooms, and plenty of great food nearby all for a great price! Will be returning them next time I'm in town!

This is a very quiet clean area hotel strategically place where everything is within a one mile radius from exercising to going grocery shopping even to the hospital ER room all within a mile radius the staff is very professional. The rooms are very big and private. Of all the places that I've been I say this is probably perhaps one of the best places that I've ever had very downtime leisure Time

My dad was transported to the hospital ICU nearby this hotel. I called around midnight 8/11/22 to see if there was any rooms available.  The man on the phone said yes and I asked if I needed to be there at any certain time to check in as some hotels have odd rules to checking in once reserving a room over phone or online. He rudly said "its a hotel we are always open" and I said yes I know but just want to be sure I'm following rules correctly. As I wasn't going to leave the hostpital until a bit later. Just wanted to make sure we would still have said room. He just ignored that and said "we will see you when you get here." And then just stopped talking to me and didn't ask me for my information or card to reserve the room and hung up on me. Luckily I was able to get a room at a much nicer hotel with a staff member who made sure we were taken care of that was close to the hospital.

This place is outdated & the hallways smell. The bed was uncomfortable with tiny pillows. There is NO breakfast even though the website mentions they serve it. The ice machine doesn’t work well. This place is off the beaten path & seems very sketchy. The only thing saving this place from a 1 star is the friendly service. Stay here if you need a last second place to stay while road-tripping.

I was I could give 0stars! They are terrible, bad customer service, rude staff very unprofessional. They lied said I smoked in the room just so they could keep the deposit. I don’t even smoke .
