Clean facilities, well maintained equipment, friendly staff

I truly wish they had a bench and barbells, but you can make do with what they do have at any level fitness. Convenience is the primary reason I joined due to my other gym closing before I get off at night. Clean and well maintained certainly and friendly staff.

With current policies to wear a mask while on equipment it causes me to have trouble breathing. This has caused me to have a poor experience at this location. But even with that I still overall have enjoyed my experience.

PICK UP YOUR PHONE!!! Its the middle of the day and ive left something there and no one picks up the desk phone from 1pm to 1:21...... like cmon.... do better than that..... i drove all the way back because of a lazy staff

Great gym! Wish they would turn the fans down though so it didn't feel like I'm working out in a wind tunnel. It would also be nice if the they would turn the volume up on the TV in the locker room so I could hear it while changing.

Great gym. Positive attitudes. Workout and massage, hydro beds, etc. A great start back with my wife toward health and wellness! Super clean and not too busy!

They debited my account for 4 months incorrectly. For two accounts and it’s just me. Bathrooms are filthy. Nobody here works, they stand behind counter socializing. Low class place. Beware of giving them your bank account information. What a hassle.

It is okay place. You have to know your schedule with the crowds. Sometime some area is packed and sometime it is not. Sometime it is hard to have the dumbbells when you need or even the machine. Because high school kids always workout here from 4 to 7 pm as their after school activities.

Love this gym and the 24 hour open schedule Love the PF black lounge with massage chairs, Cryo lounger and the hydro massage beds.

I go to many different locations and though this one is a little smaller than some of my favorites, it's still 5 stars. The staff seems pleasant, the place is clean and the showers had plenty of hot water.

Went in to see what all the fuss was about ( about this being a good place to work out ). Well, it is affordable. Good enough line of workout equipment, and plenty of them. For me, though, the temperature inside was too warm, and the smell was of ...well, humans working out. All said and done, this here individual will give it a miss. Not my cuppa tea, like the Brits would say.

Its clean, the staff is super friendly and I get a great workout in every time. I usually go after midnight so its pretty empty and I love that they're still 24/7 at this location. The only thing that would make it better is a sauna or steam room for post-workout.

Clean. Lots of cardio equipment. Everything is functional. Decent lifting area. Just make sure you go when it’s not busy.

This was my first time in a gym in over 10 years and the staff made me feel welcome and the vibe was very relaxed so I was able to get a good workout on without feeling anxious or self conscious like I can get.

Best planet fitness I've been to. Good environment of people and staff. Also pretty big. Doesn't smell horrible either like the other ones I've gone to

I usually hate PF gyms but this one is great! It has all new equipment that works well and is very clean. The gym in general is really clean, spacious, bright, and in great condition. Plenty of cardio and strength equipment. Front desk workers are usually really friendly. I have zero complaints other than at peak times, it can be pretty crowded, but that's common for pretty much all gyms.

Just joined after ESPORTA closed. I was very pleasantly surprised. VERY clean. Staff great. Every piece of equipment you’d ever need or want. And everything seemed like it was working! 24/7 access is nice benefit I hadn’t thought I’d appreciate. Very inexpensive no commitment membership.

This is my favorite planet fitness in Louisville! It's always super clean and the staff is nice! I always feel comfortable working out here.

PF seems like it's doing its job in welcoming and accomodating all manner of folk in their fitness goals, and this one I consider my home gym and is my favorite for its sheer spaciousness and breathing room (even during the crowded times).

Planet Fitness was kind enough to give me a day pass since I was traveling from out of town. I really like this gym. I love the concept of having a 30 minute quick workout area as people tend to camp on machines, and this would prevent that. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful despite myself being a non-paying customer. All equipment was in good working order. I like the design of the machines since I could reach the weight adjustments from every machine if I remember correctly.

The place is always clean and the staff are very attentive. Changed to this location, from another, but overall can't go wrong with PF.

Great staff, affordable, parking is great, but lately the floors are dusty, dirty and filthy. Such an easy fix. No place on the App for feedback.

Great place to make body parts look good naked,with tanning and exercising all in one place it's my go to for getting my girlfriend hot and staying healthy and in shape.. I'm 45 years old and feel like I'm 19 and my girlfriend LOVES ❤ it..

This planet fitness actually impressed me with the amount of equipment. This place is perfect for 80% of people. Unfortunately I'm that other 20% as free weights are a must in order to fully get in shape. If they just had a couple benchs & squat racks I would have joined immediately. They do have a Smith Machine which from my experience is NOT SAFE for a lot of exercises, but can be used for certain movements & has its use. Staff was friendly, it's clean, but there is always someone with a vacuums even during peak time. As a business model it's genius. Conclusion: Excellent Start for people new to training. Many locations and well priced. For us in the know, the superior faster results with freeweights it's a solid NO. I would recommend this to people new to weight training. Anyone who has over 6 months of consistent training, NO. For new people trying to get in shape 5/5 For people who have trained over 6 months a 0/5 It's who they are, and if you don't like it go elsewhere. Personally I joined Crunch due to the free weights.

Love this fun. Very clean. Affordable. I go at 430-6 am and it is relatively empty but as a small female, I feel safe in both the parking lot and of course inside. The staff are attentive and consistent. Everyone has masks except when actively exercising. I am glad I joined!

The Staff are very respectful and nice. Bathroom it’s very clean and so the facility and equipment! Every time time I go, clients follow the rules about sanitize each equipment after use! so I feel safe going to this gym

White Castle Hot where I was that night was early in the AM hours the service was very very good they took my order question me and requested me either make sure they got the order right customer service was excellent they were just a good place to eat I didn't want to eat too many sandwiches buy only what I could afford they were tasty I asked for a glass of water they didn't get upset some companies restaurants in like to serve water so don't make a note don't make money off of it but anyway I enjoy your service

Planet Fitness this is on Shelbyville Road in St Matthews Louisville Kentucky it's my first night there the parking lot is plenty of parking is well-lit all the Serpent's all the surfaces that is where you park your car in the time you park your car you walk in it's all flat curve or anything like that wheelchair accessible handicap accessible call it what you want to call it well let the staff was very friendly are plenty of machines play weight lifting for everyone to use there was there's plenty of play a space between the machines everything is well planned out a 24-7 that's remarkable that helps anybody else anybody and once you get on it and you're on shift work you want to work before during or after work really really nice and I enjoyed it I being I get it in your I thought I move is one of the older crowd but I wasn't there was a couple of eight-year-olds there that made me look okay I think it's a great place you just got exercise you got to want to do it you got the one to do it if not did I could go anywhere unless you try so I

Beautiful new gym with very open workout area. Staff wears masks and seems to be taking Covid19 seriously. Not the patrons so much. I understand not wanting to wear one while working out but as least show coursidy by wearing one into establishment. A great gym so far and thanks for adding in this location!

Awesome place to work out all of the young people and staff go out of their way to make you feel at home!

The staff at this location are very professional and accommodating. I was approached by another female inappropriately and felt uncomfortable about the interaction as well as the safety of other gym attendees. I spoke with a Planet fitness employee and told them the details about the situation and staff immediately took the correct plan of action to make sure everyone was following guidelines, reported the incident, and made sure I was comfortable to continue my work out. Thank you to the employees of Planet Fitness for making the gym a safe and comfortable space for all, I will be back!!
