I
had
my
eyebrows
and
eyelashes
done
by
dear
Virginia
(a
warm
and
pleasant
person)
8
years
ago.
Virginia
had
touched
up
the
lash
line
with
skin-colored
paint
on
the
outer
upper
eyelid,
as
she
had
painted
it
there
with
the
color
that
had
previously
been
black.
The
problem
only
became
apparent
after
half
a
year:
The
eyebrows
started
to
turn
from
brown
to
reddish-orange.
The
black
gradually
disappeared,
which
is
a
completely
normal
process
with
permanent
make-up.
Regarding
the
eyebrows
and
the
whitish
cast,
my
concerns
were
not
taken
seriously.
I
simply
didn't
get
an
appointment
for
the
assessment.
After
8
years
I
still
have
the
now
white
line
that
repaired
the
black
line
back
then.
After
a
year,
the
eyebrows
were
completely
red-orange.
I
ended
up
going
to
another
permanent
makeup
specialist
who
told
me
that
the
colors
used
(titanium
dioxide,
iron
oxide)
were
the
cause
of
my
problem.
She
also
immediately
asked
whether
these
were
*Iranian*
colors,
since
this
problem
was
well
known.
Although
I
have
had
beautifully
drawn
eyebrows
without
a
red
tint
for
7
years
now,
the
white
eyeliner
on
the
outer
upper
eyelid
will
remain
that
way
for
the
rest
of
my
life.
After
consulting
a
doctor,
I
now
have
no
other
option
but
to
have
this
area
of
skin
containing
the
harmful
titanium
dioxide
removed.
I
would
have
liked
Virginia
to
explain
the
colors
used
and
the
ingredients
or
the
color
changes
that
occur.
I
would
also
have
liked
to
be
taken
seriously.
In
my
opinion,
health
should
be
prioritized
over
beauty.
For
me
it
was
my
first
ever
experience
of
permanent
makeup
and
fortunately
that
experience
drove
me
into
the
arms
of
another
professional.
So
I
am
very
grateful
for
this.
Why
am
I
only
writing
this
review
now?
For
a
long
time
I
just
hoped
that
the
white
cast
on
my
upper
eyelid
would
disappear
at
some
point.
