Been coming back for years now! Andrea is the best!

Unfortunately VERY bold and unfriendly. I had booked a lymphatic drainage treatment and was supposed to pay again for the treatment that I had already paid for?! Andrea (presumably the owner) writes very unfriendly and unprofessional via WhatsApp. I also advise against purchasing through Groupon as the vouchers are only limited in time - my personal experience. Addendum: HAMBURG LASHES' scam to write under all negative comments: "You were never with us, you're confusing it" shows how incapable they are of dealing with criticism instead of accepting it and apologizing. I can prove that I was actually there. In addition, you offer your services directly through Groupon.

I booked an appointment for lymphatic drainage and received a very warm welcome. I liked the atmosphere from the start. It is very harmoniously and sensually conceived and, thanks to the many nuances, a successful work - of course very feminine. The instruction was very careful and considered. Andrea took good care of me and asked me a lot of questions and explained everything well. The lymphatic drainage was pleasant and beneficial. Finally, I was personally escorted to the door and said goodbye. I would love to come back here.

I had eyelashes lift and the result was great! Very professional and attentive staff, comfortable and clean place. Very convenient booking online. The only thing I'd suggest to implement is payment with credit/ debit card, or PayPal, either in advance while booking or at the salon. Anyway, I'll definitely come back again, because I was very happy with my eyelashes :) Definitely recommended!!!

You are in good hands here. You arrive a little stressed after fighting your way through the Hamburg traffic, you are greeted warmly, take a seat and all your worries are forgotten. Be pampered from head to toe. I can particularly recommend lymphatic drainage, which takes place during the cosmetic treatment. Very friendly staff. Comfortable climatic conditions. Small oasis of well-being on a main road. I am very satisfied with my result of the lash lift or in German: eyelash wave ;)

Lymphatic drainage here means an hour of pure relaxation. So lovingly, cutely furnished, there is peace and relaxation. My little break. Treat yourself and take the time for yourself.
