We
have
been
a
customer
at McDonald's Hamburg/
Eiffelstrasse
since
the
early
1990s
And
also
other
restaurants
all
over
Germany.
My
husband
and
I
have
always
been
satisfied
customers
who
have
always
come
to
their
branches
regularly
and
with
pleasure.
Unfortunately,
we
have
had
to
notice
deficits
more
and
more
for
about
a
year
now.
There
is
a
need
to
catch
up
in
terms
of
staff,
customer
care,
friendliness,
service
and
unfortunately
also
cleanliness.
In
the
sanitary
area
there
is
occasionally
a
strong
smell
of
urine,
and
right
in
the
entrance
area
of
the
women's
toilet:
sanitary
towels
next
to
the
toilet.
Seat,
paper
is
missing,
sink
and
mirror
are
splattered,
everything
around
the
hand
dryer
is
wet
and
smeared.
Men's
toilet:
ditto.
Staff
are
sometimes
understaffed
(greasy
hair,
dirty
clothes),
very
often
insecure,
annoyed
and
unfriendly,
no
knowledge
of
German,
lack
of
interest,
staff
problems
are
dealt
with
in
front
of
the
customer.
Long
queues.
Only
two
cash
registers
open
McDrive
has
become
even
more
exciting,
the
loudspeaker
is
mostly
incomprehensible,
the
employees
hardly
know
any
actions.
If
you
try
to
explain
to
the
employees
what
is
missing,
no
one
understands
and
you
have
to
wait
minutes
until
someone
who
understands
comes
along.
Recently,
their
employees
have
also
become
rude.
