Very cool and beautiful garden and space for families! Especially in the summer months in Hamburg it is really cool to play in the water ground and let the kids enjoy the fresh air! Definitely a recommendation and a must go !

It's a symbolic park of Hamburg. Full of greens and flowers. Such a nice to place to walk, play, hang out, chill out, swim, row and spend time with your family and friends. There are a few beer gardens where you can eat snack meal and drink!

Ich finde es immer wieder schön hier, egal bei welchem Wetter. Der Stadtpark hat einfach viel zu bieten. Hier ist immer etwas los. Ob zum Grillen, Picknicken,sportlichen Aktivitäten oder einfach nur Spazierengehen. Einmal um den Stadtparksee laufen, sich zwischendurch mit Kaffee und Kuchen verwöhnen oder ein kühles Bier genießen...die Parkanlage ist wunderschön und man kann sich stundenlang die Zeit vertreiben. Auch die wunderschöne Blumenbepflanzung ist erwähnenswert. Ich bin immer wieder gern hier.

Wunderschöner Park, mitten in der Stadt. Es gibt sogar Extra Mülleimer für Grillkohle! Der Rasen darf betreten werden und ab der Dämmerung sind die Hauptwege beleuchtet. Es gibt Spielplätze, Cafes, Toiletten und zahlreiche Möhlichkeiten sich zu entspannen und hinzusetzten. Ein wirklich schöner , großer Park der sich lohnt besucht zu werden.

Very big and beautiful park with play ground for kids, the Planetarium also located there. It has walking, running and cycling trails one can enjoy.

A big park close to the city center. Grilling is allowed. Quite crowded in weekends. Transportation is easy with U3 underground at “Borgweg” station. Nice place to visit for a picnic with family or friends. There a fascinating Planetrium inside the park.

I have only been there once for the Iggy Pop concert. This was a great private surround garden. The toilets were clean and easily accessible. Not porta loos!!

A neighbourhood park that offers everyone to enjoy nature. It's a vast park with a few water bodies. Many varieties of birds are seen here all through the day. It has playgrounds for kids, Hamburg Planetarium is also located inside the park. At the planetarium one may get to view the latest telescopic images on display. Walking, running and cycling trails need special mention.

Beautiful park with lots of activities to do! I got to play on the swings. Fall colors are brilliant here. Many people playing soccer. There’s a planetarium in the middle of the park.

Sehr schöner und gepflegter Park. Sehr weitläufig. Riesiger Spielplatz auf dem sich die Kinder ordentlich austoben können. Die Flugshow legt weniger Wert auf Dressur, dafür steht das Vermitteln von Wissen im Vordergrund.

Bin gebürtiger Hamburger und war jetzt zum zweiten Mal im Planetarium, einmal mit der Schule und jetzt 50 Jahre später,ab jetzt aber öfter,kleiner Eintrittspreis und eine super tolle Vorführung und für den kleinen Hunger ist auch gesorgt.Die Aussichtspunkt ganz oben, einfach sagenhafter Blick über Hamburg. Ach ja es gibt sogar kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit an der Hauptstraße.👍👍👍👍

Lieb ich! Immer gut für einen langen Spaziergang und im Sommer zum baden! Egal ob zum picknicken oder Sport auf der Wiese, es ist sehr vielseitig zu nutzen. Und auch Boot mieten ist möglich, erst kürzlich für mich entdeckt.

Always a lovely place to go. Wouldn’t want to be alone when it’s dark and there is rubbish and glass bottles/even found needles once but overall is a nice place and great parks for children ..

Weihnachtsmarkt bei Sierichs Biergarten im Stadtpark neben dem Schwimmbad. Der Weihnachtsmarkt ist gemütlich und die Preise sind normal. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.

I love this place, so big so beautiful

Beautiful experience, had a slow walk around with the wife on our way to the Biergarten and was so amazed by how many teens were drinking but simultaneously behaving (A sight that doesn't go hand in hand in the UK). Gorgeous little (Trading standards might have a thing to say about that description) park that definitely requires another visit with the kids.

A beautiful place, to just be with nature. Enjoy a swim, be with your kids or your partner. Enjoy the nature, ducks and dogs! It has a special place for dogs where they can play. A pristine lake, swimming pool and fabulous view. If you are outdoorsy in summer, this is the place for you.

Nice, big park with huge green space for sitting, grilling and playing games.

Amazing experience. It is very quiet, very relaxing. Great views and places with possibility of doing BBQ, pets places, yoga, concerts, boat trip, beach, observing huge Aircrafts landing and many other things. Definitely it deserves to spend and afternoon out in this park.

Great place for outdoors! 1. Great for walk and run, 2. Outdoor swimming pool with ticket for 3.5€ with no reservation required (at least I didn’t have any and entered without issues), 3. Huge lake were people swim 4. Good place to start SUP trip around canals, easy access to the water and gentle shore allowing to board SUP easily

Incredibly beautiful and scenic Park with many trails in amongst the trees. Also a phenomenal dam and swim area.

Best place for walking or also for cycling. In some areas you can also do grilling. Scenic views, nature, landscape everything in one place.

Right across from Holiday Inn. Happened upon an outside concert. Lots of people walking, dancing, picnics, water activities and a great Bier Garten.

Nice Park with a lot of space and to do, you can swim, drive/ rent boats.... two Café and for children one of the greatest playground!

Huge park with many options and different spaces. You can go for a jog or a walk with your dog, play with your kids at one of the playgrounds, have a picnic, grill at the designated zones, play music, watch the ducks, explore the different gardens. This is a place for everybody.. Honestly the options are endless. You could visit everyday and never get bored. Also, it is a huge plus that it's near u1, u3 and s1 stations.

Hamburg Planetorium : beautifully located in the middle of the green stadtpark. You can visit the planetorium for 2 euros and checkout the latest telescopic images on display. You can also see the sunset from the rooftop with the same ticket. And a lot more to offer including movies and shows.

Great park for BBQs or running. The planetarium is here and its quite impressive.

Biking and picnic are our favorite activities during the weekend. We are lucky that we live in a Hamburg that has a lot of parks. This Saturday, we visited Stadtpark. It is the biggest park in Hamburg. The size is really big. The location is in the city, although it is not close to city center. There were many people as the weather was quite good this week, particularly the area close to the lake. However, as its big size, there are always some spots in Stadtpark that are less people, so we can keep the distance with other visitors. This park is really suitable for gathering with family and friends. There are many events too (like salsa, yoga, concert, etc.) so it is not a boring park. If you want a park with a lot of shadows, Stadtpark is perfect for you. I like this park 😊. 🇩🇪
