Vintage clothing store

😠 The clothes were dirty and the owner said we should leave because we didn't know anything about vintage things. After that he insulted my friend by saying she shouldn't be wearing a dress because she was "fat". I really don't recommend this store at all, extremely unfriendly service People often mention vintage, owner, shop,

Some really excellent pieces here, and most are well documented. Some unworn with original tags, but all seemingly in good condition. Everything is quite pricey, but not surprising for what you are getting. Owner is willing to negotiate on price depending on item. Would have purchased a few items if I had more cash flow at the time. Would definitely return to check out their inventory again in the future.

The owner is crazy! When we arrived the owner shouted at a young man visiting his store. We went for a walk, and desided to go back a couple of hours later. I was looking at a cup wich was displayed in the window. I should not have done that... The owner screamed at me: " Do not touch anything. When you got visitors, do they look in your cubbards??? You dont have enough money to buy anything here!!!" He was very aggressive!!

Lots of rare vintage deadstock pieces so worth a trip but I think the owner has a cocaine problem. He was mansplaining deadstock vtg to me at one million miles per hour the second my foot walked through the door. He thinks he is the only place in the world that sells pure vintage which is wild. Maybe he has never left Hamburg?

My favorite shop in Hamburg!!! The owner is super passionate about vintage fashion (being a collector himself) and very polite. I didn’t end up finding anything myself but after speaking to him, he showed me items that he thought I would like and I ended up getting them :) The shoe and bag curation is out of this world and I will definitely be coming back!

Horrible, they were extremely rude and gatekept everything. Sent us out because we ”didn’t look like we belonged” One tip: NEVER go here.

Been going to vintage shops for 20 years, in Stockholm, London, Berlin and Rome. Never went in a shop before where the staff wanted to lecture us about vintage clothing in a very disrespectful way only because we were not interested in buying something from there. Kills the whole charm and mood in your search to find these rare items. I would recommend going to any other shops in the area where the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Don't know what people are talking about, this is a great shop. Stuff is a little expensive, but actually vintage and in good shape, plus you can haggle. Yeah, he talks about his shop, but you can clearly tell it's because he likes what he does. We always come here when we visit Hamburg and we always find something, usually so much that we can't get everything we want. This is a great shop, do yourself a favor and check it out. You won't be disappointed.

Jesus Christ, THE most egotistical shop owner I have ever met. His energy sucks you dry and leaves you with a bad taste in your mouth. Upon walking in, this guy begins to mansplain to me that this is the ONLY Vintage store of its kind and verbatim said “I bet you have never been to a store like this.. where things are ACTUALLY vintage” *eyeroll* surprise: I frequent ACTUAL vintage stores across the globe - not just thrift - frequently, and when I informed him there were plenty in New York, he scoffed and proceeded to list some random thrift stores (not vintage) and bash them. Does he not realize that NYC is one of THE vintage shop capitals of the world…? At one point, after I informed him that yes, I have been in many vintage stores like this, he said “Well I guess you also make millions selling vintage huh?” Excuse me what? When did I say that? Sad that he feels threatened by me, and what an embarrassing thing to even try to say to try to belittle me. I found a belt that I immediately recognized in terms of brand (and have bought similar pieces sourcing them myself online), and because I knew of this brand, I knew the price he told me was much higher than I have paid when sourcing myself. He got sooo offended when I put the belt back after asking for the price. He would not stop talking to me as I was walking through the store, making this a very unpleasant interaction. This man reeks of insecurity, and he is clearly overcompensating. I suggest he keep his ego in check, because his selling strategy is probably the worst one I have ever encountered anywhere.

He was very arrogant, and talked disrespectful about my country. It's also very expensive. His t-shirts cost 209 euros!!
