A lot of personal, i spoke to 6 female stafmembers. They all seem to disappear for breaks. After two hours i finally got the money back for an gifted item. The big boss wasn't really helpfull or polite either. I would only recommend Karslstad for shelter at cold or rainy weather.

Great assortment and friendly staff. The store itself has a slightly old fashioned vibe which is due to the presentation and lighting. But you'll find what you need.

Unfortunately closes too early 1800 hours it seems

It's a german classic. But I see why most stores are closing. Personnel is very friendly. Many different products, lots are hiqh quality, but prices are just higher than elsewhere. Internet offers are too cheap to beat, sorry guys.
