It's been a long time since I found consultations very quickly and with little attention. But today Dr. Grell and his team exceeded all limits of respect and patience. I had my appointment at 9:30am and was called at 11:15am to say I couldn't be seen!!! Several people who arrived after me were looked after!!! Then they suspected COVID-19 because of Dr. Grell's cheap and childish lies. You as a psychiatrist should be ashamed of yourself!!! I can't recommend it to anyone with lousy service!!! And lack of character !!!

Discretion equals "zero", waiting room right opposite the counter where the arrogant ladies talk to the patients. When you get out of the doctor's office, you have to wait again for the signature...that's really annoying after a 2-hour wait! Memory training would also be recommended...for patients after 4 years of regular treatment still ask for the name.

As I have done for 10 years, I accompanied a client to the doctor and today to Mr. Böke. I've been feeling really bad since the conversation. For me, dealing with someone like this because of a specific service for the benefit of the client, who has been receiving treatment at this practice for 20 years, is totally unpleasant, uncooperative, uncommunicative and anti-social. I have always received thanks from other specialists for the same actions. I'm still in shock at his reaction. Such a big ego, unbelievable...

Dr. Grell Gutdeutsch has been my treating doctor since June 2023. So far I have had 2 appointments. He listens and expresses himself clearly. The practice team is friendly. The long waiting times despite an appointment have potential for optimization.

I would actually give it 5 stars because the ladies at reception are really nice and the doctor is friendly and fair and he also takes his time. That's good and important. He listens to the patient's needs and tries to find a solution. In any case, he does this better than many other doctors today... I felt like I was being treated a little bit condescendingly (including at the reception). Unfortunately I have to deduct 2 stars because of the long waiting time in the waiting room, which took about 50 minutes despite an appointment.

So I can say that both Mr. Grell-Gutdeutsch and everyone from the practice helped me very well, no matter how I was feeling, I was always treated in a friendly and courteous manner. My wishes would be taken seriously and difficulties would be addressed with me. I can recommend the practice with the best of conscience

Dr Grell Gutdeutsch is super nice and friendly and also helps. I don't think the reviews are fair! And when it comes to waiting times, that means to me that other patients are also making use of his time. That's not a bad thing! I think instead of throwing up here you should have an open conversation with the doctor and not be judgmental about it. And that stresses me out a lot! Now I'm looking for a new apartment with an elevator. I have applied for an emergency certificate from the housing office, for which I need a certificate. I cannot recommend Frank Grell-Gutdeutsch more highly. To be honest, I left feeling even sadder after each visit. I didn't feel understood and I wasn't helped either. I should either swallow pills or stay as I am. He can't do anything more for me. He always wanted all of his questions answered specifically, which is understandable, but sometimes you just can't pack so many things into one answer. You're talking about years of trauma. I was also misdiagnosed with something. I tried to say it wasn't possible but I wasn't even really listened to. I never felt taken seriously and it only made me feel worse. One of the worst things is that I once had to wait over 1.5 hours to get in despite having an appointment (okay, other patients have a lot to say). When I finally got in, I talked to him for about 5-max. 10 minutes I would be told that I had to get out because he had other patients he needed to serve. Like I'm not important?! How can something like that be? Some patients are in this room for so long and when I am, do I have to get out? I waited for almost 2 hours to ultimately be thrown out and ultimately told that I couldn't be helped if I didn't swallow any pills. I have decided not to go there anymore.
