I can only recommend for the first two times after that everything is like everyone else's, food is inedible and prices rise every now and then. What a shame......

Fast delivery, nice driver but still below McDonald's quality

The menu says that fries are always included with the burgers... The fries were missing after delivery!! After calling, I was told that there are NO fries with XXL Burgers, that the menu was printed incorrectly... He wanted to call me - NOTHING happened, fries were REJECTED!! misleading and a shame! It's brazen how someone treats you! NEVER AGAIN

Very disappointing. I ordered a salad and half of the ingredients were missing. Cucumbers were completely shriveled and dried out. I received a phone call and said I would get a Coke for free with my next order. When I was told that a new order wouldn't be possible due to the distance, I didn't say goodbye and hung up

I found the food very tasty... The food is not dripping with fat!!! Comparing the food to eating McDonald's is, in my opinion, a joke... Any time ! The staff was also very friendly and the delivery was really surprisingly fast ☺️ the only thing I found was that the fries weren't salty enough but I think that's also a matter of taste 🙌🏼

Unfortunately the food was very bad. It is probably frozen food of obviously poor quality. The nuggets were inedible and we threw them away. If you want the feeling of stones in your stomach, you should order here ;-)

If you call with a hidden phone number, you will be greeted by a "Mariahilf department"... It may be that there are problems with fake orders, but instead of screwing over your customers, you could also take care of them You can have the idea to have the phone number announced and call back! Obviously, customer service doesn't play a role in such considerations!
