I haven’t ever seen such a big shopping mall with only 1, ONE toilet !! And it’s not even free. 0,50 € for a line that you need to wait 5min~to eternity. They will give you voucher 0,50€ but you CAN’t use it even when you pay for 18eur parking 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 toilet was vet as well, so I really have no clue how dare they to ask any money for it.

Came here will wandering around Hamburg and need a break from all the walking. From the outside, it looks like any other big shopping mall, but on the inside it looks like a space age design in the far off future. The architecture of the interiors is absolutely stunning with an atrium made up of parabolic supports. Nice place to do a bit of shopping and cafes for coffees and snacks. +1 for the interiors!

Definitely worth visiting specially on rainy days ! They also have a wonder room for babies! Super big and super clean !! For parents very interesting!

It's a great shopping centre for teenagers and young families. There are many shops and places to buy food, sandwiches, snacks and ice creams. They aren't restaurants with sofisticate menu, mainly take away food. There is also a McDonald's restaurant. Shops are mainly clothing aimed at young generations. There is also a good variety of grocery stores.

Really nice and massive-ish shopping centre with loads of and variety of stores over 4 floors. There is a traffic light for entry (I suppose because of the COVID19 restrictions). But most annoying thing coming from ground floor is that toilets was only available on the 2nd floor, got there then you've to pay 50cents to use. First time I've seen this in a shopping mall where you pay to shop, eat etc... And still have to pay for toilets!

This is a typical mall, super crowded from 11AM to late evening. During lunch make sure you have lots of time or go to another place to find food. It’s super busy and long waiting times and lines. still it’s a nice place to stop by if and when you are in Hamburg, Germany. FYI: I took these pictures earlier in the day prior to the crowds arrival.

The food plaza at the top floor is an interesting concept. The 'bridge' connecting two buildings but closing of an entire street is a disasterous idea. Someone should go to jail for that.

Die Passage ist ganz nett aber meiner Meinung nach eher was für Menschen die etwas schmaler sind, zumal meist nur Läden in der Kategorie Boutique (Schmuck, Kleidung, beauty) natürlich gibt es hier auch in Hülle und Fülle an Fre... Buden. Mein favorit war der rewe und diese burger Bude ganz oben. Pluspunkt dafür dass sanifaire hier vertreten ist und nicht eine Bettler Tante wie sonst und das Geld kann man entweder in der Passage bei ein paar Läden oder mitnehmen und bei den Partnern von sanifaire einlösen. Über das Parkhaus kann ich leider nicht reden da wir es nicht gefunden haben.

Ich liebe es, ich bin mindestens viermal in der Woche hier. Es ist ein großartiger Ort zum Einkaufen, für eine Kaffeepause oder für einen Snack oder ein Hauptgericht. Mein Lieblingsort zum Trinken ist رو Es ist die beste Filiale und bietet viele konkurrierende Optionen für alle bestehenden Restaurants und Cafés. Der Umgang ist trotz des großen Drucks in dieser Filiale sehr freundlich. Das Center wird jetzt mit netten Smart Reports gereinigt und es ist immer sauber.Oben und unten stehen bequeme Sofas, das Zentrum ist von Bahnhöfen und Bushaltestellen umgeben und bietet aus allen Richtungen eine wunderbare Aussicht. 10 Sterne

When christmas season is nice to visit here because of they have many decorations. You can took a photos of it. All what you need is here also .

WC!!! The toilet thing is a joke, but it's not! In minutes, we tried to understand the toilet sign and find out where the toilet was, it's like a puzzle! The elevator sign is like a wc! We finally found it on the top floor. And it costs 50cent! And when you pay money, you wait in line for minutes, for a human need. Where exactly is this world headed? Even in places called civilizations! I am sad...

Its big mall in Center of Hamburg.It has all brand shops and eatery. But we have to have fully vaccinated or recent covid test to visit closed eateries.We can do free covid test on spot. Also little bit crowded on weekends.

Einfach schön. Auch wenn man nichts einkaufen möchte, ist dieses Einkaufszentrum einfach toll. Man kann wunderbar durch schlendern und vieles entdecken. Vor Allem der Foodcourt ist so schön und abwechslungsreich.

Ein tolles, sauberes und sehr ansprechendes Einkaufszentrum. Heute hat uns eine riesige Rutsche empfangen. Leider war ich allein mit drei z. T. kleinen Kindern da und konnte daher nicht begleiten. Aber es sah beeindruckend aus. Einzige Kritik: die Parkgebühren.

There's no way you can be in the center of Hamburg, not entering the Europa Passage, it's in the middle of the city. Well, a good mall for when it's raining but maybe too busy. It is a place with many different stores, clothes, shoes, household items, stationery, supermarket, etc. as well as a one ground just with foods, not fancy, just “street” food. It’s definitely a teenager place in general, very busy, teenagers running all around, specially on weekends. If you want to have a better experience, go there during the week. Also, there’s just one restroom, it’s a chaos there, you pay a lot, it smells horrible and it’s fuullllll!!! Besides it all, it’s a nice and new place/building, worth a visit once.

Shoping mall has one pretty interesting feature. It has slide in the middle. The slide goes from the 3rd floor, all to the ground floor. Ride takes around 5 seconds. It's a good and interesting experience. On the floor you can find names of the cuties all around Europe.

Sehr schönes Einkaufszentrum! Auch das Essen oben ist toll. Mein einziger Mangel ist das es zu wenig Reinigungspersonal gibt, mir ist etwas ausgelaufen und ich wollte dies selbst weg machen damit keiner hinfällt. Doch niemand war auffindbar, als ich das Sicherheitspersonal gefragt habe ob diese jemanden holen könnten meinten diese zwar sie kümmern sich drum, es kam aber lange Zeit keiner. War leider eine negative Erfahrung die mich aber nicht daran hindern wird hier wieder her zu kommen, da es sonst sehr schön in der Europa Passage ist!

It was a tunnel. It’s fine. Has two holes. About as appealing as the inside of a nose. But!! It did have a redeeming factor! Clean bathrooms! Would recommend those.

In dieser riesigen Einkaufspassage findet jeder etwas. Das kulinarische Angebot ist sehr groß. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Empfehlen kann ich die beiden Galerien. Otto und Udo Lindenberg verkaufen dort ihre Werke.

Very bad experience. I wanted the clerk to find me a pair of shoes in size 38, and she asked me in a very skeptical tone if I could pay the price of 90 euros. When I said that the price was all right for me and I wanted to see another color, she just rolled her eyes at me with a very disdainful expression and rejected. This was an absolute discrimination and the clerk was so rediculous. Maybe she can go back to primary school and learn basic etiquette again.

Mega Shoppingcenter in Mitten der Stadt. Vor allem der Perlenladen NUENA im OG1 hat es uns angetan. Schmuck selber machen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Huge shopping mall spread across many floors. All kinds of stores and something for everybody. All the restaurants are located on the top floor. When we visited here there was also a big slide for the kids starting from the top floor all the way down to the ground floor. Negative is that they dont validate your parking ticket and parking is expensive in germany.

This isn't a really impressive mall as per today standards. It was clean with average shops. The nightmare, though, was the bathroom. As far as I found out, this 4,5 level mall only has 1 bathroom. Can you believe it? Then imagine the line on a Saturday afternoon. Guess it took me 45 minutes to get in and another extra minutes to be able to wash my hands. Totally a bummer. Germans really need to visit Dubai or Singapore to understand what a real mall is.

There are a lot of stores but honestly, not that many great ones. The best stores are in the walking outdoor mall adjacent. Tree is inside though and it’s the closest large grocery store nearby

We thought this would be quite a small area, but it is actually extensive. It is beautifully set out, with tiered terraces with seats and wonderful scent from the flowers and shrubs.

Lots of places to shop. Currently Corona testing place is also there. Many small joints for Coffee and take aways as due current 2 G plus . Shops like NewYorker are giving good discounts.

Europa passage is good place to do shopping and eat foods. The restaurants are serving various kind of dishes from different countries. We enjoyed eating Pizza in Pizza hut.

It’s almost the most famous shopping center in Hamburg , the location is fantastic but the parking is expensive I recommend you to use public transportation for reaching this location as you may have some walking in areas around it so you can freely enjoy your time.

well, the toilets are weirdly placed at the very top floor. i just find that weird. if an elderly person needs to use the toilet they have a journey to make to go to the top floor....unless i am wrong and there are toilets om the bottom floor...either way, its a very big mall.

Nice big mall with so many known Brands

From fast food to restaurants, to supermarket and exclusive cloth lines. All in a range of a few meters and up on top, great view for a coffee or something to eat.

The collection is really good. The salesperson in that branch is extremely helpful and polite. We were able to find what we wanted in no time. Also, ecco's shoes are always comfortable and stylish.

Just like any other urban malls it has many options for shopping. Many brands and cuisines to choose from. Best thing about this mall is the location. There's a nice view right outside the mall.

Toilets always have a huge line & you have to pay to use them. It’s a nice shopping centre with a good variety of stores - clean also. It could use more seating areas & is completely packed during Christmas. Watch out for people stealing your bags here… I saw it happen a few times!

Zero level spicy, but food is decent and good. Quantity was bit lesser.
