Trotz Problemen, haben sie ihr Versprechen eingehalten sogar bis nach Feierabend weitergearbeitet, kein Witz ich war zum Schluss mit den lieben Service Team, alleine dort, er hat sogar noch eine Probefahrt gemacht. Der Laden ist sehr sauber, Modern, genug Autos zu Besichtigung und man wird wirklich jede Minute nett nach ein Getränk gefragt. Sehr guter Service die Behandlung eines Kunde wird genauso vorgenommen wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe. Mir wurde nix aufgedrängt oder Ähnliches. Es wird sich Zeit genommen für den Kunden und nichts halb herzig gemacht. Hatte nie das Gefühl das es bei dem Serviceberater mich abwimmeln möchte. Das Gespräch war locker und doch fachlich und auf den Punkt. Großes Dankeschön an Herr Ringe. In diesem Sinne gerne wieder.

Ich fühle mich dort gut aufgehoben. Die Mitarbeiter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Großes Kompliment an alle Angestellten. Ich haben mein Fahrzeug heute 06.04.22 zur Wartung abgegeben und hatte um 17 Uhr den Termin dort. Um nicht zu spät zu erscheinen, habe ich mich sehr beeilt um dort hin zu kommen. Leicht gestresst betrat ich das Porschezentrum und begab mich zu Frau Herbert, die mich nett begrüßte und mir direkt einen Kaffee angeboten hat. Was soll ich sagen, man fühlt sich dort einfach willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Wir begutachteten dann mein Fahrzeug zusammen und klärten dann die Formalitäten. Entspannt verließ ich das Zentrum und fuhr mit dem Taycan, als Leihwagen nach Hause. Ich bin sehr begeistert und freue mich auf den nächsten Besuch im Porsche Zentrum Magdeburg.
