Huge is the work. A 4 storey electronic store housing almost everything you want in electronics. Good merchandising, good categorisation and good prices. They are one of the biggest electronic retailers in Europe. There is no such big store in India dedicated to electronics only. They focus a lot on Accessories. You will find all type of accessories from top brands over here which is missing in India.

Checked online, if the new Washing machine was available. It wasn't at our local Saturn but it was at the store in the city centre. We went there to be told it wasn't available and we had to come again the next day. But if we paid immediately we could then pick it up without needing to come inside again. After having paid they refused to validate our park ticket, because we weren't club members! What a service to your valued customers! The next day the incapable personal at the pickup took 40 minutes and three tries to find the correct product. And to think if we weren't provided false information we could have gone to our local store and ordered it there... No information would have been better service than misinformation!

Amazing! The biggest retail store I've ever seen! I went to check some new washing machines and I found out a lot more than what I was expecting. Over there you can find everything that u imagine. Definitely if u are considering buying some new gadget u will find there. Highly recommended

Friendly specialists, but unfriendly cashiers. Some items are without prices, which will then get some almost double price at the register, and You should go back to the section to ask about it. Also although the cashier promising not having to wait in the line again, then just leaving her post during the a couple of minutes, meanwhile other cashier yelling at you to wait. After 3-4 minutes of waiting, didn't buy anything and got what I went there for - for the expected price - from MediaMarkt. At least in this occasion definitely can't recommend, although the assortment is huge.

Crazy large place with guess what... a ton of electronic stuff! Everything you can imagine is here, even a gaming arena and music instruments (electronic drums, guitars, keyboards) . So get over here and get your electromic needs fullfilled.

Saturn is amazing electrics Maga Store. Anything you need or think of is here. It has fair price too. There are also this special gift box that you buy at led than half price and get goods of more value. Hurry, they are about to finish. I bought one, and I found more than I expect.

I went some time at this Saturn because it is big and offers a lot of choice (actually hardly ever the best choice...). Consistently, dealing with Saturn personnel has been terrible. Rude, humiliating...my question would be, during job interviews, do Saturn select the rudest personnel? Or do they become a special training to become so? You have a lot of room to improve your customer support guys...

This store is very chaotic. Nobody in different floors can tell you exact locations of products in other floors. Adapters are very overpriced, you can get them way cheaper on the internet.

Thanks to the Sonos guy during Black Week. Incredibly helpful to advise on a Arc sound bar for a projector. Saved me lot's of pain and money. With an e-arc capable.HDMI Splitter and Dolby Access app from Microsoft all my surround sound needs were covered from the PCs graphis cars. Staff is very friendly & competent. I went the for returning a gaming mouse that didn't suit my GF. No big deal and super friendly transyction as well. Also the security and 2 other sales people. Great experience on several issues. Only downside is the cash desk queue org. What inhumane thinking MicKinsey bunch of advisors came up with that nonsensical idea? That feels like cattle herdingand makes you want to buy on Amazon instead. Totally ruins the sales guys experience.

A good place for all electric and electronic devices, you can check the availability via web, you can order online and collect yourself. You can go and just see how a product is and then order online wherever price is low. The only thing is about the staff, most of them are not helpful and some times they treat very unprofessionally. I hope the managers could give them some advises.

State of the art equipment to chose from and quality items. It's mostly full in the evening; definitely visit early in the day if possible.

The only obvious con is that you have to go up and downstairs several times when you want to change some item that like in my case didn't have a barcode/qr code on it to scan to make a purchase. Too big place for comfortable shopping as you need to walk a long distance to take some 2€ little thing, then need to run back to change it for another one that has a proper package.

I could actually spend multiple days here, as a tech guy, this is exactly my kind of store. They’ve got everything you can think of. From ovens, over photography equipment, all the way to an entire floor dedicated to gaming. You name it, they have it.

Low quality store despite a huge size and prime location. When I entered the store at first I saw europalets with goods on sale. Nothing exciting, just cheap, low quality Chinese stuff. I looked at a few sections and was very disappointed. New Samsung phones were plastic displays and not real phones. I looked at hair dryers and most of them were dirty and heavily scratch with some old glue signs from the stickers. It was nasty. I was afraid to touch it. I was looking for a toothbrush and items for 100 - 200 euro were in a big box laying like in a discount old-school store. I left after a few minutes and did not bother to waist any more time.

My favorite Tech store. Biggest tech store in Hamburg and literally has everything that works with electricity. I wasn't happy with my first purchase there because I bought the wrong charger and they let me return it and it was pretty easy and fast on top of that. I'm very happy with the customer service and overall with the store. You should definitely visit this place even if only for a walk. Update: I was in the store again and creating a store card (for earnings points and getting rewards) is extremely easy. Takes 5 mins and you can only win from this.

Three floors of all current technology mainly for home use as well as for small and medium sized businesses. Neither too expensive pricing nor rock bottom bargain basement pricing means most every product on sale compares favourably to pricing of the self same items sold on the Internet. All floors are easily accessible and nicely visually presented. The staff are attentive to the needs of the customers and if that member of staff knows that they are not well enough versed in the technicalities of any particular product they are ready and able to direct a customer to a member of staff who would all technicalities one should know before purchase Efficient and friendly service and check out lines Recommended.

This is probably the best location for your electronics and tech needs in Hamburg. Although, if you want a prebuild PC you should probably not buy that here but that goes for every tech discounter. For everything else, this Saturn has very good pricing and staff that is there to help you guide on any of the 4 floors. This is truely a monolith of an electronics store.

If you need any kind of electronic from a hard disk to a high-end TV, this a great place to buy or test a device. It's definitely a great place for buying or just see a device first-hand.

Very bad service. I buy a Huawei buds. After one month have problems in one headset. I went there and the told me you have to wait for. 3 weeks. I told them it's to much and it's not my problems and have a warranty. He telling me sorry we can't sell it again. It's not my mistake. They don't care about the Warranty. It's not reel.

This store is a supermarket complex that sells all types of electrical appliances. But only electrical appliances. This place sells high quality electrical items at affordable prices. I can highly recommend this place to everyone.

Well, its a huge place and you are most likely to get what you need, at competitive prices. We've been roaming around to buy some household electronic devices and can say that this store has the lowest price compared to other mediamarkt Saturn stores.

One of the largest stores in Hamburg for electronics. I like the way it has been split into several floors based on the appliances. Many products can be tested out here and mostly the staff have been very helpful in helping making product decisions.

Convenient location, pretty exhaustive collection and honestly competitive pricing on most of the items. They have English speaking sales guys too. And the best part they have hassle free financing option for most products. Just makes it a good experience.

I've just been to the music department and was incredibly well taken care of by Mr. Bonse who explained to me the possibilities of small scale microphones. Although I didn't buy in the end because I became aware of the fact that what I wanted was not as easy as I had thought, I would highly recommend the counselling here.
